Unwanted namespace in output file

Hi all experts!
I'm having a B1-to-File scenario in B1iSN 8 PL8 where the demand for namespace is:
<m:b24bufferMessage xmlns:m="http://b24commerce.com/schemas/buffer/3.2">
</m:b24bufferMessage>
In the XSL file I'm using the b1im_filename tag for getting a proper filename for the file being saved:
<m:b24bufferMessage xmlns:m="http://b24commerce.com/schemas/buffer/3.2">
   <b1im_filename>MyFileName</b1im_filename>
</m:b24bufferMessage>
When I inspect the message in the messagelog it looks ok.
But in the file I'm getting the unwanted namespace xmlns="urn:com.sap.b1i.sim:b1imessage".
<m:b24bufferMessage xmlns="urn:com.sap.b1i.sim:b1imessage" xmlns:m="http://b24commerce.com/schemas/buffer/3.2">
</m:b24bufferMessage>
There are two things that strikes me:
1. The messagelog doesn't show the same thing as the file.
2. It is the b1im_filename tag that makes the unwanted namespace to appear.
Does anyone know how to avoid this?
I've tried the exclude-result-prefixes="b1im" attribute in the xsl file but it doesn't help.
Regards
Lars Jönson

Hi Lars,
b1im is the standard namespace for B1i messages, but you can explicitly define your wish namespace in the BIU at the first element of your result message.
e.g instead of empty <BOM xmlns=""> fill in your namespace: <BOM xmlns="http://b24commerce.com/schemas/buffer/3.2">

  • Setting up FileName for Output file in SendPort

    Hi - I have a requirement setting up FileName in output file. For instance say, whatever I receive in the 'FathersName' field that Output File should be with that File Name.
    For e.g. if data received in FathersName field is JOHN, output file name should be JOHN.xml
    I am using File Adapters on Receive and send side.
    Can this be achieved just by Messaging Scenario or do I need to implement this using Orchestration ?
    If so, please advise on how to do this ?
    e.
    MBH

    To achieve this, you will have to set your filename value on one of the Context Properties available as a File Adapter macro. For example FILE.ReceivedFileName is mapped to the %SourceFileName% macro.
    You have several options to do this:
    Set FILE.ReceivedFileName in an Orchestration.  It does not have to be Promoted.
    Write the Property ReceivedFileName in namespace
    http://schemas.microsoft.com/BizTalk/2003/file-properties in a Custom Pipeline Component.
    If FathersName can be used in the file name unmodified, you set FathersName as a Promoted Property on the schema and Promote directly to FILE.ReceivedFileName.
    For 1 & 2, you will have to extract FathersName somehow, such as a distinguished field.
    A Custom Pipeline Component or direct Promotion are the only way to achieve this in Messaging only.

  • Ns0 in all the element tag of the XML output file

    Hi Gurus,
      I'm performing a mapping in the Integration Builder. The target structure is based on an imported xsd file via External Definitions.
    However, in the output file, I'm getting a ns0 prefix in all the name of the elements.
    Below is an example of how the output file looks like.
    <ns0:Document xmlns:ns0="urn:iso:std:iso:20022:tech:xsd:pain.001.001.02">
    <ns0:pain.001.001.02>
    <ns0:GrpHdr>
      <ns0:MsgId>0000000000247040099700</ns0:MsgId>
      <ns0:CreDtTm>29-07-2008 16 44 06</ns0:CreDtTm>
      <ns0:Authstn />
      <ns0:BtchBookg>M</ns0:BtchBookg>
      <ns0:NbOfTxs>1</ns0:NbOfTxs>
      <ns0:Grpg>GRPD</ns0:Grpg>
    Is there any way to get rid of the ns0? Issit some namespace definition which i need to specify somewhere?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    It does not matter whether your namespace prefix is ns, ns0, xyz or whatever.
    When your mapping doesn't work there must be another reason.
    Just try and paste the payload from moni and test ur mapping.
    The namespace prefic ns0 is only a placeholder for the namespace urn:iso:std:iso:20022:tech:xsd:pain.001.001.02. This namespace can also be represented by another prefix or even by the empty prefix.
    However, it is not possible to model the target payload via a Message type in the Integration Repository.
    Message types are simply not suitable to model a document as you have posted. However, there is simple help. Just download the schema for the Message type to your local file system. Add attribute elementFormDefault="qualified" to the root tag of that schema. Upload that schema as External Definition. This External Definition will have one External Message. Define your mapping using that schema.
    Thanks

    Pl help me on this guys
    Regards
    Varun

    HI Varun,
    This will help you..
    In the message type <b>mt_xml_receive</b>r there is a box where the namespace name is specified.
    Simply delete the same and activate the message type.
    In your case what you can do is as you dont want the message type name also.
    you can create the message type name as DETAILS instead of mt_xml_receiver.
    Regards,
    Sumit

  • How to change namespace in outbound file

    Hi,
    When I creates a outbound file using file adapter, BPEL or jDeveloper creates a file with its own namwspace like ns1: or ns15: or so on... But if I want to change it to my own tag say like tns: or its:, is it possible?
    example:
    the usual creation in BPEL:
    <?xml version="1.0" ?><ProvisionsInterface xmlns:ns1="http://www.mycomapny.com/ns/company/payments" xmlns="http://www.mycomapny.com/ns/company/payments">
    <ns1:Provider>

    <ns1:Name>BASSETTS</ns1:Name>
    <ns1:Addr1>1 High Street</ns1:Addr1>
    I want to change it to:
    <?xml version="1.0" ?><ProvisionsInterface xmlns:tns="http://www.mycomapny.com/ns/company/payments" xmlns="http://www.mycomapny.com/ns/company/payments">
    <tns:Provider>

    <tns:Name>BASSETTS</tns:Name>
    <tns:Addr1>1 High Street</tns:Addr1>
    Any idea, plase advice.
    Regards,
    Sreejit

    Hi,
    Thanks for reply.
    Actullay the requirement is that the target system doesn't want any namespace tag in front of the elements.
    I have got the answer and created a wrapper xsd, by which you can change or remove the namespace from the output file.
    example:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
    <schema xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
    targetNamespace="http://www.mycompany.com/ns/suppliers" <!-- target namespace from actual xsd -->
    xmlns:nxsd="http://xmlns.oracle.com/pcbpel/nxsd" nxsd:version="DTD">
    <include schemaLocation="NameOfActualSchema.xsd"/>
    </schema>

  • Asdoc how to add a custom local namespace with manifest file?

    Hi there,
    I use the flex 4 beta1 sdk to test the following:
    I have:
    MainScreen.mxml:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <s:Group xmlns:fx="http://ns.adobe.com/mxml/2009"
        xmlns:s="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/spark"
        xmlns:mx="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/halo"
        xmlns:views="com.xyz.core.view.components.*"
        >
        <views:AbcView id="abcView" right="20" />
    </s:Group>
    I tried to use a manifest file which seems to be how to handle this kind of situation (using ant):
        <arg line="-namespace views ${manifest.file}"/>
        <arg line="-doc-namespaces views"/>
    the manifest.xml contain the following:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <componentPackage>
               <component id="AbcView" class="com.xyz.core.view.components.AbcView" />
    </componentPackage>
    when I compile asdoc return the following error:
    ...MainScreen.mxml(52):  Error: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: AbcView
    Any idea how I can force asdoc to add/recognize AbcView.mxml ? Is my use of manifest file correct in this situation?
    Thank you in advance for your help.

  • Output file naming

    Hi - I want to batch convert dozens of files at one time that each have a unique name. In compressor preferences I can select my setting and destination and then drag my files for conversion into compressor. The output file name however contains my setting name and info. I know that I can click on each file output name to delete the name info I don't want - but I don't want to have to do that for dozens of files.
    Question - how can I get compressor not to include the setting name and info in the output file name without having to delete the unwanted naming info manually.
    thanks

    Compressor may not be the tool for this job. I think you want to do this at the Finder level. Automator and AppleScript come with several folder-file routines that can change names with a fairly simple click.
    Hopefully someone who knows the finer controls in Compressor will drop by over the next few days with better suggestions.

    And metalink note 1100253.1 states that this issue (java.lang.StackOverflowError) might be caused by a too large set of data to be sorted in the layout file. Recommendation is to removed the sort from the layout file and instead sort the data already in the data definition.

  • How to find name of report if I know name of instance and location of instance in Output File Store

    Hello all,
    can somebody help me to find name of the report if I know name of report instance and also location of instance in Output File Store. It should be done via Query Builder.
    It is ...rpt file as output from Crystal Reports. I tried few commands in Query Builder but usually they finished with timeout error.
    Could you help me and send specific command? Or way how to change timeout of Query Builder?
    Thanks.
    matus

    Hello all,
    We finally found solution.
    We knew that file is located on path .../Output/a_145/009/002/133521/~ce10c.....9332.rtf
    This file has more than 2 GB. We tried to find which report is related and provide necessary actions.
    As I mentioned we still failed due to timeout error - There was an error retrieving data from the server: CMS operation timed out after 9 minutes.
    So we tried to use our testing environment. We started there QueryBuilder and there we successfully tested that we found details about files from FileStore /like Name of the report in Launch Pad, CUID, ...
    SELECT SI_NAME, SI_CUID, SI_FILES FROM CI_INFOOBJECTS WHERE SI_FILES.SI_PATH = 'frs://Input/a_148/020/000/5268/'
    or
    SELECT * FROM CI_INFOOBJECTS WHERE SI_FILES.SI_PATH = 'frs://Input/ a_148/020/000/5268/'
    Best regards,
    matus

    Using:
    Oracle Applications : 10.0.5.2,
    MS Word 2007
    Thanks,

    I am not giving the solution, providing you a hint..
    This is the query you need to satisfy,
    SELECT NVL(R.DESCRIPTION ,CP.USER_CONCURRENT_PROGRAM_NAME)
    FROM FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS R, FND_CONCURRENT_PROGRAMS_VL CP,XDO_DS_DEFINITIONS_B XDS
    WHERE ( ( FND_PROFILE.VALUE('CONC_REPORT_ACCESS_LEVEL') = 'U'
    AND R.REQUESTED_BY = :$PROFILES$.USER_ID ) or
    ( FND_PROFILE.VALUE('CONC_REPORT_ACCESS_LEVEL') = 'R'
    AND R.RESPONSIBILITY_ID = :$PROFILES$.RESP_ID ) )
    AND R.PROGRAM_APPLICATION_ID = CP.APPLICATION_ID
    AND R.CONCURRENT_PROGRAM_ID = CP.CONCURRENT_PROGRAM_ID
    AND XDS.APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME=
    ( SELECT APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME
    FROM FND_APPLICATION
    WHERE APPLICATION_ID=CP.APPLICATION_ID)
    AND XDS.DATA_SOURCE_CODE = CP.CONCURRENT_PROGRAM_NAME
    AND R.OUTPUT_FILE_TYPE='XML'
    AND R.STATUS_CODE not in ('E', 'D', 'T', 'X')
    ORDER BY R.REQUEST_ID DESC
    Go to system profiles and query for 'Concurrent:Report Access Level', responsibility you need and modify the profile name accordingly....

  • Error message when publishing and problems opening output file

    I have 5 projects linked together. When I publish one, I get a message that the files listed below are linked to the open project, and one or more of these projects may require exporting. I have tried to open these files and choose File | Export | Project to | but the options in the list (Flash 8 and Flash CS3) are both grayed out--on every one of these files. I'm publishing to Flash 9.
    I didn't think much about this message until a few reviewers said they can't open the project, or when they do, they don't see my playbar on the skin.
    One more thing--when an IT person was trying to help one reviewer open the output file, the IT person said "Oh, there's a problem with the code in line 25." I guess that's the html code? I'm not a programmer, but I can look at html code. What should I be seeing there in line 25?
    Is their problem opening the output file(s) related to my message about possibly needing to export files? Why might they be having problems getting the output file to open?
    Thanks for any insights you can provide!
    SAM

    Hi Sam
    It depends on a number of things. Are you certain you uploaded all the files involved? If not, there will be problems.
    The message about the linked files is quite simply advising you that you have links from that particular movie that will expect to find the files being linked to.
    If a person isn't seeing playback controls and you have included them, it's likely you haven't provided the correct link for them to open and play the file. Typically you provide a link to the HTML page Captivate creates. As long as all the output files are in the same place on the server, you should be good to go.
    Cheers... Rick

  • When running an xml publisher report the xml output leads to 9 mb and the excel output file leads to 20 mb.But the output records is originally 4000 records. When copy to new excel it is showing 3.5 mb only. Does anyone knows the answer for this issue?

    When running an xml publisher report the xml output leads to 9 mb and the excel output file leads to 20 mb. The records contained in excel file is 4000 records. When taking the excel records and copy to new excel file the excel file size is 3.5 mb only.Why does the oracle software generates 20mb file?
    Does any one knows the answer please advice?

    Hello,
    This issue is because the Excel output from BI Publisher is MHTML (XML Publisher generates XHTML) not binary .xls.
    MHTML and XHTML are more verbose formats than binary .xls.
    It will be large because the current Excel output is just an HTML and not compressed like PDF. Please use the workaround (save it as .xls file).  This is a known limitation of RTF layout templates.
    BI Publisher Enterprise has a new feature True Excel Templates. The layouts generate binary Excel output.
    Excel Output File Size Generated By BI Publisher is Very Large (Doc ID 760437.1)

    ConcurrentRequest cr = new ConcurrentRequest(conn);

    tx.commit();
    }catch(RequestSubmissionException e)
    How do i get the handle to log and output files for the abvoe concurrent request ?
    One more thing is there a way where we can evaluate the environment variables
    like in the above example once i get a the request id

    and
    outputfile=$APPLCSF/$APPLOUT/"o"+requestID+".out"
    is there a way i can get the values of $APPLCSF and $APPLOUT from the os ?
    Thanks
    Tom...
    Thanks

    You can query the Fnd_Concurrent_Requests table using Request_ID, which has the log & out file directory details.
