Update field LSMNG in MIGO transaction using bapi bapi_goodsmvt_create

Hi ,
I am using bapi bapi_goodsmvt_create for creating goods receipt against purchase order in which I have to update field LSMNG i.e. Del. Note Qty. But this field is not there in BAPI input parameters/table fields.
How i can update this field using the same bapi

hi, any one can help me to update the fields of a delivery order.
the fields in the delevery order are : Batch no. quantity. and Stock location.
i cannot use any BDC to do that, BAPI is prefered in that report.
batch number and quantity are easy to find in any BAPI, but stock loc can not change from BAPI...
i have tried BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_SAVEREPLICA , but it always give me errors. (VL 564 and VL 295. but i definitly gave the delevery type)
so, is anyone can give me a better bapi?or give me a instance for using BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_SAVEREPLICA.

BADI OR USER EXIT AT THE TIME OF SAVING THE TCODE MIGO TO UPDAT FIELD LSMNG

Hello Guru,
I am using BAPI BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE for GRN creation it is working fine. But i want to update DELIVERY NOTE QUANTITY (LSMNG) at the time of GRN Creation . This field is not provided in the BAPI .
What i had done i had applied BADI MB_MIGO_BADI to update this field but this badi does not call at the time of saving ( THIS BADI ONLY CALL WHEN WE ARE USING MIGO TCODE AND ON THE SCREEN WE ARE PRESSING ENTER) . so i am not able to update the field (LSMNG).
So i need a badi of user exit which can updates this field at the time of saving.
there are exit which are updating other fields at the time of saving but not this one .
Why i need the badi or userexit which will update the field at the time of saving because when we are using bapi only those badi or user exit are called which are
used at the time of Saving.
Kindly suggest any solution.

Disable print output when using bapi BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE

Hello,
I am using BAPI BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE to post material documents in our programs.
I wish to prevent the print output of the documents created by the BAPI.
Meaning - when the user post good movement using MIGO, there will be a printout of the movement, but if the movement is created using BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE, no output will be printed.
I have tried sending blank values in fields VER_GR_GI_SLIP & VER_GR_GI_SLIPX in GOODSMVT_HEADER structure, but to no avail.
Is there a way to disable printing ONLY when using the BAPI?

Hi,
We cant restrict the print preview or print out of the material document. Once the condition record has maintianed for the material document, it ll applicable for all the material doc . It would be manual Gr or BAPI GR.
In your case Print is coming automatically or user is taking the print !!

Unable to transfer post the document using BAPI "BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE"

Hi Experts,
I am unable to post the document using BAPI "BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE", getting error "_Sales order stock --- does not exist_"
details are stated below:
GM_CODE : 04, it is working fine for the scenario with same saleorder number and line item, but when i give same sale order number and different line item, then i am getting the above error.
Example : Posting from Saleorder A with line item 100 to saleorder A with lineitem 100 its working fine, but when we are posting
                from Saleorder A with lineitem 100 to saleorder A with line item 200 it is not working.
Also When I trying to do with the transaction MB1B manually, it is working fine. kindly suggest me.

Error while using BAPI BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE for Momvent type 321

Hi Guys,
We trying to transfer material from Inspection to Un.Stock by using momvent type 321...In SAP we do QVM1 and do stock postion.
We are using BAPI BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE getting this error " E QA 495 Change the inspection stock of material 11036125 in QM only".
Any one have any idea how to overcome this issue.

Populate header, code, item and return table
In header populate PSTNG_DATE ,DOC_DATE ,PR_UNAME(if u have additional information then pass those also)
In Item table MOVE_TYPE ,MVT_IND ,PO_NUMBER ,MATERIAL,PLANT ,STGE_LOC ,PO_ITEM = POITEM-PO_ITEM,ENTRY_QNT .
MVT_IND filed u can leave it as blank as GM_CODE is 05.

Goods issue using bapi BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE getting error E M7

HI consultants,
While posting goods issue using bapi BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE . Running the batch job(zprogram) to post the goods issue . The goods issue is been posted by passing goods receipt data's.
while processing 3 goods receipt , 2 works fine one goods receipt getting E M 7 300 NO ITEMS ARE TRANSFERED error.
when i processing one by one all the 3 goods receipt is working fine and process sucessfully. While processing in bulk ,i am getting this issue.
If anybody faces this same problem or knows the solution .Please post the answer.

i want to update records in j_1ipart1 , j_1ipart2 , rg1 as it gets updated when posting in MIGO with refer to excise incoice.

Use the BAPI BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE..
Pass the delivery number DELIV_NUMB in both HEADER_DATA and HEADER_CONTROL..
In HEADER_DATA-DLV_BLOCK pass the delivery block.
In HEADER_CONTROL-DLV_BLOCK_FLG pass 'X'

Populating Customized fields in Sales Order Creation using BAPI

Hi All,
I have a requirement that, I need to populate 2 customized fields which are appedned in the VBAK tables through Append structure. I am using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 FM for creating it.
Could anybody tell me how to send these 2 coustomized field values in this BAPI using EXTERNIN parameter.

To add data to custom fields there are two appraoches.
1)Using the EXTENSIONIN in the Tables option in the FM BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2
Check the Documentation for the same,
Customer Enhancement for VBAK, VBAP, VBEP
Description
You can use this parameter to transfer user-specific enhancments to a BAPI. The customer has to complete the EXTENSION structure and the system automatically continues processing it. If you have not defined any user-specific fields, then you can transfer a blank EXTENSIONIN structure.
Technical information about Customer Enhancements
The following description uses an example to explain how to proceed with customer enhancements to the SD tables VBAK, VBKD, VBAP and VBEP.
The customer has added their own fields to table VBAP using the INCLUDE structure CUTEST. This structure contains 2 fields:
CFIELD1, CHAR 10
CFIELD2, CHAR 3.
The customer also requires that these two fields can be maintained with the BAPI.
1. Maintain structure CUTEST in table VBAP
2. Because the BAPIs work with checkboxes, you must also define a CUTESTX checkbox for the customer structure. It should be structured like this:
Field name Data element
CFIELD1 CHAR1
CFIELD2 CHAR1
3. Define these customer structures in the structures VBAPKOZ und VBAPKOZX using INCLUDE or APPEND.
4. Add the customer structures to the BAPE_VBAP and BAPE_VBAPX BAPI structures using the APPEND technique.
5. Adjust the following structures for customer enhancements to table VBAK:
a) VBAKKOZ
b) VBAKKOZX
c) BAPE_VBAK
d) BAPE_VBAKX
6. Adjust the following structures for customer enhancements to table VBEK:
a) VBEPKOZ
b) VBEPKOZX
c) BAPE_VBEP
d) BAPE_VBEPX
7. Generally, the data should be added to the BAPI interface in the internal communication structures (VBAKKOM, and so on). There, you can process the data in the SD tables (VBAK, and so on).
8. If the EXTENSIONIN parameter contains customer data, you must complete at least the key fields in the relevant standard parameters.
For example:
You want to change customer field VBAP-CFIELD2 for item 20 to "XYZ" in order 4711.
The following entries are expected:
Import: BAPIVBELN-VBELN = '0000004711' Document number
 BAPISDHD1X-UPDATEFLAG = 'U' UPDKZ for doc header
Tables: BAPISDITM-ITM_NUMBER = '000020' Item number
 BAPISDITMX-ITM_NUMBER = '000020' Item number
 + BAPISDITMX-UPDATEFLAG = 'U' UPDKZ for item
You must complete the EXTENSION table as follows:

You can find more information in the BAPI programming guide in the chapter for enhancements to BAPIs.
Notes
You must complete the STRUCTURE field with the name of the relevant enhancement structure (BAPE_VBAK, BAPE_VBAP, BAPE_VBEP). You can complete the remaining fields with the append structures from the enhancement structures.
At the moment, you can use the BAPI to store enhancements in the following structures:
VBAK : An enhancement to header data requires an append structure to BAPE_VBAK and an enhancement to structure VBAKKOZ.
VBAP : An enhancement to item data requires an append structure to BAPE_VBAP and an enhancment to structure VBAPKOZ.
VBEP : An enhancement to schedule line data requires an append structure to BAPE_VBEP and an enhancement to structure VBEPKOZ.
VBKD : If you are using an enhancement for header data, you must add an append structure to BAPE_VBAK. You also need to enhance structure VBAKKOZ. If it is for item data, you need to add an append structure to BAPE_VBAP. You must also enhance structure VBAPKOZ.
If you also want to work with checkboxes, each X-structure must also contain an append structure.
For example:
A customer has created an order and wants to include the material long text (50 digits long).
The EXTENSIONIN structure must be completed with BAPE_VBAP. Two fields have fixed definitions in this structure. These are in the VBAP host key (VBELN, POSNR). The customer sets up an append structure that contains field ZMAT50.
Because the VBELN is normally blank when you create an order, the data can look like this:
STRUCTURE |BAPE_VBAP
2) Create the Sales Document using the FM and when successfully craeted you will get the Sales Document No in the Export parameter SALESDOCUMENT.
After its created and Committed using BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT , do a BDC recording for the same to (VA02 Change Sales Order) update the fields only and save the document.

Cannot update batch header during MIGO GR using BADI MB_DOCUMENT_BADI

I am trying to update next inspection date via MIGO when Goods Receipting a production order which is held in the batch header and in a classification we have set up. I have used function modules to try and perform the update.
I have used both 'VB_UPDATE_BATCH' and QEVA_BATCH_UPDATE both by themselves and in an update task to update field QNDAT. (1st one updating MCHA and MCH1 the second one to update MCHA).
I had the code before in POST_DOCUMENT of BADI MB_MIGO_BADI and this made no difference either. Sometimes it updates if I cancel the material document and redo the goods receipt with the same production number but this is very inconsistent. I need this to be done when I am posting the goods receipt.
Does anyone have any ideas as I am at the end of my tether with this one?

How to update VBFA while sales order creation using BAPI

Hi,
I am trying to create sales orders for each schedule line items while inquiry creation.
This I have done in the user exit in the VA11 program MV45AFF using BAPI "BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2".
along with the Inquiry, Sales orders are also getting created. But I am facing 2 problems.
1) BAPI is not returning the sales order number to the program but when checked from SE37 it is returning the sales order
number.
2) It is not updating the VBFA (SD flow) table.
