UCCX Position in Queue issues after RNA

Hello, we have a script using postion in queue logic. I tested the script and everything looked well however, this past month we have had complaints that callers were moving positions. They would go from 5 to 15 to 6. This is random and does not always happen. We get a couple of complaints a day. I noticed this first hand when my co-worker called in. Call came into the trigger happend to go RNA on an agent phone...went back to the queue then was stuck in the queue for over an hour and half. I never saw the call in the supervisors software.
Contacted TAC and they say that its an issue with the logic in the script.
I've attached two images of the queue section of the script. We have it play a begining queue prompt (you are) then the position prompt (first) end queue promt (in line for your call to be answered.

For starters, if the transfer into VM fails, the user will have been dequeued, you wouldn't see them in Supervisor Desktop, and they would continue to loop around and receive queue treatment.
I would always recommend scripting for these types of contingencies. I.e., If VM is down or all ports are busy, don't dequeue the caller and keep them queued.
This is also achievable without losing the caller's PIQ because you do not need to dequeue manually, a sucessful Redirect will dequeue automatically.

When using UCCX stats is posible to get position in queue BUT since agents can share skill from different queues, real time scheduler queue can be much longer.
It is posible to get the real position of that call on the scheduler queue?
For example:
Queue A, Skill A, 20 calls
Queue B, Skill B, 20 Calls
Agent 1 have Skills A and Skill B
Next Call on Queue A:
Position in queue acording to UCCX step is 21 but REAL position in scheduler is 41 since UCCX uses FIFO among queues.

Yes, on this example adding both queues would do it, i put it only to ilustrate the useless of the get position in queue and the need of something more general.
In my project, skill are not evenly distribute between agents and agents logins and logout all the time. Because of that it is not as simple as adding severals queues together. A function should be provided that gives the real time position of the call at anytime in the scheduler and not the simple position in one queue.

Dynamic Position in Queue

In the ICM scripting, how to identify the position in Queue of a caller dynamically, if none of the agents are available in the skill group and call is waiting at the IVR.
For Example:
A Caller calls, and prompts that your Position in queue is "x" and your Estimated Wait time is "x".
Call will be on hold for certain amount of time, then again the position of queue is examined (whether it has decreased or not). How to do this ?
We have ICM 7.1.4 and IP IVR 4.5.2

I have been trying find a way to do this same thing and believe I may have figured it out now. Here's what I am doing in the ICM script:
Just after the Queue to Skill Group node - I use a Set Variable - SkillGroup.CCM.20922.Lab_Training.RouterQueueCallsTodayand put that value into PeripheralVariable6 (you can use whichever open PV you have)
Then, I set another variable just after this one - day() and put that value into PeripheralVariable7 (this is to keep track of the day for any calls that cross over midnight)
Now, I use our regular scripting flow to set a value into PV10 and then Run Ext Script to play the all agents are currently busy message from an IVR script - this is where the loop begins for what the caller hears until they are answered
Just after the prompt is played I do an If node - Call.PeripheralVariable7!=day() (so if the day has changed, I'll bypass giving the position in queue status)
If the day is the same, I then continue to another Set Variable - SkillGroup.CCM.20922.Lab_Training.RouterCallsQNow-(SkillGroup.CCM.20922.Lab_Training.RouterQueueCallsToday-Call.PeripheralVariable6) and put that value into PeripheralVariable8
This basically calculates the difference between the total number of calls that have queued to this moment (since midnight) and the total number that had queued when the call was first queued and subtracts that difference away from the current number of call in Queue now.
PV8= Calls in Q now - (total calls queued today - total calls queued today at the beginning of this session)
Then, I take this value in PV8 and send it to a Run Ext Script.
PV8 = Get Enterprise Call Info (--Triggering Contact--, --CallPeripheralVariable8--, --All-)
Set queue = "gen\number\"+PV8+".wav"
Play Prompt (--Triggering Contact--, P[100.wav]) - a prompt that says "your current position in queue is..."
Play Prompt (--Triggering Contact--, SP[queue])
Then after it returns to the ICM script, I have it run another Ext Script for the music on hold period.
Finally, it connects back up to the start of this loop to tell them all agents are busy again and starts the process all over.

Samsung CLP-315 Color Laser - Issues After 10.6.3

I've been using a Samsung CLP-315 with 10.6.x without issue until the 10.6.3 update. Now when attempting to print, jobs go to the queue and the printer light blinks (like it's receiving data), but nothing prints. The job does leave the print queue and is listed in the "Completed Jobs" list.
I have re-installing both the Apple Samsung Driver update and the 2.0 printer drives from the Samsung support site. I have also deleted the print queue and re-created the queue. After doing all of this, it now prints every -once in a while-, but not every time. This is also a shared printer and other 10.6.3 clients on my local network have the same issue.

I wanted to post about my situation, partly to add my voice, partly as a way to move on to more important and less annoying issues.
I bought the CLP-315 about nine months ago. It worked flawlessly until about two weeks ago. I can't recall the order of events, but my problems seemed to begin when I installed the smart panel so that I could check on the number of print jobs and the estimated toner left. This may have been about the time I 1) replaced one of the toner cartridges, and 2) received the Samsung driver update.
Sometimes it prints every other job. Sometimes it prints once after a power cycle. Sometimes the printer makes noise for about four sections as it does when it worked, but then falls silent just when I would normally hear the paper begin to move. Other times, when I try to print, I hear a simple solenoid click, then nothing.
I wondered if it was the printer itself, until I found this discussion. Also, the printer works flawlessly if I use Bootcamp and boot into Windows XP Home.
I have tried removing Smart Panel, using Time Machine to move the Samsung files back to a month ago, and have reset the printing system multiple times. Sometimes it seems to work a few times, but eventually it either stops working with 10.6 completely or drops every other job.

You can turn it off by going to Settings > FaceTime and changing "iPhone Cellular Calls" to off

Authorization issue after the Support packs upgrade

We're having problem on authorization issue after the SP upgrade.
One issue if "You are not authorized to call up line item display" using FCH1 and FS10N tcodes.
And the SU53 showing problem on S_TCODE FAGLL03.
How are we going to solve this issue? We dont want to add this missing auth object on all our finance roles.

WiFi issue after 6.1.2 upgrade

I upgraded my OS to 6.1.2 and now I'm having troubles connecting to the internet at work. I did reset my network settings and inputted the appropriate password and still having issues. It identifies the network but when open safari or an app requiring internet connection it goes nowhere. Is anyone else having this issue. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. Keep in mind my connection works fine at home.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Lumia 1520 Battery Discharge Issue After Updating ...

After updating to Denim, my Nokia Lumia 1520 started to experience the following symptoms:
Phone charges to 100%, I disconnect and use an app like Instagram BETA, Internet Explorer, Lumia Camera, or any game--after no more than 5 minutes of use, the phone gives a "Critical Low Battery" alert and shuts down. If I try to restart phone immediately, it makes it to the AT&T splash screen or lockscreen and then same battery message appears and shuts down. If I wait 10-15 minutes after the shutdown to restart phone (without recharging) the phone will stay on, but battery level will report to be in the low 20s or 10s (whereas no more than 20 minutes ago, it was 100%).
When phone is at 100% battery: I take 2-5 photos or record mere seconds of video and I get the same "Critical Low Battery" alert. Upon restarting, some of the photos or video are nonexistent or corrupt files and battery level is reported at 2-5%.
However, if my phone is plugged in to charger, none of these "Critical Low Battery" alerts come up and I am able to use phone as usual. Considering that I cannot take a vacation and capture nature's beauty with an AC adapter always connected, this is a serious drawback.
Steps I've Taken:
Soft-reset
Full factory-reset
Moved all apps off microSD card (this improved situation maybe 5%)
Disabled almost all background app use in Battery Saver
Replaced microSD card when I thought this was a memory write/read issue
Installed "Battery" app to monitor battery use. After 750 data points were logged, my average battery life is reported at "16 minutes," which sounds about right.
My warranty should be expired since I purchased the phone December 2013, so I'm checking in here if anybody has had any luck with battery replacements or with a solution to this issue? At the same time, this issue arose strictly after updating to Denim and I've seen other users report this EXACT scenario. Is there any hope for Lumia 1520 users on this?

IPhone syncing issues after iTunes upgrade

Hi
I just upgraded to iTunes 8.1.1 for Mac. During the install I got a kernel panic and had to restart. iTunes seems to be installed fine. When I connect my iPhone I get messages like "some content will not be copied to the iPhone as this computer is not authorized" or such like. So now several apps, videos and music has been wiped from the iPhone.
I tried authorizing the computer but I just get "This computer is already authorized".
there does not seem to be any particular link between the erased content. Some was purchased on the Mac and some on the iPhone, all from the iTunes store. Before I updated iTunes everything synced fine.
I can d/l the apps again direct to the iPhone but I can't find a way to get the missing music and videos back on the iPhone. Very annoying.
Would re-installing iTunes help?
Any ideas?

Hi Chris,
Try highlighting the one of the songs that will not sync in iTunes> cilck File> Get Info, check the account name and verifying you are authorizing the computer with correct account.

Syncing issues after updating to 10.3.1.55

After upgrading to itunes 10.3.1.55, today, it no longer recognizes my iPhone 4. I plug it in, the iPhone makes its normal syncing noice. I get a prompt, like always about it recognizing the camera and how i want to handle it. I cancel it, as usual, and then it never shows up in iTunes. I close itunes, connect my phone and it does not start itunes as it normally should. No error messages, just no response. Can anyone help with ideas?

I had the same issue, after updating to 10.3.1.55 it would error out saying something along the lines of not being able to read the catalog or something. I think the error even states do a restore to fix it. Last night that is what I did, clicked restore and then had it transfer all my items back. I'm glad I had just synced my phone prior to the update so the restore was really current.

Performance issue after Upgrade from 4.7 to ECC 6.0 with a select query

There is a Performance issue after Upgrade from 4.7 to ECC 6.0 with a select query in a report painter.
This query is working fine when executed in 4.7 system where as it is running for more time in ECC6.0.
Select query is on the table COSP.
SELECT (FIELD_LIST)
        INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE I_COSP PACKAGE SIZE 1000
        FROM COSP CLIENT SPECIFIED
        WHERE GJAHR IN SELR_GJAHR
          AND KSTAR IN SELR_KSTAR
          AND LEDNR EQ '00'
          AND OBJNR IN SELR_OBJNR
          AND PERBL IN SELR_PERBL
          AND VERSN IN SELR_VERSN
          AND WRTTP IN SELR_WRTTP
          AND MANDT IN MANDTTAB
        GROUP BY (GROUP_LIST).
   LOOP AT I_COSP      .
     COSP                           = I_COSP      .
     PERFORM PCOSP       USING I_COSP-_COUNTER.

I have checked with the table indexes, they were same as in 4.7 system.
What can be the reson for the difference in execution time. How can this be reduced without adjusting the select query.

ohhhhh....... lots of problems in select query......this is not the way you should write it.
Some generic comments:
1. never use SELECT
                   endselect.
   SELECT
into table
   for all entries in table
where.
   use perform statment after this selection.
2. Do not use into corresponding fields. use exact structure type.
3. use proper sequence of fields in the where condition so that it helps table go according to indexes.
    e.g in your case
          sequence should be
LEDNR
OBJNR
GJAHR
WRTTP
VERSN
KSTAR
HRKFT
VRGNG
VBUND
PARGB
BEKNZ
TWAER
PERBL
sequence should be same as defined in table.
Always keep select query as simple as possible and perform all other calculations etc. afterwords.

i am having issue after upgrade the ASA5520 from 7.2.4 to 8.2.5, the LMI remote session getting disconnect in between in one of the outside interface
i am having issue after upgrade the ASA5520 from 7.2.4 to 8.2.5, the LMI remote session getting disconnect in between the session at one of the interface but working fine with another interface,
i have outside and backup interface which work on internet failover when internet routed through backup interface the issue getting started but working fine if traffic is going via outsid
