URGENT:Cash journal document could not reverse due to print already taken.

Hi friends,
its URGENT....
My client is facing a problem regarding Cash Journal Document Reversal
The problem is:
End user posted a transaction by FBCJ, Cash payments, in which an expense account is debited. He took the print also.
Now he want to reverse that particular transaction. But system doesn't allow to reverse that document as print has been taken already.
My query is what could be the best solution for this problem, as in cash receipt also, v r not able to credit the expense..
please help me out.. N please suggest if there is any other way to solve this issueee.....
this is urgent.

Hi,
Te FBCJ cash journal has two controls: Without Post and posted. In this case the document was posted and printed, for this reason you can not reverse the document in Cash Journal. You need to reverse it in FB08 before.
In case you have tryed to do that go to SP01 to delete print order spool and try again.

Hello,
There is only one way to make reversal after you printed cash journal document: implement SAP note 359656.
Read the instructions before you proceed.
The note is cross-client, so you will have to implement it in development client and transfer to productive client with transport request.

Parked document could not be posted 00 S 349 BSEG-BEWAR

Hello Friends ,
Users have parked Journal entries which has vendor , customer and GL line items .
the documents were getting posted through workflow till sometime back .
suddenly , we have started to get the error message as " Parked document could not be posted 00 S 349 BSEG-BEWAR "
the BSEG-BEWAR field is missing in the SAPMF0A screen while trying to post.
Could you please guide me what could be the reason .
I did search before posting this question , but not able to find any relavent ones.
I am aware of the function configuration using OB41, but not sure if the issue is related to the same.
Please assist.

Hi,
BEWAR field is Transaction type field. Check whether Transaction type is missing in your document.
The issue is not related to OB41.

F.05 Revaluation - One document has not reversed.

We ran F.05 revaluation for october and documents were reversed on 1st of november. Amongs all some revaluation document has not reversed. What could be the reason.

In f.05 ,if you tick the 'reverse postings' under the posting tab it will reverse all the documents what has got reveavuled on the given date. If you don't activate the tick box or if you don't tick the reverse posting then it will work in some other way ..
When you are creating your Gl master you need to indicate whether it is an open item mangage account or a line item manage account. If it is an open item managed account system will automatically reverse all your revaluation entries immediately on the following month irrespective of the reverse tick . If the Gl account is a line item managed account system will not reverse the entries automatically in the follwing month unless you activate the revese posting under the posting tab.
Please check your Gl accounts settings for the entries which has not got reversed, Those accounts would have created as line item managed accounts.

Sales document could not be saved

Hello experts,
I have configured middleware between crm 4.0 and ecc 6.0 replicating all master data (clients, materials, sales orders) from r3 to crm. Now Iu2019m having an error in the smw01 transaction related with the sales orders - The system tries to save sales orders that already existing in the system and done the following error:
Bdoc state description: Information (no processing);
Bdoc type: BUS_TRANS_MSG;
Queue name: READ_xxxxxx;
Errors details:
1. The document could not be saved;
2. Event '': Function module 'CRM_ORDERADM_H_OBJ_ID_CHECK_EC' caused a defect code;
3. A business transaction already exists with the number XXXXXXXX;
4. Validation error occurred: Module CRM_DOWNLOAD_BTMBDOC_VAL, BDoc type BUS_TRANS_MSG;
Can anyone help me, please.

Thanks for yours anwsers.
The sales orders are repliacted from r3 to crm, they are replicated to crm with the number range defined in the r3. The number range is internal in the r3 e external in the crm. My range is all numerical.
I have seen all the notes attached for you and all the notes are for the releases before mine, the release for my system is crm 4.0 SP16.
In the note 570166 refere that this problem occurs due a missing replication record. Do you know which is this replication record? I have generate all load object again, but didn't solve the problem.
There are a new release of the note 570166?

Error: "Document could not be saved"

Hi all!
I regularly receive an error, "Document could not be saved", in OS X after a while of usage. It can come after 10 minutes of usage, or after 10 hours of usage. It affects ALL open applications and documents, and doesn't solve with anything but a restart of the entire system. I haven't found any relation to working with any specific application – it seems to happen at random while using any application. And as I said, it affects the entire system and all applications once it happens.
I've also tried this solution (posted elsewhere), but with no luck:
Restart Lion, and Before you hear the chime, hold down Cmd + R, to access Lion Recovery.
Click the Utilities item in the Menu Bar, then click Terminal.
In the Terminal window, type resetpassword and hit Return.
The password reset utility window launches, but you’re not going to reset the password. Instead, click on icon for your Mac’s hard drive at the top. From the dropdown below it, select the user account where you’re having issues.
At the bottom of the window, you’ll see an area labeled Reset Home Directory Permissions and ACLs. Click the Reset button there.
Does anyone know of any other solution to this problem? Or does anyone know the reason for it?
I should also mention that I experienced another problem recently, whereby my computer begun to sometimes (but not always!) show a progression bar at startup. This bar could take between 5-15 minutes to finish. This kept happening for maybe two weeks' time, until finally one day the computer wouldn't startup at all. It would come to show the dark grey Apple logo on the light grey background, and then suddenly shut off before reaching any further. I did a complete wipe out of the hard drive and re-install of the system, and since then haven't experienced the "progression bar"-problem anymore. I read somewhere that this problem could be a sign of harddrive failure or damage, but I still wonder if that is correct. Could the above mentioned "Document could not be saved"-problem also be related to a hard drive damage?

The next time you have the problem, note the exact time: hour, minute, second.
If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.

The steps I’m following are described below:
1. Insert electronic signatures
- In Tasks, click on “Add New Field -> Digital Signature”.
- Move the square to the place where you want to put the signature and click.
- Fill in the “field name” with the name of the person who has to sign here.
- When it is done, click anywhere on the screen.
- In Tasks, click on “Close Form editing”.
- Go to menu “File -> Save as -> Reader Extended PDF ->Enable additional features”, click on “Save now”.
- Fill in the file name and click on “Save”.
2. Save the Form
- In Tasks, click on “Close Form editing”.
- Go to menu “File -> Save as -> Reader Extended PDF ->Enable additional features”, click on “Save now”.
- Fill in the file name and click on “Save”.
I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 10.0.0 on a W7 workstation

Document could not be printed - no pages selected to print

I am running into this well-known issue with several documents, but unfortunately none of the fixes I have come across have worked. Some background:
-Using Windows 7 Pro
-Happening with both Adobe Reader XI and Acrobat X, clean installs. and happening on multiple computers, with multiple printers, with multiple domain users.
-Have tried repairing both installations, no success.
-Have tried disabling protected view, changing size of the fit, letting printer determine colors, printing in greyscale, changing setting for "view documents in PDF/A mode" to "never."
-Print as image works, but quality is unacceptable.
-It seems to be isolated mainly to Xerox printers, as I have no issues printing to an HP printer. I am trying different models of Xeroxes with no success, however. I have reinstalled printer driver and verified updated driver for all, issue persists. Printer models are Xerox ColorQube 8700X and 9203
-The PDFs are from different sources, so I can't pinpoint it to one website. Documents contain various financial info, so I can't post here. Any help would be appreciated. I'm probably going to have to try a different pdf reader for these, but that is not ideal, since multiple people need to print these and are comfortable using Adobe software.

I was also receiving the message "The Document Could Not be Printed" I am on 10.6.4 with Acrobat 9.4.1. I did not get the second part of the message though "There were not pages selected to print". Anyway, I got mine to work by going to Preferences - Print & Fax. I selected my printer and clicked Options & Supplies. Under the driver tab I changed the "Print Using:" box to Generic PostScript Printer. I'm not sure if this is what you are supposed to do. I'm not an expert but it worked for me so I am going with it.

We have many File to EDI scenarios wherein XI System pick up the XML and sent to customers via EDI. Recently we faced a problem so created a Back-up System (Production copy) and tested successfully. After sometime the messages were routed to this back-up system and when we notice it and then stopped the back-up system. All the messages that were routed to back-up system, we try to send the same messages from the actually Production system to our customers. Now the problem is XI system (Production system) is unable to pick these files and I check the communication monitoring and encountered the below error message.
Could not process due to error: com.sap.aii.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 550.550
Can anyone let me know how to fix the issue or what needs to be done?

Hi,
It seems to be problem with permission of files. Please ask your basis to do following:
1. Set the permissions to FTP User you are using as 777 rights(full access to read , write and delete)
2.If you have access to PI server, try to telnet /connect to ftp using command prompt (open ftp .....) the FTP server form there, you should see the same error there , inform this to your network guys.
3.Clear all the files places already in the ftp (take backup) and test afresh after permissions are set by basis team.

A "quick" fix that worked for me was to uninstall Adobe... then download the base install for Adobe Reader 11.0.
Then download each of the individual updates and run them sequentially.
I've installed back up to the last security update which is version 08 and have been able to do normal Save As operations.
You will have to disable automatic updates in order to stay at version 08 until Adobe resolves this issue in a later release.

11.0.10 Update Issue - Problem saving documents - getting message "This document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (21)." The PDF documents are being created by Esker VSIFax and the problem is only occuring with updated vers

Our IBM Unix system uses a program called VSIFax (Esker) to create PDF documents such as invoices. Users that have updated to Acrobat version 11.0.10 can open the PDF but then when trying to save the document the get a message "This document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (21)." The problem is only occuring with updated version 11.0.10 (11.0.9 works fine).

The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (114).

After adding some sticky notes to a PDF in Adobe Reader i went to save it and it comes up with "The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (114)." and will not let me save it. Please can you advise if there is anyway of saving this document with the sicky notes in?

The problem is most likely document corruption. Try to work on a new copy from the original source.
