Urgent - Concurrent Stuck in Running phase

Gurus,
Version: 12.0.4.
To import the PO from 3rd party application, I used PDOI. For my testing, I just pushed 3 records into the tables and ran the concurrent Import Standard Purchase Orders. Strange to note that the concurrent is running for 3 days, still not completed, the phase shows Running and status as 'Normal'. No clue what went wrong.
Please help me out.
Thanks,
Sen

Hi,
To run AutoConfig, please do the following:
On the database tier: As oracle user, source the database env file and issue:
$ cd $RDBMS ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/scripts/<CONTEXT_NAME>
$ adautocfg.sh On the application tier: As applmgr user, source the application env file and issue:
$ cd $INST_TOP/admin/scripts
$ adautocfg.sh Note: 387859.1 - Using AutoConfig to Manage System Configurations in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12

  • SSIS Package stuck at validation phase in active batch and running forever.

    Hello Team -
There is a peculiar situation where an SSIS package has been running forever in active batch (cmd). It is stuck at validation phase . However upon restart it executes normally . The scenario occurs intermittently like once in a week or two. There is also
no blocking or locks on the server.
Please give your inputs. Have a nice day.
Happy to help! Thanks. Regards and good Wishes, Deepak. http://deepaksqlmsbusinessintelligence.blogspot.com/

But it does execute on a manual run from the job. I saw several other threads in a similar fashion , and there are solutions but those look inappropriate and temporary and do not deal with active batch ( dtexec) , looking for a standard and a permanant
solution and whether there are any service packs or patches? Its SSIS 2008 and AB8.
Happy to help! Thanks. Regards and good Wishes, Deepak. http://deepaksqlmsbusinessintelligence.blogspot.com/

  • Check printing "Format Payment Instructions" stuck at printing phase

    Hi,
One of our end users is complaining that he is running a Check Print Request (Format Payment Instructions), which is running since morning, though it completes within 2 minutes.
when i checked the logfile, i found that the request processing was completed successfully and the request is stuck at printing phase:
    Request log:
    Successfully executed PL/SQL.
    Exit: iby.scheduler.FDExtractAndFormatting.unlockInstruction()
    Request Completed Normally
    Enter: iby.scheduler.FDExtractAndFormatting.queryAcpLtr

    Printing output file.
    Request ID : 23800025
    Number of copies : 1
    Printer : ptfchqprn
Since morning, the request is running and log is showing the same message.
Now, the user is saying that till 2 days back, he was able to print the checks via the same printer.
Here is the log of the same request ran by the same user. This request printed the check successfully.
    Successfully executed PL/SQL.
    Exit: iby.scheduler.FDExtractAndFormatting.unlockInstruction()
    Request Completed Normally
    Enter: iby.scheduler.FDExtractAndFormatting.queryAcpLtr

    Number of copies : 1
    Printer : ptfchqprn
    Finished executing request completion options.
I verified that the printer is working fine. I was able to print the sample file from OS and also the Active User Request output.
Also, the same request if printed via other check printers, is going fine and users are able to print the check.
Also, when i checked the OPP log, i did not find any messages for this request that the XML publisher has worked on it to convert it to PDF, the desired format.
Can someone help me with this.
    thanks.

What is the application release? OS?
    - solaris sparc - 64, R12.1.1, on 2 node RAC 11g
Since morning, the request is running and log is showing the same message.
Have you tried to submit the request again?
    - Yes, more than twice.
Now, the user is saying that till 2 days back, he was able to print the checks via the same printer.
What if you submit the request as another user and print to the same printer?
    - That I have to check with the Users.
I verified that the printer is working fine. I was able to print the sample file from OS and also the Active User Request output.
Any stuck jobs in the printer queue?
    - We restarted the printer too and fired new jobs. All is fine.
Also, the same request if printed via other check printers, is going fine and users are able to print the check.
Since you are able to print the same request to some other printer, and you are able to print to the same printer from the OS/Application, then most probably this is an issue with that specific concurrent request (not concurrent program). Also, please check if you have any locks in the database (bounce the CM/Database if possible and try again).
    - CM and Database are brought down at night and then started in the morning every night. So DB and CM have been bounced twice since the issue was reported.
Hussain, how can we check the issue with Conc Request, if any.

  • How to schedule a concurrent request to run at a specified time/day?

    Hi All,
How to schedule a concurrent request to run at a specified time/day (ex: Sunday 12pm)?
    Thanks,

Is this to run periodically ?
During the request submission, click schedule, choose the specific days, and click on S = Sunday.
Change the start date on the date of the sunday you want to run, eg : 15-JUL-07 14:00:00, change the end date as well.

  • Stuck with run mode

    Hi
I am stuck with run mode on one of my VI (I can't edit it or even see the diagram). here's what I verified
    1. tools>option>miscellaneous> I uncheck "Open VIs in run mode"
    2. I hit Ctrl+M, it is still in run mode
    3. I close LabVIEW and reopen, it's still in run mode
    4. I check the VI file type, it's not a read only
Do u have any idea about how I can go back to edit mode to modify the diagram? I'm using LabVIEW 7.1
    Thanks

Without having the VI in front of me it is difficult to say exactly what settings you have turned on.
I would suggest trying the following things to get your VI out of run mode.
    1) Ensure that "Open VIs in Run Mode" is turned off in Tools->Options->Miscellaneous
    2) Open the VI by dragging it into another block diagram and double clicking on it
    3) With the VI open hold down control and press the '.' key. This is the same as pressing the "Abort" button.
    4) Hold down control and press 'M' to switch out of run mode
If you can reproduce the behavior in a VI which you are able to post on the forum, I am sure we will be able to figure out what steps are needed to edit the VI.

  • Reports Stuck in Running Status

We are having a problem where reports are stuck in running status. When looking on the server, the reports stuck in running status taking up a "jobserverchild" process, and does not complete.
Has anyone experienced this issue, and how we can resolve it?

Ok - here we go - we have been experiencing this issue for the longest time - it looks like we have found the culprit:
    1) Check the default printer of the report developer who placed this report into Enterprise.
    2) Ensure that exact same driver is on the Business Objects Server.
    3) Report should schedule fine.
Another option is to set "No Printer" within the report design itself by clicking on File > Page Setup. This way there is no dependency on printer drivers.

  • Material Replication from R/3 to SRM -  Object status stuck in Running mode

Hi Experts, I am new to this Forum and I am facing the following issue,
    System Info :
    SRM 5.0
    ECC 6.0
I am trying to replicate two materials from the backend R/3 system and have set material filters on the SRM side.
The filters are Table: MARA, Field: MATNR, OP= Equality(=low), LOW = T-SRM13, inclusive defined.
The filters are Table: MARA, Field: MATNR, OP= Equality(=low), LOW = T-SRM113, inclusive defined.
This is my sequence of operations in SRM:
I deleted exisiting queues, started initial load and then activated the inbound Queues for my client.
Then when checking, Monitor Load objects in SRM, the status for Material is stuck in Running mode with an yellow sign.
Please let me know if you have any advice.

    Hello,
First of all, check RFC queues in transatcion SMQ1 and SMQ2 for any detailed information.
Make sure if Your RFC user has SAP_ALL authorisation - if not add it and delete all material queues and run again.
Make shure if You run report BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW with proper option and unchecked "Test mode". Once you have done this rerun your initial load for DNL_CUST_PROD0,  DNL_CUST_PROD1, BASIS3 and MATERIAL.

    Hi Oliver,
I did a new installation after a clean XP installation under VMware workstation 5.5. This installation was successful at once.
    Thanks for your help anyway.

  • Status is stuck in Running(Provisioning) stage when I use my custom Linux image to create a VM

I used the following link to create a vhd via Hyper-V.
I basically installed my iso on a VM and backed it up as vhdx, then converted it to vhd.
I uploaded it onto azure and tried to built a VM using "My Images" folder but the installation keep getting stuck at Running(Provisioning) stage.
Has anybody experienced this issue before?
    Thanks

    Hi;
Could you please let me know if:
    1. If LIS is installed on the VM :http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41554
    2. Is the Linux Agent installed :https://github.com/Azure/WALinuxAgent
Also what version of OS did you try to install on the hyper V and upload ?And Also  does the converted VHD work when loaded into Hyper-V ?( Just to rule out any corruption of the disk while it was converted)
Please note that you will have to install a VM in hyper-v and then convert the VHDX into a VHD and then upload.
