Updating table KNVK in customer contact person change

Hi
We have to update customer contact person data. We use BAPI_ADDRESSCONTPART_CHANGE but only ADRP table is updadeted. We would like to update table KNVK.
Can we do that with some parameters with this bapi or do we need an other FM?

Table.Filed info for Contact Person Qual Proficiency

This pertains to Contact Person in TEM
I am looking for Table and field where Contact Person's Qualification and Proficiency (including Text) are stored.

Hello,
Use the relationship 032 between objects PT and Q. Go to table HRP1001, type in PT in objid, Q in sclas, 032 in relat and you can find the relevant data. Now, pick up the ADATANR from here and use it to find the proficiency from table HRPAD31.
To find out the text for a proficiency, pick up object Q, find the object id of Qualification Group (QK) by using relationship 030 in HRP1001. From this QK, get the scale id from table HRP1033. For this scale id, all the proficiency texts are stored in customizing table t77tp. Put in scale id, langu, and prof to get the text. Alternatively, use function module RHPE_Q_PROFCY_TEXT_READ.
Also, you can use RHPP_Q_PROFILE_READ to get the complete data as mentioned in the paragraphs above.

Vendor Master : Customer Contact person

Hi all,
In my Vendor Master (XKo1/xko2) when i change the Customer contact details an idoc should be triigered with these deetails.
These data in the Contact Person View is stored in KNVK table.
the stadard idoc Cremas idoc does no support those details.
I used the Adr3mas03 idoc, but the required data is not tirggered.
Is there any way around this.

Sorry.
Since ERP 2005, vendors master data do support maintenance of contact persons in the core.
Previously, this was true only for IS-Retail.
ALE Distribution of vendor contact persons has never been developped.
So your ADR3MAS idocs do surely integrates perfectly in the inbound system expect that this will be an orphaned Person.
The link will the contact person (KNVK) will never occurs as there is no E1KNVKM segment in CREMAS !

Load of customer contact person

HI all,
I am trying to load the contact persons of customers with the BUS4002.
According to the SAP descriptions and SAP notes (306275, 384462) the data should be load in the following sequence:
1. load the adress-data with BUS4002 (Objekt = next parnr with BAPI_PARTNEREMPLOYEE_GETINTNUM)
2. load the customer master data (with the no-data-sign, so that the fields where not overwritten)
and there is my problem:
When I put the no-data-sign '/' i.e. at the firstname, anyway the firstname from the adress data is empty now.
And in the adress data it was filled. So are all the other fields from the adress data. (I see that in table ADRP)
What's going wrong?

Tracking Contact Person Changes in CDHDR

We have 2 SAP Systems - one for development and one for production. When changes are made to customers (debitors) using transaction VD02, these changes are logged in the table CDHDR (objecttype='ADRESSE' or 'DEBI'). In both systems this works fine.
However, when changes are made to contact persons (same transaction) the changes are only logged in the development system (objecttype='ADRESSE3').
We would like our production system to log these changes too. Where can one configure which types of changes are logged?

Could you please provide a few more details. By 'incorrectly' what exactly do you mean - showing a totally different BP name as opposed to the one assigned OR showing the new BP more as a number rather than the full name ?
A small example would help; of course, you can change the names for privacy !

Kindly let me know how to delete the Contact persons or contact person number which is assigned to the Customer master
In Production system, Business Users will not have authorization to open the Customer master in Change mode(VA02).
They want to delete the Contact Person : VAP2.
Is there any program or BAPI available to delete?

you want to delete the contact person , go to XD02 , at general data tab , at contact person view, here you select the you contact person , click on delete row icon , after it will delete , and also check partner function determination, their is any assign the contact person

Dear Chandramohan,
Try this option you can get the change details clearly
Go to XD03 transaction enter your customer number and other details then go in to the general data from here you to Menu>Environment>Account changes-->Click on All fields now system will give the list of fields which were changed from these list you double click on the single field system will take you to the details of that again you double click on that now system will take you to more details about the changes.

How to modify the contact persons company address changes

Hi Friends,
My requirement is i want to update the address of the contact person in relationships. Actually when we are maintaining the relationships it is automatically taking the Accounts address in company address field but i wants to maintain the different address for each contact person related to the particular account for that i used Bapi_bupa_contp_addr_change functions module as well as Bapi Transaction Commit also but it is not helpful.
       I want to change the contact persons address as per flat file, so please let me is there any fuction module for changing the address of a contactt person in relationships.

Contact Person for One Time Account Customer?

We have set up a One Time Account Customer for use in Sales Orders, using a separate Account Group to normal customers. However when creating our sales orders, we normally put in the customer contact person in the partner tab, having created the contacts in VAP1. I have tried creating a test contact for the OTA (just something like Accounts), and it will not allow me for the Account Group OTA. How do I correct this?

In the partner determination procedure assigned to this new Account Group (One Time Customer) please make sure to add the partner function Contact Person.
I think for Sales header Partner determination procedure you already have the Partner function :Contact Person added.
