Upload FileSize Limit

Hello all
I plan to use an applet to send a file to a servlet for file uploading. here is the catch, when I use <input type = file> I was limited to 100 megabaytes. I am trying to transfer upto 800 megabytes - 1gigabyte of data (specifically video). before I start, are there any filesize limits ? Also what type of connection would you recommend for video files this big
Thanks

    Does anyone know if there is a upload siz limit for a single podcast episode ?
    Thank you for helping.

    Hi,
    There shouldn't be a limit as far as I know. In case it's affected by other view settings, try to start Outlook with the switch "/cleanviews", then create the conditional formatting again to check the result.
    To start with "/cleanviews", in the Run dialog, type "outlook.exe /cleanviews", press Enter.

  • Photos App YouTube video upload length limit

    The Photos App prevents longer videos from being uploaded to YouTube, which now allows videos that are longer than 15 minutes for verified accounts.  This artificial limit needs to be removed.
    Obviously I can upload longer videos from my Mac, but does anyone know of any way to upload longer videos to YouTube from the iPad?

    Me too, on my new ipad3

  • OT: Maximum upload filesize

    Can I change this? It appears (with PHP) that the largest
    file I can upload
    is one that takes 30seconds or less, since I timeout at that
    point.
    My client may want to upload 50MB files, and I'm hoping for a
    way to ease
    this process....

  • ACS File Operation Bulk Upload (Device limit?)

    Hi
    I was trying to upload about 250 devices to my ACS server using the file operations option.
    I downloaded the template added the devices but when I try the add the 250 devices only 15 would
    add at any one time. Why? Does anyone know what the problem might be?
    I've modified the template many times to see if the template was the issue however every time it's
    limited to 15 devices.
    I've already uploaded the devices manually but for future users and myself I'm wondering if anyone knows
    the what the reason could be.
    Cheers,
    Paul

    There is no built in limit and have seen this working with many more than 15 devices;but cannot say what your issue was without seeing the file you used
    One thing you could try is doing an export and can then see file format/contents for all devices

  • AUR filesize limit?

    when I try to upload a newly built src package to the aur, it tells me:
    413 Request Entity Too Large
    This usually means there's a limit set on uploads with nginx, but in my case the file is only 2.3mb; that seems low for a limit on install packages.  Anyone know what the actual limit is?

    No, I'm not sure I'm not breaking their license. Their EULA still displays whenever it runs for the first time, and the software itself is based on a number of other FOSS applications so I doubt they'd have any huge issues. If it's a legal issue for the AUR then I'll take it down.
    As for how to best prepare this, I'm sure everyone has their 'best way' and progandy's example may well be a better way than mine. I spent half a day, took the way I manually made it work, and made it reproduce-able for others that might want to use this display client on their Arch systems (admittedly probably very few).  If you don't like the way I did it, don't use it; build your own, or if you really care that much I'll let whoever wants to take over the package.
    I've used Arch exclusively for personal systems for close to 5 years, Linux exclusively for far longer. People always say 'contribute if you can', and I was just trying to contribute in the best way I know how. I got two screens worth of 'you did this wrong' for my trouble, so my incentive to contribute further at this point is quite low.

  • 3220 filesize limit?

    1-I've tried to upload a "song" into my 3220, but an error occured: file too big!?
    free memory about 850KB, filesize 660KB, and I can't get it in!?
    WHY?
    2-does someone know where to get some FREE software to convert my .mp3 files into something supported by NOKIA3220?
    enjoy burek!

    1) The 850KB your phone has is segements for use by the phones Messages, Contacts, Gallery and Java applications. Therefore not all of it is available for use in the gallery (where you are storing the song).
    2) While your phone only plays AMR files that are intended for voice recordings and not music, you can use the converter tool called SUPER from www.erightsoft.com
    Experience and persistence are second to none just ask user one.

  • Youtube Upload Time Limit

    My youtube account allows me to upload videos longer than 15m but my Adobe PE10 refuses saying 15m is the maximum.  Are there any settings that simply allow me to scrap/change the maximum time limit or do i have to do it the long way.......copy file to computer (i.e mpeg/avi) and then upload independently.
    Thanks

    There seems to be no other solution but to export your Timeline to a file (as SG suggests) and then upload that file to YouTube at the YouTube web site.
    As you see, the Premiere Elements 10 feature does not allow for adjustment of the stated limits for that particular version anywhere in the Share/Online/YouTube feature. I have never found a way to make that kind of adjustment even after the YouTube area appeared in that Share/Online/You Tube route.
    You will note, when the features's stated limits for one version were increased in a later version, that a patch was never forthcoming for the earlier version with lower stated feature limits.

  • Upload speed limit query

    Hi,
    we are implementing VOIP over internet.
    Unfortunately the cisco router is taken care by ISP.
    The problem is the VOIP works ok for a few days or weeks and then we have disturbances.
    I performed some speed tests which show me a upload limited to 32K
    the internet lease line is 256 K.but the ISP says the upload and download is 256K
    All I would like to know is ..is there anything I can ask the ISP to check on their end which can help me for confirming the upload speed ?

    I can explain why you are getting this problem.
    When you download packets of data your computer sends acknowledgments of the packets it is receiving back up the line. This is known as ACK data.
    So if your upload is maxed out then there is no room for your ACK data and this will cripple your download speed.
    The way to resolve this is to use traffic shaping or 'Quality of Service'QOS.
    The best system would be to use a ADSL2+ router that supports QoS. Then you could set up rules to prioritise ACK data packets above any other types of outgoing data you use. If there is only 1 computer behind your adsl2+ modem that is uplaoding then you could run QoS software on your mac. Software such as throttled

  • Configuration IIS to increase upload size limit

    When I am upload larger than 30mb file to Vibe, it show HTTP 404 and the page cannot be displayed.
    I am check the vibe documents know that that need configuring IIS to allow uploading of large files to the vibe site
    However, I don't understand the instruction on this article
    For information about how to configure IIS to allow you to upload large files, see article 925083 in the
    Microsoft Support Knowledgebase (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925083).
    Firstly I can't locate the Web.config file. By default folder is Inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\VirtualDire ctoryFolder
    If I follow vibe installation guide to setup, virutalDirectoryFolder should be under C:\Program Files\Novell\Vibe IIS Plugin. But I can't find any Web.config file. Cloud you help.

  • External Harddrive Filesize Limit

    I bought an external 250 GB Iomega Harddrive to back up big Videofiles. It limits the filesize I can store on there to 4 GB. What am I doing wrong? Should it be formatted differently? If I reformat will I loose information that is already on the drive?

    Thanks for the quick answer. So what do I have to change the format to? From FAT 32 to a MAC specific format? Is there anything in Disc Utility that will help me, or do I have to buy IPartition?
    If I start from scratch with a new harddrive can I format with Disc Utility?

  • BufferedWriter filesize limit

    Hi,
    Is there a limit on the size of file that can be written with a BufferedWriter/FileWriter?
    I have a file which has been mysteriously truncated at 1,196,032 bytes.

    For example, I ran the following:
    import java.io.*;
    public class Test {
        public static void main(String[] args) throws IOException {
            File file = new File("junk.txt");
            BufferedWriter w = new BufferedWriter(new FileWriter(file));
            for(int i=0; i<2000000; ++i) {
                w.write("All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy");
                w.newLine();
            w.close();
            System.out.println("File length =" + file.length());
            file.delete();
    }And got the output: File length =88000000
