Upload Personnel Photos

Hi,
I will make the integration with the time attendance machines and I want to know what is the field name and what is the table storage the personnel photos on database.
I have followed the given steps below:
1. Create a number range for SAP Archive Link :
IMG>Basis Components>Basis Services>SAP Archive Link>Basic Settings>Maintain number ranges.
Tcode: OANR
Create range 01 from 0000000001 to 9999999999 without the external number flag.
2. Document type HRICOLFOTO must exist with document class JPG.
IMG>Basis Components>Basis Services>SAP Archive Link>System Settings>Maintain document types.
Table: TOAVE
Tcode: OAC2
3. Document type HRICOLFOTO must be linked to object type PREL and IT0002.
IMG>Personnel Management>Personnel Administration>Tools>Optical Archiving>Set up Optical Archiving in HR.
View: V_T585O,
In all three columns there are minuses, don't put a flag in the check box.
4. Check which content repository (Archive) is linked to document type HRICOLFOTO and object type PREL.
IMG>Basis Components>Basis Services>SAP Archive Link>Basic Settings>Maintain Links.
Table: TOAOM_C,
Tcode: OAC3
5. Create this content repository with storage type FILE archive.
IMG>Basis Components>Basis Services>SAP Archive Link>Basic Settings>Maintain content repositories.
Tcode: OAC0
Storage type FILE archive can be attained by clicking on the field Storage type and clicking somewhere else in the screen with the right mouse button. Choose Possible entries and only then you get a list of all values. FILE Archive is entry number 08. Choose Version no. 0031 and Archive path something.*
Now in 5th step ;
I have Create a new repository A2 ; In that
Content Rep. : A2 (A custom repository)
Description : Employee Photos
Document Area: ArchiveLink
Storage type: R/3 database
Rep. Sub-Type: Normal
Version no. : 0046 Content Server version 4.6
Contents table: SDOKCONT1
Phys. path : /usr/sap/(SYS-ID)/SYS/global/
My Issue is when I try to upload photo from OAAD I found the warning message:
HTTP error: 401 Unauthorized
Message no. CMS025
Diagnosis
Error in accessing via HTTP
401 Unauthorized
what should I do now??

Its is due to below
Transaction SICF, select: default_host - sap - bc - contentserver.Select the function to display/change the service.Make sure that a user is defined.
If no user is defined, then use transaction SU01 to create a new user.Use the "System" user type.Assign the SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profiles to the user.

I have a requirement to upload employee photo's to Infotype 0002, so gone through all the steps in the threads posted here and felt that all were for R/3 4.6 n 4.7 only.
I have a different set up in few tables like OAC0 in ECC 6.0.
Request you all to let me know if uploading of employee photo is possible in ECC 6.0 ?? if so, let me know the configuration steps.
with screen shots are more appreciated.

You'll find the customizing settings in :-
IMG - Personnel management - personnel administration - customizing user interfaces - change screen header.
Regarding the archiving part you better ask your basis admin to set that up for document type HRICOLFOTO.

1. Define physical archives using transaction OAC0 Arx. ZZ
2. Assign objects types & document types to archive & documents tables for Obj PREL , doc.type HRIEMPFOTO,
Arx. ZZ using transaction OAC3
3. Define number range using transaction OANR
4. Using transaction OAC2 define doc.typ & tech doc types for exmpl. HRIEMPFOTO - TIF
5. Create protocol for Archive link using transactions OAA3 for exmpl. Comm.prot.,version. Generate it will define
application type from list and so on.
6. In the table 585O define relevant infotype for object and document type for exmpl. for it0002
7. Using transaction OAAD create link for PERNR with relevant infotype & files on the server, which described on the
first step.

Hi,
We have a requirement to upload photos of all the employees of our client to their Personal Data infotype through transaction OAAD. I have written a BDC program for that and tried to upload through session method in foreground. Its working fine, but while picking the photo of a particular employee, its asking me to select the photo. Our requirement is once we start uploading the photos, we will run this in background. So it should not ask us to select the photo, instead it should pick the photo from the path given in the file.Our file contains Personnel Number and the path of the photo corresponding to that personnel number.
Please let me know your suggestions.

How can I upload multiple photos without using an app?

I'm a special education teacher, and I teach a photography lab that teaches students how to scan and edit photos. We use the school's set of Ipad2's in order to crop the photos since the majority of students I have don't have the hand eye coordination neccisary to crop using a desktop computer and mouse. The problem I'm running into, however, is that our IT department wont let me download any apps onto the iPads. I've asked on six seperate occasions in order for them to update the iPads to ios7 and to give teachers the permission to install apps-- the first request coming at the start of the school year-- and they havent responded to any of them, so I'm not holding my breath.
Currently, I'm uploading all of the photos my students scan to my personal dropbox account, and the students access that and download each photo individually onto their ipads. Not the easiest thing for special education students to do, but its doable. I have not found an easy way to get the cropped photos off the ipads, however. Any ideas? I could attach each photo to an email, allthough thats more trouble than its worth most times. Dropbox will only allow me to upload one photo at a time, and keeps overwriting the photo I previously uploaded with the new one if I try to upload a second photo. Photo stream is the obvious answer, but icloud is disabled on all the ipads and only IT can turn it back on, something they've been unwiling to do

I worked in IT on the university level for four years so it's really frustrating to see more safeguards in place in a public school district any university. If we're trying to teach these kids to be ready for real life and then block out and don't let them use half the technology they're going to encounter in real life, well I just don't get that. But that's another rant for another time.
How I do it is I save all of the photos my students scan onto my external hard drive, then transfer them to my personal computer and upload them to dropbox using Dropbox for windows (or whatever the desktop application is called) . I then have my students go to dropbox.com on the iPad, login as me, and go through each photo, saving each to the iPad as they go.
I should have said upfront that when I try to connect the iPad to my personal computer it charges the iPad but won't recognize under my computer or show up in iTunes, so I am unable to see any of the data on it. I'm pretty sure it's not the 30 pin connector that's malfunctioning because I've tried with two of them. I can only check if it registers with iTunes on my personal computer because I can't download iTunes on school computers since I don't have administrator privileges

If you're trying to add photos to photo stream on your PC, you drag them to your photo stream uploads folder (normally My Pictures\Photo Stream\Uploads).

You can't do it directly from your iPad, the camera connection kit only copies photos/videos to the iPad's Photos app, it can't be used to copy them off.
You can copy photos to a computer and from there to the memory stick : Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC.

why not sort by (name, date, etc) and Click on 1st and Shift-Click on last.
Might work better to copy or import to a project folder.

How to upload local photos to icloud photo library

with the new icloud photo library(beta) that was introduced in iOS 8.1, I tried to turn it on to upload my photos on my iphone 6 to icloud drive, but it warned me those photos I uploaded from my mac to my iphone will be removed.....
So does it only upload and syns those photos I took using iphone? what about those local photos on my mac or PC, that were uploaded to my iphone using iPhoto or iTunes? Is there a way to upload them all to icloud drive?

You have iCloud control panel installed on your PC and you're signed in? If so, sign out, restart the machine, then sign back in.

This is the only way that I know of to get old camera roll shots on photo stream. You can keep the original photo but you will end up with 2 of every photo in your camera roll, so this is why I suggested deleting original photo.
I know this way is a pain if you have lots of existing photos in your camera roll, but once it's done you wouldn't need to do it again in the future.

Couple of things to try:
Restart your mac and try launch iPhoto again.
If that fails:
Go to your Pictures Folder and find the iPhoto Library there. Right (or Control-) Click on the icon and select 'Show Package Contents'. A finder window will open with the Library exposed.
Look there for a file called ‘iPhoto’Lock.data or similar. Drag it to the Desktop. Make no other changes. Start iPhoto. Does that help?
If not: Where is your iPhoto Library stored? If it's on an External Disk, what format is that?

I am using Lion OX and iPhoto 11.   I have a profile page on one of my programs and need to upload a photo. I have been so far unsuccessful.    I follow the directions on the particular page I am trying to upload to:   i.e.   'Choose Photo' and then 'Upload'      All I get is a neverending spinning ball. Is there something I am missing in my procedure.     I know the photo I want, I choose it within the iphoto program, then click upload on the profile page I am trying to get the photo uploaded to.    Am I missing something?     I can upload to Facebook without problem, but not this particular program.   I did have a picture on it when using iPhoto 9, and decided yesterday to change it -- now there is nothing in the photo space at all.

I am trying to upload a profile photo to www.Logos.com. I did it before with iPhoto 9, but now that I have iPhoto 11, there doesn't seem to be any place on the Share menu item to allow me to just upload -- I have to depend on Logos to do the work.
I can access the iPhoto Library from my Home settings.   This brings up all the photos, from which I choose one by highlighting it, and respond on the profile page website "Upload"     All I get is a spinning ball and there is no action on my modem that anything is happening.    I've never tried to access the iPhoto Library from iMovie.    I have had no need to, at least I don't think I have a need.

you have to go with OAC0 tcode here in content repository double click on A5 which is standard one go in details-->clickon fulladministration then in that screen you will be having Basic path and Achive path there basis people need to give sapgui code.
they will be have this code in servermanagemt. i am not clear of this code where they can find. but i am sure of that this code will be given by basis people only. then go with OAOH tcode. give the details as usal and one more thing is that the photo should be save jpeg formate.
