Unable to execute xsql files

Hello,
I am not able to display the XML document from helloworld.xsql. The web server displays the document has is in IE 5.0. I am using the JRun for servlets along with personal web server. I have configured all the calsspath. The only thing I am unsure is configuration of oracle.xml.xsql.XSQLServlet.
Where should it be configured in Jrun?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
RP

Hi Ozawa,
Thanks for yr reply. I have set the mapping & the aliases as u have mentioned. Also I have the classpath in JRUN set to all the files given below. But I cannot still display the XML document. I have also given below the modified XSQLConfig.xml file. As u can tell I am using MS-access DB.
I tested by putting the file (helloworld.xsql) both within the root directory of my web server & servlet directory, without any results.
Can anybody out there or Ozawa please help me out with this.
Thanks in advance,
RP

  • Unable to execute a file which is shown to exist by ls

Like I said, ls reports the file as existing, colors the filename green showing it's an executable, which was confirmed by `ls -l`. Normal file manipulation such as rm, mv, cp, etc all seem to work. Bash can not execute the file, reporting it as non-existant, and sh can't execute it either.
It might be a permissions issue but I doubt it, the file's permissions are as follows: All can read, only the owner can execute, write, AND read.
The file along with the others in the directory were extracted from a zip archive by the latest version of unzip (as pulled from the arch repos).

mcmillan wrote:gconf isn't a library file. It should probably work using the 64bit version of it, so pacman -S gconf
Oh, thank you. I'm not entirely used to linux yet, even though I've used it for months.
Well I'm having a different issue now at the moment. lib32-nss is installed but chrome is reporting an error stating that it's elf-class is ELFCLASS64, so the library is 64-bit. Where do I find the 32-bit nss Library (locally, as lib32-nss was installed by pacman)? At first, chrome threw an error because it couldn't find libnss3.so.1d, so I copied libnss3.so as libnss3.so.ld.
    (Edit)
    I fixed that issue.
Chrome is now throwing an error before execution (before it was because it couldn't handle the 64-bit libraries so I had to copy the 32-bit versions from /opt/lib32/), about libgconf-2.so.4, because it is 64-bit. This may sound like a repeat of the issue before but it truly is not. This time, due to ambiguous naming conventions I can not replace the library it is complaining about because it is in a sense, a necessity. Things could quite easily go wrong if I replaced it with a 32-bit library just to satiate chrome.
In short, Is there some prefix path variable or something, thus eliminating chrome's constant checks of /usr/lib and instead redirecting them to /opt/lib32?
Because I believe I've heard of a variable which contains colon separated library directories for applications to check through but I can't remember what it was called, just that it was a part of ldconfig.
Finally, (hopefully after this question and the prior question, there won't be anymore ),
is there a way to install a 32-bit version of libdbus-glib? E.g., using make to compile a 32-bit version. (Edit: Compiling the latest dbus-glib doesn't work, as online forums seem to say that a 32-bit version 'libc9' (ubuntu forums) is necessary. Glibc is installed in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions on this system)

  • I am unable to execute swf file present in server on local machine.

    Hi all,
I am a newbie to Flash and ActionScript 3.0 platform. I don't know whether this is the correct place to post this kind of queries/problems/issues here. Till now, I had posted only basic flash issues here in this forum. I feel this is the most powerful issue which created head-ache to me till now. I spent nearly 4 hours working with this issue. But, I don't find any solution even in google.
I have created a swf file, which when gets executed, gets data from backend database and displays as items in Combo-box. In swf file, if we select an item from Combo-box, collects data from database and gets back to flash and displays them as items in Combo-box. Each item has a specific image(.jpg file)associated, which gets displayed on stage of flash file(.swf file) upon selected from combo-box.
I am calling/invoking the flash file, When I click on a Button/select a tab created within my Java application. But,when the button gets clicked/tab gets selected, Combo-box is visible in flash file, but with no elements when we try to click upon it and the following error is getting displayed in a dialog-box:
Title of the error is: An action-script error has occured.
    The error messsage is:
Error #2044: Unhandled securityError:. text=Error #2048: Security sandbox violation: http://localhost:8888/com.mymdworld.Application/DynaAccess.swf cannot load data from http://www.example.com:8080/servlet/getviews.
              at DynaAccess_fla::MainTimeline/DynaAccess_fla::frame1()
Also, the dialog-box contains two buttons namely, "Dismiss All" & "Continue" buttons.
Please, I request anyone to help me regarding this.
Actually, What is going on internaly? & Why for is this error?
Please, spend 2 minutes of your valuable time in filling the reply to this thread.
I will be waiting for your replies...

we didn't got what you are trying to say..
what i want to achieve is...
we are having one condition check in Startup class if that condition becomes false we have to stop the weblogic from starting up.
if we execute same command posted previously from shell directly its' working fine.
we are using "csh" shell. we have also tried to execute the command as follows - " csh /home/xxxx/xxx/xxx/xxxxx/stopWebLogic.sh"
    but no achievement.
it seems that "objruntime.exec(url);" is not able to invoke the shell script "stopWebLogic.sh". We have also checked the execute permission for the same.
Neither we are getting any error nor any message.
can u please give us some guide lines on how to achieve this.

Anyone ever come across this before?
I've updated the phone (Nokia E66) to the latest software, and I've only got one application installed other than the default base install (Google calendar sync utility), removing that doesn't change the problem.
    Thanks in advance!

  • Unable To Execute Files In The Temporary Directory. Setup Aborted. Error 5: Access Is Denied.

    Hi Everyone,
Whenever I install some new software in my new laptop I get this error:-
Unable To Execute Files In The Temporary Directory. Setup Aborted. Error 5: Access Is Denied.
I have tried synchronizing the clocks but it doesn't remove the problem.

Can someone please tell me the solution as this is extremely urgent.
    Thanks In Advance.

    In short:
    ============
My permissions were all fine, so if anyone has trouble resolving the issue after sorting permissions then make sure you try fully disabling your anti-virus / anti-spyware / firewall applications, because that was the cause for me.
    In detail:
    ============
    Problem:
    Failed to install this application
    - http://www.ssware.com/cryptoobfuscator/download.htm
    - on Windows 8.1 x64
    - Get error message "Unable To Execute Files In The Temporary Directory. Setup Aborted. Error 5: Access Is Denied."
    First Candidate Solution
The issue turns out to NOT be security rights on the Temp folder
ESET Smart Security HIPS Advanced Memory Scanner is the cause
    http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2908&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1392804914417
Instead, I went and turned off all the ESS protections one by one and it turned out to be HIPS that is causing this false positive.
In fact, it is the Advanced Memory Scanner option under HIPS that is causing the error, while the application in question is legit (using Inno Setup and presumably trying to write to the user temp folder, not sure whether just logs or to execute from there)
Furthermore, Smart Security logs have no entries under HIPS even though I ticked "Log all blocked operations" under the HIPS "Advanced setup" - it was quite a journey to find out the cause :)
Thank you. I have the same OS and installed ESET Smart Security as well. And it is resolved now.
I just want to add, that by "Temporarily disable protection" and "Temporarily disable firewall", it doesn't work. You have to disable HIPS, as KristjanL said.

Your jar is perfectly generated, but your machine has a problem with .jar file associations.
    You have two options:
    1. Play with the registry. Dangereous if you are not used to.
    2. Reinstall the jre.
Just to verify my theory, open a command prompt and the command:
    reg query HKCR\jarfile\shell\open\command
What does it say? I have executed your command , here is the output
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\jarfile\shell\open\command
(Default)    REG_SZ    "C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe" -jar "%1" %*I am not getting anything from this command, can you please explain clearly.

Alright, thanks for the help all.
If ". <executable>" is wrong though, why did it say "cannot execute" and not just "command not found" as it usually does when one tries to use a non existent command?
is builtin bash command. Here is copypaste from man bash:
    . filename [arguments]
    source filename [arguments]
Read and execute commands from filename in the current shell environment and return the exit status of the last command executed from filename. If filename does not contain a slash, file names in PATH are used to find the directory containing filename. The file searched for in PATH need not be executable. When bash is not in posix mode, the current directory is searched if no file is found in PATH. If the sourcepath option to the shopt builtin command is turned off, the PATH is not searched. If any arguments are supplied, they become the positional parameters when filename is executed. Otherwise the positional parameters are unchanged. The return status is the status of the last command exited within the script (0 if no commands are executed), and false if filename is not found or cannot be read.

java is choosy about the actual manifest file format (line ending, trailing empty line, whatever).

    Hi
The TUXCONFIG file normally is created automatically when you create your domain.
In this case I think you ran into trouble because the path of installation is too long!
Note the error in your log:
115818.SU1491!PSWATCHSRV.5832.6140.-2: LIBTUX_CAT:1519: ERROR: TUXCONFIG value (C:\Documents and Settings\klondon\psft\pt\8.50\appserv\hrms\PSTUXCFG) is longer than the allowed length of 64
Your path is 69 chars long!
I would suggest that you re-try the configuration with a shorter tuxedo and PS_HOME: perhaps in the root directory (c:\PSHOME)
In the past I've also noticed that installations have problems with paths that have spaces - ex: 'Documents and settings' , so I would avoid that as well.

  • ZAV 10 - Unable to open parameter file error

When trying to launch a ZAV 10 app, C-Cure Administration Console, users are getting an error "**Unable to open parameter file cc800cl.pf, errno 2. (1247)". This only appears to be happening on Win7. This did work when first created, but after a few weeks the error has started to pop-up.

If this was working and is not now, and you are certain nothing has changed on the client systems (or at least nothing that could interfere here), then this might be an issue with the license used when building the application. What is the expiry date of your license and was it applied prior to building this exe?
If this isn't expiring please open an SR for this issue, if you can. This is the information the support team will require:
    - Copies of any warnings or errors around the time the issue occurs (or a copy of the application and system event logs, in .evtx format)
    - A copy of the exe you are using
    - If you can build the exe again as a diagnostic-mode executable and provide the diagnostics generated when attempting to run, that can be very helpful
    - It may also be required that you send installation media for the application and your build process, so the team can attempt to reproduce the issue in-house
    - You will also typically be asked for the .xappl file and associated Files folder, if reproducing in-house is required. This will become absolutely necessary if a ticket needs to be filed with Spoon, so sending it ahead of time is a good idea

This could be a Launch Services issue. The following article describes how to manually reset Launch Services — the notes at the bottom of the article also provide information about the side effects of deleting each of the files involved:
    Resetting Launch Services
If you prefer using a cache cleaning utility instead of following the manual procedure described in the previous article, take a look at this other article for general troubleshooting and cache-cleaning procedures. Actually, you should also verify/repair the startup disk (not just permissions), as described there:
Resolving Disk, Permission, and Cache Corruption
The most appropriate utility for this particular problem probably is Tiger Cache Cleaner, but you may also want to consider other utilities, such as OnyX, or Cache Out X, which are free. Whatever utility you choose, be sure to read this first:
Side effects of System cache cleaning
As an example, this is how you should proceed with OnyX:
    1. Quit all applications.
    2. Launch OnyX and enter your administrator password.
    3. Go to Maintenance > Reset and check LaunchServices database.
    4. Un-check any other pre-checked options.
    5. Click the Execute button.
    6. Restart the computer.
BTW, if you’re running Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger), as your profile indicates, it would have been more appropriate to discuss this in the Mail & Address Book - Tiger forum. If the discussion applies to both Mail 1.x and Mail 2.x, it doesn’t really matter, but it’s difficult to know that in advance.
