Upgrade to SP7 vs 72 broke SQLCC Anon user in XS app
We have an XS application set up to use an anonymous sql connection. It worked before we upgraded to SP7 v. 72 but not after. We're being prompted for credentials now. There are no errors in the xsengine log file and the user is still set in the XS admin tool. Any thoughts?

Not really. I went to here, http://<hostname>:80<InstNo>/sap/hana/xs/admin/, and set each package to public in order for it not to prompt for login. Not ideal because this defeats the purpose of setting up the privileges for the "anonymous user" but I haven't been able to find another solution.

You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.
Also, if you have iOS 6.1.6 yo have a 4G (has cameras). A 3G does not have cameras and can only go to 5.1.1 -

did the upgrade to the new ios 5 and found it that it could not find my backup that it had made just before the installation...and now that the upgrade is done i have no idea where all my purchased apps went?
Apps are not included in the backup, nor is any itunes content.
You should always make sure that everything is on your computer before updating.
If you have failed to do this, then you will have to redownload. Open itunes store, click Purchased under Quick Links -
Limited-access user permission lockdown mode and allowing anon users to view list items
I'm working on setting up a public-facing SharePoint website that will need to support anonymous user access. I'm using the Enterprise Publishing Portal site collection template, so the Limited-access user permission lockdown mode feature is turned on.
Everything is working great, except allowing users to view a list item. One of the key features I was hoping to leverage was the ability to display custom lists on a web page using a List View web part. Then they could click on an item and see the DispForm.aspx
so the item's content was accessible, including any file attachments.
A real-world example is adding an RSS viewer web part to the home page and allowing anon users to click on one of the events to see the details of it. Currently, in lockdown mode, the users gets an authentication prompt.
I toyed with the idea of turning the lockdown feature off. However, I'm uncertain of the full impact that would have on security. For example, I know it will allow anonymous users to see who created and modified an item, which we don't want exposed to the
public (i.e. our employee names). Seems like opening a can of worms by disabling the lockdown mode...
Any ideas on how to tackle this would be greatly appreciated.So far, this is the most promising solution I've come across:

Download them again in the App Store purchased tab. As long as you use the same ID that you bought the apps with, you do not have to pay for them again.
This will recover your apps, but all of your data will be gone. -

I have upgraded my iTunes for Windows and I have lost all my apps and music.
Although i signed in with my iTunes account, i can see only 5 apps (that i downloaded in the last 2-3 days), although on my iPad and iPhone i have more than 100 apps.
If i connect my devices to iTunes, the syncronisation will be made the other way, from iTunes to iPhone/iPad, so i will lose everything.
1. How can i restore these apps from the iCloud back-ups from my devices to my iTunes? Or any other method possible?
2. If you can also give me a suggestion about how to find my music playlists, that would save me from a lot of useless work on creating them again.

Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
In the unlikely event that all the media has been inexplicably and permanently removed from your computer, see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
When you get it all working make a backup!

I have an iPhone 4 and after the iso 6.0 upgrade I don't have the 3D option in the map app and I don't have the panarama option on my camera. Some features are there but some are.

The YouTube app is not included in iOS 6. You will either need to try one of the YouTube apps from the store (there is an iPhone optimised app from google, and other people have said that they are working on an iPad version), or try accessing the mobile version via Safari : http://m.youtube.com (you can create a home screen shortcut for the site)

You don't need 10.5. Skip it and buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD.

Upgraded my 4s to 6.0 software and now my game apps have crashed and my wifi is on off without allowing me to turn it on? Help!!!
So your telling me that I have to restore as new and loose everything?? I do have it backed up thru iCloud but I'm out of memory so will I regain everything from the last backup date? Because I decided not to backup on my computer. I can do that now just to save my pictures. But why would apple not offer a fix other than restoring? It's their upgrade that has disabled my phone functions. This is bs!!!
