UOM is getting changed in PO print

Dear all,
My user is creating a PO for a part no having UOM of KG. In this PO, qty is mentioned as 21.500 KG. but the same is getting printed by rounding off this value as 22 KG.
Pl give your valuable feedback whether i have to change the settings or print script alone to be changed to get the exact qty in the print out.

Chk for rounding profiles in spro-->Materials Management->Purchasing->Order Optimizing->Quantity Optimizing and Allowed Logistics Units of Measure->Maintain Rounding Profile.
Chk for profile and plant.

    Just chekc the change log of mateiral master
    becuase it might happen that when you create the PO that time it is 1PL = 39 BD
    but the PGI time some onw has change to 1PL = 48 BD
    i cound not think any thing else

    Bummer! The only way I have ever been able to get rid of the dreaded twirling ball was to reboot....with the exception of one time only, when it actually was some super techie issue that was only resolved when they looked at it and did their magic.

  • UOM is getting rounded-off while converting the PR into PO

    Dear all,
        We have created a PR with the UOM - EA for the qty 2.256 but the same was changed as 2 while converting the PR into Purchase order (If the PR qty is 2.564, then PO qty is changed to 3).
        I have checked in "CUNI". In this, for "EA", decimal pl rounding is maintained as 3.
       (If we create the PO directly for decimal qty w/o referring the PR, qty is getting rounded-off in print format. We have already posted this print script issue alone and we were advised to change the print script.)
       What we have to do to get the actual PR qty in PO.
       Pl give your valuable suggestions.

    (If i maintained  decimal pl. rounding as 2, system is taking the PR qty of 2.256 as 2.25 in PO. and i've maintained decimal places as 3. But where can i see this in PO?)

    in the iPhoto preferences  change the print products country to the UK and give it a try - there may be some restirctions on billing but it has worked for some people

    The easiest and fastest thing for you is to reset the printer to its defaults and then just install the printer again following the instructions in the manual when you received it.  If you don't have these you will find this on the HP web site.

  • Getting the photos I print to match what they look like on my screen.

    I'm having a hard time getting the photos I print to match what they look like on my screen.  I even bought a monitor calibrator and tried changing  my color settings in Photoshop and it hasn't seemed to help.  The pictures even look different when I pull them up in The ROES program I use to order prints from.  The pictures come out really dull compared to what they look like in Photoshop.  Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

    There are a couple of things to note here right away.
    To get a good screen to print match the first consideration is the monitor brightness and white point temperature. The goal is a visual match to paper white.
    The calibrator will help you set this up. Spend some time to find the right settings, because it will depend on the ambient light and your whole working environment. That includes the Photoshop UI - if you use the now default dark UI, images will appear brighter than in the old light UI.
    The second thing to note is that you don't change any Photoshop color settings. The calibration and profiling is all handled automatically, once you found the right settings for white point. Just let the calibration software run through and do its thing, done. The display profile is set up as system default and Photoshop finds it there.
    Once you have a correct display of the file, you then need a correctly color managed print pipeline. If both are accurate, they will match.

  • RTF Template Logo boarders get changed in apps pdf output

    Hi,
    I developed rtf template with logo , rtf page header is 0" and margins are 0.2" and 0.25" (minimum for ms word to print).
    I don't want to have any space b/w header and logo.
    Preview in rtf template in pdf format is showing with correct margins.
    But when i print the pdf preview, the logo changes its positin..ie..margins get changed.
    when i attach to template in apps, the pdf output is coming with different boarders sizes.
    PDF O/P is having space at the header ie..b/w header and logo.
    any suggestions.

    I figured out why the layout is changing when I print - page scaling option in Adobe was set to 'fit to printable area'. Is there some way that I can ensure whomever prints the file (3rd party provider) has this setting turned off? A command embedded in the template? A config file?
    Any help would be sincerely appreciated.......

  • NET PRICE GETTING CHANGED

    Dear Gurus,
                     I am having a problem here. We have prepared a purchase orderfor an item with quantity 2 and netprice 3000, with insurence 1000rs against that item. The tax part is as follows:
    Excise Duty 10%
    hcess 2%
    Ecess 1%
    I have ,maintained a condition type(item condition) for value (insurence) in the pricing procedure and it is trigerring as well. Here the requiremenet is that Excise duty must be calculated on  net amount + insurence.,i.e if the purchase order net amount  is 3000 rs then ED should be calculated on 3000*2(qty)=6000 + insurence amt 1000 which is 7000 Rs.
    System is calculating Exicse duty on the exact amount which is 7000Rs but the net price of the po item is getting changed in item overview screen. It is getting updated to 3500, which is the average value of 7000 Rs.
    So whenever we are taking the print out wrong net price is getting printed.
    Can u suggest me a solution to getover this scenario?

         tick the check statistics for ur insurance condition type...
            create a new po..
                 click on update below the item details
                     and double click on B carry out new pricing..
    now check ur net price

    You can very well use the same o/p type which is used for creation.
    The driver program need to be modified to print only the changes required.

  • Pages fonts changes when I print

    I have a table in pages that the font style appears correct on screen but it changes when I print or export to pdf
    The font is avenir condensed regular.  A few of the lines in the table drop a portion of the text when I print or export as pdf.  How can I get this to print and export as it is viewed?  Why is it changing?

    My graphics studio is running Adobe CC, so we are using the latest versions of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects.
    The files in question were inherited from a client. We need to maintain their product sell sheets that they created.  Because they are working with Pages and Numbers we will get more files this way.  Its a problem to receive files that look one way but print another. 
    My question remains.  Is there a way to edit and print pages documents in Pages 5.2  from documents that were created in 5.5.  This is only an
    incremental change.  The files open and display correctly.  They even look right after editing. The disconnect is when we print them or create a PDF.
    I'm trying to avoid migrating my entire studio to Yosemite just so we can run Pages 5.5.  If I migrate one mac i'll have to move the entire studio.

    This has to do with selecting the paper size in the print setup. If you select a (European) paper format that uses millimeters then the margins are in millimeters. To get inches just select an American paper format.

    I have a HP Officejet J4680 All-in-one, I also have Quicken Rental Prop Mgr.  I recently had my computer upgraded to Window7 from XP, I cannot get my tax reports to print.  I send it to my printer, the light flashes like it is getting ready to print & nothing.  When I had XP I never had trouble getting my reports to print.  Quicken says it is an issue with HP, can someone help.  I have tried to navigate through all these question & answers to no avail.  HELP!!

    I understand you have an Officejet J4680 that is not able to print from your Quicken program. I'm sorry to hear this but I will certainly do my best to assist you!
    If your printer is able to print fine from every other program, just not from Quicken then we know the printer itself is working. If that's the case, I would like you to try installing an alternate driver by following the instructions below.
    1. Go to your Control Panel and then Devices and Printers.
    2. On the left under Printer Tasks click on Add a Printer.
    3. Select Local Printer Attached to this computer, then Next.
    4. From the drop down list select the port that the Officejet J4680 is using and then click Next.
    5. Under Manufacturer make sure you select HP. Under Printers look for the HP Deskjet 9800 and then click Next.
    6. If it asks you Which version of the driver do you want to use? Please select Replace the current driver.
    7. You can change the printer name, or leave it as is, the decision is yours. You can make it the default if you'd like. If you don't just make sure you remember to select it instead of the Officejet J4680 when you print from Quicken. Make sure to click Next when done.
    8. Say yes to printing the Test Page to make sure everything worked, then click Finish.
    As long as the test page prints, please proceed to Quick to try and print again, making sure the Deskjet 9800 is selected in the printers list.

  • How do I get Pages to quit printing small boxes in my text?

    When setting up a small, 2 page flyer, I like change numbered sentences to a dark red, make them bold, then make them superscript.  All of this is built into my Pages '09 templates and makes things easier to read for younger folks.
    I created a new document from one of these templates today and it looked perfect on the screen but when I printed the document, between the bold, dark red superscript number and the first letter of the sentance, where I had left a space, I now have (only on the printed copy) a small box.  I don't know why it shows up only when printed, but I'm hoping someone can help me get Pages to stop printing those boxes.

    You may also add OpenOffice spell checkers, there is a long list of languages, including Norwegian. These may be used with other apps too. Downloaded OO dics have the extension .oxt, manually change it to .zip, confirm when asked that you really wish to do this. Open the resulted folder and take from there .dic and .aff files, and move them to /Library/spelling. You may thus have as many spell checking dics as you wish. They may be selected in all the apps based on the Cocoa engine, including Pages.
    In the attached screenshot, in the lower part you may see these dics.
    P.S. I am not very familiar with Norwegian, but it seems the article does not specify how to download and install OO dics.
