Unable to Deactivate

Hello,
I installed CS5.5 on my new iMac. After installing, I noticed a defect in the screen and took it to the Apple store. They replaced my new iMac and now I need to activate CS5.5 on my replacement. I also have my liscense installed on my laptop. I am unable to deactivate from my old iMac, so how do I install on my replacement? I do have the SN for the old iMac if that helps.

Unable to deactivate and activate Adobe Creative Suite

Hi,
I was unable to deactivate my latest installation of Creative Suite because my hard drive crashed. Now, with a new hard drive, I am unable to activate my copy of the product because I have reached the activation limit.
I need help with deactivating the copy which was on the spoilt hard drive.
I have tried many times and failed to contact Adobe via live chat, because I am never able to get through with an available agent. Also, I cannot seem to find any Adobe Customer Care email address, or any number to call (I live in Singapore), or any other portal by which I can reach Adobe.
I have had this dragging for weeks and I am getting quite impatient about this matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I am unable to deactivate adobe pro X because there is no deactivate option under the help menu.

When you're trying to deactivate the program do you have a active document on screen or are you trying to accomplish the task on the opening splash screen? You have to have a document active in order for "Deactivate" to appear under the Help Menu.

Help! "Unable to deactivate Adobe Muse"

Please help. Since the last CC app update, Muse has been losing my login credentials a few times a day. Annoying, but it would always let me log in. But now I get:
"Unable to deactivate Adobe Muse.
You have already deactivated all machines for this account twice. You will need to either locally deactivate other machines or wait to deactivate them."
I don't even know how to do what the error message says to do. I've only ever had Muse on this machine, no others.
WTH? I am a legit paying customer of CC. I just recently finished building a website using Muse, and the customer wants a couple of small changes then upload it.
Now I'm getting the above messsage and I can't even open Muse. Tried running it as trial, but that didn't work either.

You're allowed two activations, so you may be okay. If not, you will need to contact activation support:

Hey Ned many thanks for responding. Well before I wasted more time on chat I tried and deactivated again but no success. Then pinged www.adobe.activatie.com a couple of times - tried again and hey presto it burst into life. I have a cabled network connection so don't know what happened. Tried the same with Dreamweaver as well as Photoshop CS3 and also worked. Perhaps they had a glitch with their server? Any way reinstalled - set date to 01/11/2011 for updates and now all back up and running on new computer. Well Adobe support for me was crap which is a shame when their statement on support is so positive. I've spent thousands with Adobe over the years but I'll think hard before I get spend any more unless they up their support game.

N85: 'Unable to Deactivate Power Saving Mode'

Hi,
My N85 currently shows power saving mode (the battery icon has a moon symbol overlaid), and when I plug in any charger, i get the message 'Charging' followed by a message 'Unable to Deactivate Power Saving Mode'.
The same message appears if I press the power button and select 'Deactivate power saving'. The message remains even though the battery is 100% charged.
The phone appears to be working normally with full 3G connection, Wireless, Bluetooth etc all able to be controlled manually or via the profile.
So...
Did I do something to force the phone to stay in power saving mode? How do I remove this message? What effect does Power Saving mode have?

deep power saving mode is basically the mode when you battery runs low in order to preserve power, the phone shuts down all possible applications, reduces power to the screen in power saving mode you can still use the basic functions, but it should only go into the power saving mode when the battery is actually near empty its an awesome feature, but must be a bug in this case since you state that the battery is full, glad you found a solution

Our computer died the other day. I was therefore unable to deactivate it. How do I reinstall it when I get the new desktop?

Because our desktop computer died several days ago, I was obviously unable to deactivate Photoshop 6. Once I get the new desktop, how do I go about re-installing it?

You can activate on up to 2 computers. If you have not used up the second activation, you can go ahead and install/activate on the new one and call Customer Service to release or reset your activations.

Unable to deactivate Device Administrators on Xperia Z3

Hi,
I am wondering if someone can help me with the following problem:
Suddenly, I am unable to deactivate any of the device administrators which are marked on.
A few days ago I was able to do this but now somehow it seems to be restricted.
I have checked on Security - Device Administrators but do not detect any unusual.
Can some recent downloaded app being blocking this now?
Any suggestions/help are highly appreciated!

Yes I actually did. I installed the McAfee app as I have a license with them for all my pc's, tablets and mobile devices.
So this could be what is causing the blocking of the admin authorisations which enables the deactivation of the device administrators, correct?

I just had this same issue. Reboot the device by holding down the home and power button until the Apple logo appears and then let go of the buttons. Your device should reboot in Guided Access, but the home button should now work.

Many options actually.
1) Install the Application again after you have cleaned up or reformatted the your HD and try to activate it again online. 99% of the time it will activate automatically because you are allowed to install the product on two machines so this will be your second installation unless you have already installed it on another machine.
2) Assuming you have already used up your two installation, then the automatic activation won't work so your option left is to contact the Adobe Customer Service from this link:

Explain to them your problem and they will bend backwards to help you out.

Unable to deactivate CS4

I need to deactivate CS4 on my home computer and activate it on my laptop (for a 2 day workshop). When I go through the deactivation procedure it says it succeeded but I'm still unable to activate it on the laptop. I'm also still able to run the CS4 progams on the iMac (ie, they haven't been deactiated). I'm running Snow Leopard on an iMac and a MacBook.
Any help?

You are allowed 2 activations one on your iMac and One on your laptop. If you don't have the two activations who else is using your second activation?
Also since this is a user to user forum nobody can help you with activations you must call Adobe.

What version? I ask because it's kind of a non-concern with a Creative Cloud subscription.
If you have a perpetual license, you can clear up your activation records by calling Adobe Customer Support. If you go to their main page by clicking the red logo at the top of this page, it takes some doing but you can drill down to where you can get a phone number.
