Unable to connect to WIFI- I have been using touch in India and it was working fine. Now I moved to USA and its not able to connect
I have done RESET network setting, reset the IPOD with no data lost and all- still not able to connect
All other devices at my room are connecting and everything is fine.
can you please help me out in resolving the issue?

- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Last, restore the iPod, first from backup and if problem persists, restore to factory settings/new iPod

I have apple iPhone 4S upgraded to iOS 6.0.1 and everything was working fine suddenly my Wifi was not connecting and found the wifi on/off button is greyed out and to enable it I tried all resets but still my problem have not solved, still wifi is off
Same here.... No fix. Replacing is the option apparently and if you're out of warranty, you're SOL. That was as per the "Genius" at Apple.

Have been using Lightroom on my Apple computer for years. Now, ever since upgrading to Apple's Yosemite operating system I get an error message (150:30) every time I try to open a lightroom file. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Also how do I subscribe to Adobe's Premium Support? Every time I've tried (through contact support) I just get taken on an unending loop.

Exactly what files are you trying to open?
Exactly how are you trying to open them (what menu command or button or mouse action or keyboard shortcut)?
And lastly, what version of Lightroom are you using? -
I have been sharing my iTunes account with my kids...now they are getting older and want to have their own accounts, how do I share the songs I purchased for them on my account with them on their new accounts? Is there a way to transer from my main account their new accounts? And can I share music from my account with them?
You can't currently transfer content from one account to another account. As long as the tracks are on the computer's iTunes that they use/sync to, and your account is authorised on that iTunes, then they should be able to continue to use them.

Yes, any version of PSE qualifies for upgrade pricing, but if you're in the US you might want to consider running the trial for now and waiting for the black friday specials, when the full version will be a lot less than the adobe upgrade price.

I have full membership to CC and have been using it for 4 months. Randomly Photoshop stopped opening jpgs, so I uninstalled and re-installed. Photoshop then stopped working all together. I signed out of the app manager and when I signed back in all my info was gone and only "TRIAL VERSIONS" of CC apps were available. I paid for this software. I need to be able to download it again.

I have been using AOL for many years as my ISP but now I want to close my account and use iCloud. My challenge is I don't want to lose five years worth of emails and attachments saved in AOL personal folders. Can I can transfer the files using iCloud?
Do you receive AOL mail in the Mail app or on the website?

I have been using iCloud since it came out to coordinate my schedules from my phone, ipad and Mac laptop. Last week they stopped synching...I can't upgrade past OS 5.1.1. b/c of memory (1st generation iPad and iPhone 4s). Could this cause the problem after the release of the new OS?
Welcome to the Apple Community.
First check that all your settings are correct, that calendar syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the calendars you are using are in your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by clicking/tapping the calendar button in the top left corner of the application ), non iCloud calendars will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your calendars are in the iCloud account, you might try unchecking calendar syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling calendar syncing settings. -
Have been using laptop to put cds on ipad (icloud). Now when you touch the 'music' icon, it goes to a blank screen which had been showing playlists, artists, etc for approx 2000 songs I had already put on there. On another iPad they are still there, but this one is blank. Cannot find the songs!! The blank screen immediately goes back to home screen. What to do?? Thanks.

I just replaced my iPod 5th gen. a week ago, and it was working fine, but when I went to go turn the screen on, it wouldn't turn on. I've tried to put it on the charger and it wouldn't charge and it wont connect to my computer, how do i fix this? I tried to reset the iPod, by pressing the home and power button but nothing works. It's literally a brand new iPod, I dont know what to do now. Help?

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I have an ipod touch 4th Gen that everything was working perfectly. After the last update of iOs 5, the battery have charge 20 minutes. After the correction of the iOS 5.0.1 the battery have the same 20 minutes. What I can do? ThanksSame thing here. Try putting the brightness down all the way (its hard to see at first but you will get used to it) and one more thing is that close all you open apps. So to do that you have to click the home button twice (after you put your passcode in) and you will see some apps in the bottom. Hold it until there is a red - sign. click all of them so they go away. This does not delete your apps it just makes your ipod better.

Help? New iPad2 exchange email was working. Now won't download email and existing emails disappearing - newest disappearing first. Can connect to web. And my windows computer connects fine to exchange server. What's going on?
Actually all are affected, but i manage to solved it running Virtual test version to trace the issue and finally able to fix it. Thanks for asking.

How come my iMessages aren't sending anymore I have a iPod touch 5th gen. It was working and then like 5 minutes later it would not send any messages it always said not delivered even when I press retry and it doesn't send at all I even updated my iOS to iOS 7.04 to see if it will send my iMessages but it won't. I tried to send a message to anyone but it won't work even when before I would be able to send messages but something weird happened that made my messages not delivered. Is there any way I change fix it?

Mp4 files open in Sound Studio instead of Quicktime
When clicking on an mp4 file, they are opening in Sound Studio instead of Quicktime. However, when I open Quicktime and THEN open the mp4 file, it opens normally. I went to disk utilities and verified permissions thinking that might fix the problem.
