UIScrollView content always at the top-left corner

I have a UIScrollView and a UIImageVew inside it. it works good but the problem im having now is when you zoom out. right after you zoom ... the inner content imageView scrolls to have its top left corner at the (0,0) position of the UISCrollView.
How can I fix it? I just want to UIImageView stays where it is after the zoom...

I am still working on this. I found that UIScrollView is keeping call "setContentOffset" method which may be invoked by a static method "adjustContentOffsetIfNecessary". I could not find any docs about this "adjustContentOffsetIfNecessary". Does anyone know about this method? Does anyone know how to stop UIScrollView from continuously try to move my contentView to the top left corner?

I did not see any demo samples which can populate any content into this cell, but leave it blank instead.

The Apple logo in the top left corner was purple... why?

This is just a weird anomaly that I'd like to figure out. On March 7, I noticed the Apple logo in the top left corner of my screen had turned purple. Once it happened, I wasn't entirely certain it wasn't always like that, like maybe the black background I had was tinted purple, but wasn't noticeable elsewhere. (Plus, none of my friends that work for Apple had anything to say about it.)
Tonight, after working on my computer for a few hours, I looked up and the Apple logo was back to dark grey, so I know something weird was amiss.
I'm using the same exact background on all of my "desktops," and have been for months... did anyone else experience this? I can find nothing on it, but it seems really odd. The rest of the colors have been consistent, so it's not a display issue... and if it was, the screen shots wouldn't look different.
Obviously not important, but strange.
I have a MacBook (Late 2008 Aluminum) 2.4gHz and use an external display.

Weird, the same is happening to me on an 8 core mac pro. We changed the graphics card to a Nvidia a little while ago so I tought this might have to do with it but it did it before if I remember correctly. I also have a macbook pro and it doesn't happen on the macbook pro. We are only macs at the studio and I am the only one that this is happening. I know it is know the speakers close to the screen nor the screens themselves, cause I tried a bunch of different screens. I remembered trying out Istatsmenu a little while back and the color scheme of that app was purple. Maybe that has something to do with it... but the other day the apple logo was greenish/gray. It doesn't do anything, system is running fine, it's just weird... anybody has an answer?

VT carret at the top left corner

Hi, there is caret blinking in the left corner of all the VT's.
This caret is stopping me to login there, plus the blinking caret which has to be in readline is gone.

you can try a reset, hold down the home/sleep button until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait fro the phone to boot back up.
if that doesn't work contact your cell provider

After I have reset my network settings to clear a previous problem, the top left corner just stays at 'searching' and doesn't display my service carriers name as usual.

Most likely you have Office 2004 which are PPC-only applications and will not work in Lion. Upgrade to Office 2011. Other alternatives are:
Apple's iWork suite (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.)
Open Office (Office 2007-like suite compatible with OS X.)
NeoOffice (similar to Open Office.)
LibreOffice (a new direction for the Open Office suite.)

My MacBook Pro just turned itself off while installing Windows 7. It has now got a black screen with a white flashing bar in the top left corner...what can I do?

I was just installing windows 7 onto my MacBook Pro. I selected to have 200GB for Windows and the rest leave for Mac.

Hold down the Option key when starting up then on the sceen that comes up select Mac OS X to boot from.
The Win 7 install didn't go well and is hung in some way. You should use boot camp assistant to remove the win partition and start over.
Make sure you are using a Retail version of Win 7. A Branded OEM version, like ones from Dell and HP, will NOT work to install Windows 7 on your Mac.

How do I get the orange firefox button to show up on the top left corner of my page?

So, I've installed, and reinstalled the new Firefox 4. It seems like only half the features have shown up. For example, I don't have the orange firefox button in the top left corner. I also don't have the button for bookmarks. On every other machine that I've installed firefox 4 on has not had issues like this. I don't know why I'm having issues on my laptop. If there's a way to fix it, I would appreciate it. I don't mind how it is right now, but I do like the cleaner look and the orange firefox button, instead of the buttons that show up now that are labeled: "File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, etc."

That's exactly what it does, refresh your contacts. As an example if you add a contact on your Mac or iPad and you use iCloud to sync them altogether, then this can be used to refresh the contacts on your iPhone.

Every time I scroll, there's a clicking sound coming from the top left corner of my macbook

Similar to the clicking sound of my hard drive, every time I scroll, or whenever there is any sort of animation on my screen, there's a similar clicking sound coming from the top left corner on my , around the area where the microphone is. It is better to take the MBP to the Apple store for evaluation.
They have the diagnostic tools to make sure that there is no problem with the computer.

Under Windows 7, 64-bit, Firefox intermittently will not open a new window - all I get is a grey screen, with a tiny part of my homepage displayed in the top left corner of the screen.

The problem began after a recent Firefox update. Occasionally, when I try to open a new Firefox window, all I get is a grey screen with a tiny section of my homepage visible in the top left corner of the screen. NOTE: Firefox stores all of these aborted attempts, as, whenever I close it and then re-open it, the first time I open a new window it automatically opens all of the windows that had originally failed to open.

Got the exact same problem aswell, finally fed up with it now as i just started up firefox and 14 new windows opened because of this bug, luckily my computer can handle them but someone with a slower processor it would have been a nightmare, needs fixing ASAP.
Reverting back to 3.6.3 until this issue is solved. (link for anyone wanting to do the same below)
