Urgent!! about the JPanel and Container!!!!

Question

good day to all!!. i would like to ask is it posible to set the location for some component like button and button which inside the panel or container (other than use North ,south, east )?? and is the posible to set the size and location for JPanel or Jbutton??
eg.
JPanel buttonPanel = new JPanel();
JButton button = new JButton();
button.setBounds(20,20,20,20);
buttonPanel.add(button);
buttonPanel.setSize(200,200);
buttonPanel.setBounds(200,200,10,10);
frame.add(buttonPanel);
is this coding working ???
