Uninstall is incomplete and I need to reinstall software - don't know what to do

After cleaning my hard drive Illustrator couldn't open any of its own .ai files and it was suggested in the forum that I reinstall CS6. So I did an uninstall in Vista but found more CS6 lurking around in other directories, including fonts, .dll files and more. How do I proceed with a clean uninstall? Adobe has a history on my systems of making a mess and creating conflicts within itself and previous versions of itself. I'm afraid to just delete the files and proceed. My system just gets slower and slower. I have CS2, CS3 and (had) CS6 on my Windows system.
I bought CS6 about 3 weeks ago. Everybody here knows what it costs. I realize it's not the most current version but if they're still selling it they should support it. The sales rep promised I could get good support and gave me an 800 number for tech support. When I called the 800 number I was told this product was no longer supported by phone. Called another number. Same rejection but as an added bonus it hung up on me. Went online to chat for help. "Chat is not available right now." No explanation offered or info as to when it will be open, if ever.
Here I am with $2000 worth of software that's not working and no where to get help. Experts, help! I need some experts.

I have had my Macbook for 18 months and have never experienced this problem with strange windows suddenly opening in Safari. I know this happens on windows 8 computers a lot, and it has never happened on my Macbook before.
Please can someone tell me how to get rid of these. I have reset my Safari and rebooted my computer, and don't know what else to do. This is very frustrating, as I cannot just do what I need to do.

I then have to reinstall speeddial every time I start up. This never used to happen before and I don't think I've changed any settings.Been in touch with the author of the product and got the following reply:
The problem is the SiteAdvisor extension that McAfee installs; go to Tools > Add-ons, in the resulting panel select "Extensions", locate SiteAdvisor, click on it to select, and then click the "Disable" button; Speed Dial will work perfectly after that.
I already contacted them to attempt to fix the problem, but no reply so far. The problem happens before any Speed Dial code is executed, so I don't think I can fix it on my side.
Don't have the problem any more, note I had a McAfee update just before the problem started happening. -
My lock button on my iphone is broken and my iphone turned off somehow and won't turn on now. What do I do?
Without the sleep/wake button, the only chance to turn it on is to connect it to the charger. You may have to wait for the battery to go completely dead. The only other choice would be to take the device to the Genius Bar for replacement.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

Sent My Laptop in for Repairs and got my Password Reset but don't know what it is
So, I had to have my laptop sent in to a locale (well, about 100 miles away) repair shop, and they seemed to of reset my profile password, and I have no idea what it is. I've tried e-mailing them, but they aren't replying. Calling them would be pointless because they are Middle Eastern and can not be understood. I'd hate to have to go back all the way to the store and try to understand what the heck they are saying when there is an easier way to get this fixed up.
EDIT: This is not the BIOS password, it's the password to my profile on my laptop. It's the only profile on my laptop, but it's not the Admin account for some reason, there is no Admin account, and I have no idea why. I tried using ophcrack with no luck.
I even bought Windows Password Key, but when I try it, it starts the program, then the laptop just restarts by itself. Security measure, perhaps?simplest..... google for "linux boot windows password reset" ... take the first link to howtogeek.com ... it has a disc image and instructions on resetting a windows password.

All I really do is watch movies on my iPad I will download two movies watch then delete knowing I can redownload we'll did that last night deleted and know that I'm trying to download a movie I just bought it's saying not enough storage when in general it saying I have 2.7 left I'm not that good with these kind of things but someone please help I have no apps downloaded no music movies some pics but that's it I don't understand

if you reset all settings, you will not lose anything at all. You will have to reset all of the device preferences again like your chosen wallpaper, your privacy settings, whatever settings in the Settings app that you changed from the factory default, will have to be entered again.
You will not lose any data, movies, songs, etc. I responded to your first post and told you that I'm not sure it will work anyway, it's just a suggestion. If you are not comfortable doing it, then don't do it. -

I have had the hardest time with Adobe. I have reluctantly signed up for CC and now can not download anything. I am trying to do CS6 or Photoshop CC and all download fail.

The airplay and remote always have problem

I did restart all the devices and router.
Something wait a few hours it will work again.
Anyone can help?Answers can only be as helpful as the details provided, and there is very little hear to go on. What happens when you try to connect? Is there an error? If so what does it say. How are the devices connected? WiFi, Ethernet? Which ver of ATV do you have? Best guess is that you are using WiFi and the probably go away if you use a wired connection to ATV.
