UCM SiteStudio WYSIWYG span default

Question

Hi Guys,
I'm finding a very strange issue whereby when I add text to a wysiwyg editor in contributor mode, every time I add a Style to the text I right, the WYSIWYG always encapsulates it within span tags.
Whereas I want to apply the style to div elements.
The only way I can override this is if I go into 'Source' view but for a business user this would not be acceptable.
Even if I change the 'Format' to "Normal (DIV)", as soon as I apply a Style - it is the 'class' attribute of the span NOT the div that records the applied Style.
Has anybody come across this problem before? Or managed to find a workaround to it?
The reason it's causing issues is because we are trying to display arrow icons with text alongside, similar to what one would see with a bullet-pointed list.
The problem we are having is that when the text exceeds the boundary width it wraps underneath the arrow whereas we want it to be indented to start in the same place as the text on the first line

Posting the answer:
You need to make the changes to the webforms component inside the ~\custom\FormEditor\templates\fe_config.js file. Then propagate your changes using the Administration > Actions > Publish layout files page.
One more quick question - where do we limit the Styles, Fonts, Sizes, Colors?
in the same file we added lines similar to the following to limit the fonts,
styles....
CKEDITOR.config.font_names = 'Arial;Times New Roman;Verdana';
CKEDITOR.config.fontSize_sizes = '16/16px;24/24px;48/48px;';
