Thanks again....

Hi,
Has anyone seen this problem in the log file.... It occurred during a shutdown of the broker... Is it something I need to worried about?

Hi everyone,
I'm facing the following problem in a Server runing Linux with JBoss AS 4.2.2, JRE 1.6, and MSSQL Server 2005 with JDBC 2.0 (sqljdbc4.jar).
The thing is: on friday morning I started up the server and everything worked fine ... next, from Friday at 6pm to Saturday at 8am nobody has used the system.
Then on Saturday at 8:05 got the following warning lines every time I tried to do something in my application. While it seems that everything works, after a few days the system starts to decrease their performance and malfunction, so I want to know why it
might happen these warnings.
I have tried to find a solution to this problem in several places but I'm not succeeding. That's why I'm writing my problem here...
Hope somebody can help me!
Thanks in advance and best regards!
Cristian.

EJB QL "unexpected token: ( " Exception with IN operator and AND operator
Hey everyone,
Hopefully someone can help me. I am just starting to write more complex queries with EJB QL and am running into an issue. When I run my query I get an "Internal Exception: line 1:87: unexpected token: (" Exception below is my query with acording to the sun references I have managed to find looks right. Here is my query:
SELECT OBJECT(e) FROM Period e, IN (e.myScorecardItem.cyclesList) t WHERE current_date() BETWEEN e.startDate AND e.endDate AND t.id =?1
I have removed the portion with the IN navigation and it works fine, and I have removed the conditional statement and left the IN portion and that works fine but I can not get the to work together. Here is my bean relationships: Cycles have ScorecardItems have Periods. I am trying to find all the Periods that fall within a certain cycle. Any direction or help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
JustenIt's not inherently bad - but it does depend on the optimizer getting good estimate of the data volume.
Did you test with 200 distinct values in your IN list, and can you see in the execution plan Oracle estimate of how many rows the subquery would generate.

[JTA_Start_0]Exception getting connection for Oracle DB
Hi All,
I am facing a problem when I am going to insert data in a table (Oracle DB) using JTA Command Action block. I have deployed the Oracle JDBC driver and Configured the data source in http://<server<:port>>/nwa->Configuration Management -> Infrastructure. But when I am trying to insert data using the JTA Command Action block for inserting data in a table it is throwing error.I am running with XMII 12.1 SP5 and Oracle 11g.
Here is the error details.
[ERROR] [JTA_Start_0]Exception getting connection for jdbc/ODS_ORACLE_SBX was ResourceException occurred in method ConnectionFactoryImpl.getConnection(): com.sap.engine.services.connector.exceptions.BaseResourceException: Cannot get connection for 0 seconds. Possible reasons: 1) Connections are cached within SystemThread(can be any server service or any code invoked within SystemThread in the SAP J2EE Engine) or they are allocated from a non transactional ConnectionFactory. In case of transactional ConnectionFactory used from Application Thread there is an automatic mechanism which detects unclosed connections, 2)The pool size of adapter "ODS_ORACLE_SBX" is not enough according to the current load of the system . In case 1) the solution is to check for cached connections using the Connector Service list_conns command or in case 2), to increase the size of the pool.
Note: ODS_ORACLE_SBX is the Data source name which I have configured.
If I increase the min pool size from 0 to 5 or more than 0 then Data source is getting red means not Available.
Can anybody provide any help.
Thanks in advance
Chandan
Edited by: Chandan Jash on May 3, 2011 4:25 AMYou set up your Oracle DB connection by following the path 'xMII Menu -> Data Services -> Data Servers -> New'.

Hi,
Currently we have a custom devoloped Java application deployed in oracle iplanet webserver 7 with JDK 1.6. I am receiving the below errors. The application is not stable. It gives a 500 internal error sometimes when browsing. When i checked the error log. Below is the message.
CORE4007: Internal error: Unexpected Java exception thrown (java.lang.NullPointerException, no description), stack: java.lang.NullPointerException
Could you please throw some light on this. You need to fix your custom developed app since it is causing the errors and instability. Tell the developers to properly verify the input data and improve their exception handling so you get better error messages that tells you what went wrong.

~HariOk. I found out why it is happening.
If I follow the section 3.1.2 and setup the site studio connection then everything is fine
3.1.2 Creating a Content Server Connection
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E17904_01/doc.1111/e13650/ssxa_creatingsites.htm#CIHJGHFC
If I try to create a content server connection from file->new->content server connection then I get a null pointer exception.
I am sure someone from Oracle will fix it soon. For now all is well with Site Studio. -
