UCS320, is it possible to transfer a caller from VM indication to receitionist?
Hi, my customer asked if the following function can be realized.
was looking for a way to see if they can do a “You’ve reached Flower's VM, if this matter is urgent, please press 0 to speak to the receptionist”. Right now her message is “You’ve reached Flower’s VM, if this matter is urgent, please call back and speak to the receptionist”.
When she told about this, I tried # * and 0 during the greeting and it does nothing. I told her we would look into this, as I didn’t see anything in the documentation.

Hi Rex,
The UC320W doesn't support the dial 0 to reach attendant feature while connected to voicemail. One option they could do though is to change the Call Forward No Answer target for the Flower's user to be the receptionist, instead of their voicemail box. The receptionist could either a) reroute the call to another user extension or b) transfer the call to Flower's VM to leave a message (default is 7 + extension).

No you cannot transfer purchases from one account to another account. Apple does not allow it and never has allowed it.
She can use you Apple ID on the device and switch between her ID and your ID, but that can cause problems at times and can become a bit of a pain. -

Also, the software is not updated as the computer hasn't worked for about 2 months.
Also, if it is possible to transfer the hardrive, would my iTunes music transfer as well? It is not saved in the cloud.
Thanks for your help, it is much appreciated.You computer is probably perfectly repairable, but if you want a new one anyway, it is perfectly possible to transfer the data from the faulty one.
But it would be a mistake to simply put the old HD in the new computer.
These are the steps:
Remove Hard drive from faulty computer. (very easy on Unibody MBPs, do-able but not so easy on older MBPs)
Put it in a cheap enclosure
Connect it the new computer
Boot up new computer.
If the new computer has never been run before the Setup Assistant will ask if you want to import your apps, data, settings etc from either another mac, another HD connected to the Mac or a Time Machine back up.
Obviously chose the second option (another HD connected to this Mac) and follow prompts.
If the new computer has already been run (so Setup Assistant doesn't run when you boot it up), you will need to use Migration Assistant...or run the installer again so that Setup Assistant runs again.

Lines 136 & 137 deal with updating the Last Played and Last Skipped values. I initially suspected the error could be being caused by null values in one of the fields which I didn't encounter in testing, however the same values are accessed previously in lines 129 & 131. Ideally I'd work out exactly what causes the error so I can test for the problem issue rather than throw the error, handle those circumstances in the most sensible way given the aim of the script, and continue to process non-error causing values as is.
The quick alternative is to ignore the error by placing an On Error Resume Next statement before the possibly probablematic code, and an On Error Goto 0 statement after it to resume normal error handling. I.e.
On Error Resume Next
{Ignore errors in this block}
On Error Goto 0
Not always a good idea but in this case I suspect "Do nothing" would be the appropiate action in those cases that currently cause an error so I've made that change and posted up the new build of SyncStats. Let me know how you get on.

Yes it is possible but database size should not be greater than 10 G as max databse size supported for Express 2012 is 10 G

MarcAll content purchased or downloaded via your account is tied to your iTunes account and can't be copied or transferred to other accounts - if it's a good film then I'm sure they won't mind buying their own copy

If at all possible, keep the pc alive. You will need a place to backup your stuff that will not go to the cloud. If your pc supports the current version of I tunes, then load it up and make that your central storage place. If your problem is simply lack of disk space on the pc, external USB drives are pretty cheap.
In any event, you will need I tunes to get the non purchased music o to your pad, so you will need a pc at some point. -

yes
You will need to copy the whole iTunes folder which is in your user profile on the old computer in Music folder.
Before you do it make sure iTunes are updates on the old computer and it works without any problems.
This will copy all your media, music, movies (provided you did not change the default location).
After the migration you will need to sing in to Apple store again with your Apple ID
and also authorize your new computer (both done from the tom menu bar in Store.
Once you are done please deauthorize your old computer (the same menu path) if you are not planning to use it anymore.

For work I currently use an iPad Air (iOS 8.1.3) and just recently upgraded to a MacBook Pro (OS X 10.10.2) . The only issue is that I will be using a different Apple ID on the MacBook then I was using on the iPad. My question is, is it possible to transfer all of my pages documents from one Apple ID to another all at one time or will I have to manually share each document with myself.
