Unable to install 4.3.3 on iPad

after "verifying with Apple", the install process stops and states device is not eligible for update. ??

using - 10.6.7 mac os
itunes - 10.2.2
ipad1 - 4.3.2
When I connect and select "update" it downloads the new 4.3.3 and starts the install. Towards the very end, iTunes says its connecting to Apple to verify eligibility the stops and states the this ipad is not eligible for the new update. ?

Unable to install ipa to iphone5s and ipad retina by Flash Builder 4.6 using latest Flex sdk 4.13

I am using Apache Flex 4.13 FP11.1 AIR14.0 for my Flash Builder 4.6 in my windows 7. attatched is the code. I am using provisining profile and my iphone5 and ipad retina UDID is added in that. The problem is that when i sync it via itunes. it shows Waiting... then it shows progress for installing. when i click the app icon in device it shows Installing... as shown in these images but never shows finished process.

First try to click the Windows icon, type services in the Search box, and then click or tap View Local Services. Scroll down to the Windows Installer. Startup type should be - Automatic, and Service Status should be - started.
Scroll down to Windows imagine Acquisition. Startup type should be - Automatic, and Service Status should be - started.
Restart the computer after this step and try installing again.

Hi all...I just got a solution to the problem. It's foolproof. Connect your iPad to your PC and re-install iOS 6. In case you would like to know how - Click on iPad in iTunes and then click on restore button. Then just follow the steps from there on. It worked for me. I know this is a "not-the-desired" solution, but it will fix your problem. For me it solved another problem - I had noticed a deterioration in speed when I had originally upgraded from 5 to 6. After doing this re-install, I can confirm, there is a noticeable difference in speed...across the board, including Siri responses. Thanks and best of luck.

You can try to plug it into iTunes and try to do the update that way. The download might of became corrupted or it can't verify the integrity of the update. You could also try to hard reset it by pressing both the home and power button for about 10 seconds. If all else fails, wipe the iPad back to factory defaults and try the update again. Not ideal but sometimes its the only way out.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Unable to install itunes 10.5.3.3

I am getting a message to update itunes to 10.5.3.3 but when i say yes to it, it downloads the update and but its not getting installed. So i manually downloaded the itunes 10.5.3.3 and tried installing but I was not able to install. I get an error saying the apple software update has stopped working. Hence I uninstalled all the apple application in my computer and also deleted their entries in the registry. Restarted the computer and then tried installing the itunes 10.5.3.3 and I am unable to install the same. I get the same error message. Since I have not updated the itunes I am unable to update to ios 5. Please help!! Any suggestion or troubleshooting steps given would be much appreciated. I use a WIndows 7 PC...

Hello. No message shown. The downloading does not complete at all, I tried like 20 times but no one worked. The closest I was to downloaded it, was with 66 mb (the new version has 66.1) As stated on the web page of apple I uninstalled itunes and all its accesories or common programs. Now I am unable to install the new version and I am more frustrating since I did it to sincronized it wit my new ipad! In consequence, no message at all, the downloading simply stops at 49%, 67% or 99% :(
