Updated to 4.4.3, now Netflix is gone and can't scroll on Internet

I updated my 3 day old unit to 4.4.3 last night and I turn Apple TV on today and find that Netflix is gone and when I go to the Internet option I cannot scroll off of YouTube under Internet. When I try to go down it makes a 'ding' noise and kicks me back to YouTube. The bigger problem is that Netflix is gone. I have unplugged it and even reset it (downloading the update and applying it again) and that has not changed anything. Any help is appreciated.

Factory Reset. Before the factory reset I tried unplugging all cables from the Apple TV and power cycling the router. It always runs on ethernet and not wifi. Thanks.

Sounds like you had the phone hacked to work on a network other than what the phone was originally locked to. When you updated the software on the phone it reverted back to the lock which makes your sim unusable.

A bit late for this advice now, but hopefully you'll know what to do next time.
Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!

Just a thought, but maybe consider returning the device. Seems it might be a bit too complicated for you.

If you have any apps that were acquired with the old ID they will always be tied to that ID. Delete them and reacquire them with the new ID that you have in Settings > iTunes and App Store

Are your contacts still on your computer? If yes, set one contact up on the phone and sync it, you'll get the option to merge data.
If there are no more contacts on the computer, see if your latest backup still has the info, if you did not sync after you lose the info, they are still part of the backup.

You're not talking to a team of Apple employees poised to jump on your question. We're all just users here, and we might be doing something else...
You cannot delete the App store App. It is somewhere on your Home screens, or you have dragged it into a folder. Any folder. If all else fails Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.

My Firefox has been crashing every day sometimes several times a day. I have emailed your staff back many times looking for a reason for the crashed without any response. I have been able to get by because I would restore the settings and continue what I was doing. Nick, sorry to hear about that. I'm not sure where you are sending the emails, but if you use the form to submit your crash information, that goes into a database for review by the developers instead of coming to the support volunteers here.
Did you try the History > Restore Previous Session command? Firefox sometimes saves form data in the session history. This data may age out, so you should use that menu item as soon as possible.
Going forward, consider installing the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/lazarus-form-recovery/ Lazarus: Form Recovery] extension if you are filling long forms and Firefox is unstable.
With respect to the crashes, there are many possible reasons for Firefox to crash. Have you reviewed the help articles for diagnosis? For example: [[Firefox crashes - Troubleshoot, prevent and get help fixing crashes]].

Restore your iPhone by connecting it to your computer and using iTunes on your computer to restore it.

There's no rollback in the application if you encountered failed during the installation.. The application profile will be lost... ****....

Try update the app using iTune (computer) and sync to iPad.

HT1386 I updated my daughters iPod Touch and now the music states is it now stored on iCloud and can be accessed on WiFi or cellular. There is no music stored on the iPod and she listens to it outside of the home without WiFi. I will not let me sync.

I am assuming that you are using a Mac. Update for 17.0.1 have been pulled off the server for Mac(see this - https://blogs.adobe.com/adobeillustrator/2013/11/illustrator-cc-updates-now-available.html
Please uninstall AI CC 17.0.1 & re-install again. You will be back on to the 17.0.0 version. This is MAC only change.
Please let us know if you are facing this issue on Win.
