In my website I'd like to have a page where people can upload
movie file's ..ie - mpeg ... ( something very similar to what
you-tube offer's )... my website is for perspective football
player's and I'd like to have a page/ forum where they can go and
upload their game film/ highlight's... is that something that is
even possible ? and how would i go about setting something like
that up...
If possible would I need to setup a " login and password "
system... should I use the " fcms " component that is made by "
Flashloaded.com " which allow's one to edit or add info directly on
the webpage... wondering...

For a variety of reasons, mostly related to security, the iOS operating system limits what can be done with respect to file uploading and downloading. But whenever you encounter a limitation like this always think, "There must be an app for this."

I'm trying to submit data and upload file in a same time to a web page(which is jsp). But i found that the method used to upload file and submit data are different.

Uploading Media

I have been trying to upload media such as pictures, sounds, etc from the myverizon site to my new samsung reality. I have followed the steps and instructions. It worked the first couple of times but now everytime I click to upload, it makes my internet explorer quit working and just reloads the verizon site. Is anyone else having this problem? I have not used up my allowed media plan. This is really frustrating!

interesting.... I did not know that you could transfer pics/sounds, etc from the myverizon website.
I usually transfer my files via the USB cord, and going to "USB Mass Storage" under Tools. this method will NOT eat into your MB allowance.

Dear all, I just updated my Ipad into version 7.0.2 but I lost all photos and other media files after updating, my ipad was stuck in recovery mode (tried to out of recovery mode but didnt work untill I update it) how to retrieve them back, tried some third party software but didnt work. please help, thanks

How to save media files (mp3) on ipad?

I have seen that iPad only plays songs/videos directly if we try to download them even from download link? Can anyone help me how to save those songs/videos instead of playing them without using third party application? or if third part then which one apps should i have to use?

Getting format/codec info from media file.

Hi all,
Using the QuickTime SDK I see how can retrieve metadata about the content of a media file like title, author, etc. But I can't see how to get metadata about the data itself like format, codec, bitrate, framerate, etc.
I've used code from the QTMetadata example to get me started with metadata like so:
while(QTMetaDataGetNextItem(/*... */)){
but as mentioned, it seems one can only get content metadata.
How should I go about retrieving metadata about the data?

Ok, well, I've found ExtAudioFileGetProperty() from the AudioToolbox framework. It works but I'd still be looking for something similar from the QuickTime framework so if anybody has got a hint, I'd still appreciate it. (Not to mention that thre's doesn't appear to be an equivalent framework for video files, e.g. VideoToolbox, which I need as well).

Have you confirmed that you successfull purged iTunes Match by also looking on an iOS device? If so, keep in mind that Apple's servers may be experiencing a heavy load right now. They just added about 19 countries to the service and I've read a few accounts this morning that suggests all's not running perfectly right now.

The Deskjet series printers connect to wireless networks with what is called USB to Wireless.
