Unable to edge up due to website error

I am attempting to edge up two lines on my plan, and keep receiving the following error:
There was an error with one of our systems and we're working on it now. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again in a few minutes.
Any chance of getting this resolved?  I've cleared my cookies, cache, and tried this on other devices and even from my work computer (at a different location, and on a different network).  We are looking forward to our new phones, and this is extremely frustrating.  We have been trying to edge up for 3 days now, and keep receiving this error.

I am receiving an error message, immediately after clicking "Edge Up".  The message says (as stated in the first post):
There was an error with one of our systems and we're working on it now. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again in a few minutes.
This has been the message I receive for several days now.

  • Unable to log in due to FileVault error

    1) I am just more capable with computer issues than a cave-dwelling Luddite so I will apologize in advance as I'm sure the problem is my fault & I am desperate.
    2) I am the only account on my computer & I have admin privileges
    3) I'm sorry if I ramble but I want to make sure I give enough info to tailor this question to my specific problem
        In 2008, My MBP came with Snow Leopard.  I'm almost positive I created my account with the account name & short name Chocolime. I have since changed the account name (the name I use for my HD icon & the name that appears next to my house icon) to Psychosquint. I am not computer savvy but I am OCD & have to click on all settings & preferences to see what I can do (this is my first Apple product). I obviously turned FileVault on.
        I'm not sure when or why (even tho based on other posts, it's an encryption/decryption thing!?)...but I noticed that my HD was almost at full capacity (320gb) but all I use my computer for is web surfing & iTunes (max 100gb of media). I feel like I noticed this when I downloaded the Lion upgrade to my computer from the apple store. At some point I noticed in System Preferences, that now I have Legacy FV & FV. I turned FV on.
         I started having to restart my computer anytime I deleted a significant amount of trash in order for my computer to show the correct space available (the amount shown when I right click my HD icon (the only icon on my screen) and select get info
        I turned FV off, but was told I needed 245gb of space to turn off Legacy FV. I have to continually manage the media on my computer to have 10gb available for use, so Legacy FV is still on
        Over the years, I notice that altho my user name is now Psychosquint, sometimes I would see a path file?! that always still had username chocolime (e.g. when shown where a file would download to. So I had the brilliant idea to fix this. I search this forum & found that I could go to System Preferences--Users, right click my name and change chocolime to psychosquint. I did that in both lines where chocolime was the name. I was prompted that changing this could mess up something if the name didn't match my home folder name or something, but I'm the only user & I checked that my folder was labelled psychosquint (all lowercase) & I clicked ok. I was told that I had to restart my computer to take effect & BLAMMO...now I can't log in
    Started up in recovery mode. Reinstalled Lion, no change
    Started up in recovery mode. Used Disk Utility to repair disk, got a green message that all was ok. Now am in the process of reinstalling Lion again (I know the definition of crazy is doing things over & over expecting different results  )
         So I would just find someone to wipe my computer & start from new as I don't have any programs installed that couldn't be re-downloaded but.....wait for it....here's my second conundrum:
       I have an app call Quickreader.  Within iTunes, when my ipad mini is plugged in so the apps tab is available, of you scroll down...this app shows up in File Sharing (I think that's the name). It's the place where you can add files.  I've got thousands of books saved. I would like to be able to save them to an external HD if I can.
       I also have an app called Comic Zeal. It's a digital comic book reader. I have approx. 40gb of comics saved here...but not on my HD. In File Sharing, my comics are stored in a blue folder (it's just there, I didn't make it) as one huge file. They import individually but then just automatically get absorbed into this blue folder icon that gets bigger or smaller as I add or delete comics from my mini. I can't save to an external HD as I get an error that I'm timed out. I would somehow like to salvage these as well.
        Is there a way to back up an iTunes backup to an external HD to keep these internal files? When I looked in Finder to see the size of iTunes, it says 44gb. This doesn't seem right as the comics take up approx. 40gb on my mini & I have approx. 30gb more used for music, movies & apps.
        I'm sure I've completely confused you guys & you're probably laughing, sneering, jeering, etc at me for playing in the deep end of the pool within knowing how to swim, but I'm drowning & I would greatly appreciate any lifelines you could throw me!!!

  • Unable to open catalog due to "unexpected error"

    Anyone else see this error message?  Rebooted, checked disc, etc.  Other catalogs open just fine, but this is my main/current catalog.

    OS 10.9.5
    Using an external GTech drive for LR catalog and raw files.
    I fortunately back up each time I close LR, so I used the last backup and was able to load the catalog. Looks like the last import didn't make it, but I recovered the files from the camera card.
    Looks like I am ok, but it is unnerving to say the least. I'd love to know what caused it, so that I avoid the minutes of terror before I figured out the work around.

  • Lightroom V3 unable to import catalogue due to unknown error

    Mac OS X 10.6.4
    I have Lightroom V2.6 and V3 beta 2. I have just purchased Lightroom V3 upgrade.
    I installed Lightroon V3 and upon first start up imported my V2 catalogue (only one catalogue on V2 exists) - this has worked fine.
    I also have a single catalogue on V3 beta 2 that I need to import.
    V3 began importing Lightroom catalogue V3 (beta 2) but stopped with the following message:
    Lightroom could not import this catalogue because of an unknown error.
    I understand from trawling these forums that Lightroom V3 may have a bug in relation to importing duplicate files from previous catalogues but in my case I cannot see any files or folders that have been imported from Lightroom V3 beta 2 - the majority of the folders or files catalogued in V3 beta 2 have never been catalogued in Lightroom V2.
    Any ideas for a fix?

    It'sa bug. Duplicate folders prevent the import. You'll have to wait for 3.1 along with the rest of us.
    The folks at Adobe know about it, but you can file a bug report if you wsh.

  • Unable to install itunes due to 80070422 error using Win7?

    Please, please, please can someone help me resolve this error when trying to load itunes 10 - have tried everything , reg fixers, reinstalling windows components etcetc but still can not fix. The only thing left is to reimage - and not want to go down that route. Can any one help please?
    I am using Win7.
    Have retried with Visual C - but still same - have spent most of day trying to find cure - but getting nowehere. Have also problems with auto update asking to update same three files - yet each tme saying successful. I really dont want to use the system recovery disc as will wipe out all my files and settings. Appreciate any other advice please?

  • Unable to upgrade iTunes due to network error, wont read .msi file

    I'm trying to upgrade iTunes on my windows PC and during the installation I get an error message saying "A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\windows\installer\itunes.msi".  Also when I plug my ipad in to the PC to synch with itunes - it will not read the ipad until I have updated the itunes.
    Help please.

    (1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

    (2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
    (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
    (4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
    (5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

  • Unable to launch Lightroom due to an error message.

    yesterday Lightroom was working fine.  Now I get this error message everytime I try to start Lightroom. - Lightroom encountered an error when reading from its preview cache and needs to quit.  I tried reinstalling Lightroom to no avail.  I cannot use Lightroom.  What happened?  How do I fix this?

    The previews folder can grow quite big without any problems.
    Mine is ca. 115 GB, for a catalog of 113'000 images and 1.6 GB size of the lrcat-file.
    That works pretty fine.
    So you might have had a corruption problem. Of course this should not happen. For such catalog-preview-sizes it would be really inconvenient, as recreation by LR would take a week running in the background.
    Hopefully your overall catalog size was not that big that the previews-recreation will take so long.

    A quick summary I have installed nothing but fresh sccm 2012 r2 lately for clients and this is the first I have seen of this error.

  • Unable to create billing due to pricing error

    I have created sales order with two line items.For line item 10 I have maintained Price.For 2nd line item I haven't maintained the price and I saved the sales order with incomplete details for line item 20.Next I have created the delivery and PGI for line item 10 with reference to previous order.While I am trying to do Invoice for this delivery system has throwing the error message that Pricing error in sales order,but my doubt is here the line item 10 is complete status  and delivery has done with respect to line item 10 only and Invoice is F2 which is delivery related, then why its showing the error message.Please let me know why its not allowing to do the billing for line item 10.

    Hi,
    Since you are referencing delivery document number during creation of billling document, system is checking the status of whole document.
    If you would have done partial delivery by selecting only one item during delivery document creation...probably while creating billing document ..you would not have received this error.
    And more over if the sales order is incomplete...how did the delivery document is created and subsequently the PGI.
    Maintain price for other material and try to do billing.

  • Unable to trash folder due to -43 error

    Somehow I received a folder containing a 112KB html file that I cannot trash. I receive a -43 error that it cannot be deleted and it cannout be found yet it sits inside my trash folder. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

    Sorry for the delay but vacation called.
    I went to the site you mentioned and tried all the methods. Funny that when the folder is in the Trash it has this small html file in it but when I drag the folder outside of the trash the html file disappears.

I went to vendor support but when i go to send the info to them it comes up with unable to send msg due to page error. I am not happy. My child loved the app now it wont even open. Any help???

    Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.
    * Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
    * Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
    * Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)
    Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
    "Clear the Cache":
    * Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
    "Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
    * Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

    My internet is fine: all other apps that do not rely on the Game Center work, as does my browser and other online functions; additionally, a friend's iPhone connects to his Game Center perfectly while he is sitting next to me.
    Closing the Game Center app and then reopening it is ineffective.     This issue has gone on for more than a month, and so the phone has gone through all variations of "turn it off then back on again, refresh the system, etc etc" that are the basic first suggestions for trouble shooting.
    One game app, which required a Game Center profile to launch, stopped working entirely, and would return a message saying something like "connect to the Game Center". I eventually deleted it to free up space. Other games which can be linked to the Game Center to connect with friends simply fail to link, returning "Game Center unavailable". This is the aspect that is currently bothering me the most: I cannot play games with friends unless the app can also link to Facebook and connect to friends from there.
    When I open the Game Center, I see the following screen. The bubbles float gently, and it seems as if I had the ability to update my "status". However doing so results in a message that has vanished once the app is reopened.
    Upon tapping Games, either the bubble from the main screen or the option on the ribbon at the bottom, the following screen appears. Clicking on Challenges shows a message that achievements must be viewed to issue a challenge. Clicking achievements results in a message that games must be connected (and from my friend's phone I know I have several apps that should appear).
    Upon tapping friends, it does show me a list of suggested friends pulled from Facebook, but attempting to send a friend request results in the following screen. After accepting the error box, the "send" button for the request is grayed out and unavailable regardless of adding or deleting friends and/or an accompanying message.
    In short, the Game Center is completely unresponsive for no discernible reason, and this problem began with no warning and is now long term. Though my iPhone is older (a 4s), my friend's is even older (a regular 4) and works fine.

    I am having the very same problem on my iPad running ios 7. All is fine on my iPhone it opens no problem - this is running on ios 8. I wish they would fix it.

    A couple of months ago we decomissioned one of our old 2003 DCs and it looks like this server might have had something to do with the CA structure but I am not sure whether this was in use or not since I could find the role but I wasn't able to see any existing
    configuration.
    Let's say that this server was previously responsible for the certificates and was the server that should have revoked the old certs, what can I do know to try and correct the problem?

    let me recap first:
    you see these errors on a ROOT CA. so it seems like the ROOT CA is also operating as an ISSUING CA. Some clients try to issue a new certificate from the ROOT CA and this fails with your error mentioned.
    do you say that you had a PREVIOUS CA which you decomissioned, and you now have a brand NEW CA, that was built as a clean install? When you decommissioned the PREVIOUS CA, that was your design decision to don't bother with the current certificates that it
    issued and which are still valid, right?
    The error says, that the REQUEST signature cannot be validated. REQUESTs are signed either by itself (self-signed) or if they are renewal requests, they would be signed with the previous certificate which the client tries to renew. The self-signed REQUESTs
    do not contain CRL paths at all.
    So this implies to me as these requests that are failing are renewal requests. Renewal requests would contain CRL paths of the previous certificates that are nearing their expiration.
    As there are many such REQUEST and failures, it probably means that the clients use AUTOENROLLMENT, which tries to renew their current, but shortly expiring, certificates during (by default) their last 6 weeks of lifetime.
    As you decommissioned your PREVIOUS CA, it does not issue CRL anymore and the current certificates cannot be checked for validity.
    Thus, if the renewal tries to renew them by using the NEW CA, your NEW CA cannot validate CRL of the PREVIOUS CA and will not issue new certificates.
    But it would not issue new certificates anyway even if it was able to verify the PREVIOUS CA's CRL, as it seems your NEW CA is completely brand new, without being restored from the PREVIOUS CA's database. Right?
    So simply don't bother :-) As long as it was your design to decommission the PREVIOUS CA without bothering with its already issued certificates.
    The current certificates which autoenrollment tries to renew cannot be checked for validity. They will also slowly expire over the next 6 weeks or so. After that, autoenrollment will ask your NEW CA to issue a brand new certificate without trying to renew.
    Just a clean self-signed REQUEST.
    That will succeed.
    You can also verify this by trying to issue a certificate on an affected machine manually from Certificates MMC.
