    HI experts,
I need to add segment E1EDP02 under Existing segment E1EDP01 for outbound IDOC for Sales order. FM" IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP".
I have used the Exit : "EXIT_SAPLVEDC_003" for the FM "IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP"  in the include of the Exit   i wrote my code also for adding segment and activate it.
But when i am trying to debug the code it's not working
So please guide me how to debug it
I have followed below steps to Debug.
    1. In VA02 i have repeat the output.
    2. Put the breakpoint in the Exit include program .
    3. put the Breakpoint in ALE processing Routine in RSNASTED program also
    4. Trigger the program RSNAST00 by giving the  Parameter value of SALES ORDER number and execute.
    But not working
And i need to know whether i have used the Correct EXIT or not.In that case how to identify the correct exit's
    Thanks In advance

    Hi,
I hope you have to add your segments through WE30 first for your IDOC type.

  • Creating an IDOC for purchase order

    Hello gurus,
I want to generate an IDOC for purchase order.
The Logical System, RFC connection, ports definition is already defined.
In my system i have 800 client as source/sender and 100 client as target/reciever.
On Outbound side-> In Partner profile
    I defined-
    1. Partner No.- devclnt100
    2.Type- US (User)
    3. Agent - SAPUSER
    In Outbound parameters-
I created message type as Orders.
One thing to note that my partner system is LS i.e. Logical System
    Then in Outbound Options-
    I mentioned Reciver Port - 800Port
Output Mode- I selected "Transfer Idocs immediately"
    & "Do not start subsystem"
    In Idoc type-
    I gave following information-
    Basic Type - Orders05
In Message Control tab i mentioned-
    Application - EF
    Message Type - NEU
    Process Code - ME10
    In NACE Transaction Code-
I selected EF Purchase Order as my condition for output control
    In that- In output types-
I selecte NEU and double clicked. I checked whether Access to Conditions check box is checked and multiple issuing is checked.
In Dialog structure-Processing routines I checked that -
    For Output type - NEU
    Application - EF
    Processing routines are defined-
    medium-Distribution ALE
    Program -RSNASTED
    Form Routine - ALE_PROCESSING
I think these are the very basic settings that need to be done for creation of Idoc.
Now when i create a PO and then SAVE it an IDOC must be generated.
But when i go to transaction Code WE02. It shows me message "No Idocs genereated".
What is the problem? Where am i going wrong?

    Hi Yayati,
Here are all the settings that you need to do. I am not sure which all settings are present so kindly confirm.
    Sending side Client800:
    1. WE20 - under LS - Outbound parameters - message type = Orders , basic type = Orders05
    2. BD64 - message type - sender = client800, receiver = client100, message type = Orders
    3. NACE - App = EF - Output Types - Processing Routines - Add medium = A (Distribution (ALE)) , Program = RSNASTED, Routine = ALE_PROCESSING.
    4.  NACE - App = EF - Output Types - Partner Functions - Add medium = Distribution (ALE), Funct = VN.
    5. Name - App = EF - Condition Records - Output type = NEU , Choose ur combination (Mine is DocType/Purc Grp)
Pur.Doc Type = NB (Execute) , Add row Medium = A ,Function = VN and other details u choose.
    Receiving side Client100:
    1. WE20 - under LS - Inbound parameters - message type : Orders ; Process Code : ORDE
    2. BD64 - message type - sender = client800, receiver = client100, message type = Orders
For the PO which you have created, go to the PO in ME23N, click on messages .
There should be a line : Output = NEU, Medium = Distribution (ALE)... etc.
If its present then the configuration was correct.
If it has a yellow triangle means it was not processed.
    Regards,
    Jovito.

  • Issue with ALE configuration for creating the idoc for Purchase orders

    Hello,
I am trying to send the purchase order through message type configuration using ALE.
I am using idoc ORDERS05, message ORDERS, Process Code in Partner profile ME10.
In NACE transaction for the Application EF, Output Type NEU the ALE Configuration is done for Program RSNASTED Form ALE_PROCESSING.
I have done ALE distribution using BD64.
Now the problem is that when an order is created or changed in the message output of the PO I am seeing the status as yellow i.e.not processed.
In NAST table, the entry is there but on executing RSNAST00 nothing happens.
Please provide me the pointers to solve the given problem.
    Regards,
    Mayank

    Hi,
Guess it looks like the output is getting proposed but its not getting processed. Check the output type configuration. Check the TIme Settings in the output type configuration.
It is possible to set the Time when the output must be processed. Is it on SAVE or is it set to other settings. If its set to via background job then the background job must be run to process the output types.
Check and let me know if all is fine at the output type configuration.
    Cheers

  • How to tigger SISCSO01 Idoc for sales order confirmation

    Hello Experts,
I have a requirement where in I need to send the sales order confirmation as an IDoc. I need to use SISCSO01 IDoc type for that.
Can any please tell me how to configure SAP to trigger this IDoc when ever a sales order is confirmed.
In which T-Code is this sales order confirmation is done? and how to trigger the IDoc?
    Thanks,
    Suma

    Hi Suma,
We need to maintan BD64 and WE20 with the Idoc SISCSO01 type. This is will automatically trigger the Idoc when we create a sales order.
You need to matain NACE for tiggering the IDoc. For that use BA00 in output types and configure program RSNASTED, from rotine as ALE_PROCESSING. In default values give transmission medium as ALE and parter function as SP.
Then come back to NACE-Condtion records and maintain meduim as A and date as 4.
    Please reward if helpfull.
    Thanks,
    Srikanth

  • Inbound IDoc for Sales Order Creation with Serial Number

I would like to create Sales Order with Serial Number input at Item Level using IDoc. I have tried to use the followings:
    1) Basic Type : ORDERS05
    2) Message Type : ORDERS
    3) Process Code : ORDE
I have used segment E1EDP19 with the followings:
    1) QUALF = '014'
    2) IDTNR = Serial Number
However, it fails. It seems that the system just expects us to input BOM explosion number (VBAP-SERNR) instead of the Serial Number that I want.
If we use VA01, we can input the Serial Number from Menu: Extra --> Technical Objects.
Is there any idea what should I do ?

The error message is "Entry 1276 does not exist in SNUM - check your entry" (Message no. 00058).
1276 is the Serial Number that I input. It treats the Serial Number that I input as the BOM explosion number (VBAP-SERNR).
    Regards,
    Alan.

  • To create BAPI Wrapper for Sales Order Creation

    Hi Experts,
I'm working upon MI 7.1 to create mobile application for creation of sales order.
I've to create Sales Order BAPI Wrapper (Getlist, Get Detail & Create) using Standard BAPI's (BAPI_SALESORDER_GETLIST & BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2).
Kindly guide me for how to proceed with the above. Which all other BAPI's do I require except above?
PS: I was trying to call standard BAPI's but while executing the BAPI Wrapper it asks about Customer No. & Sales Org. then only I'll get the output.
my requirement is I should get list of all the sales order's existing in the Back-end, once I execute the BAPI Wrapper.
    Romi

    Hi,
if it comes to bapis on the backend, there are not so many changes from MI7.0 to MI7.1 as in the UI for example. So you still need the backend adapters like GETLIST/GETDETAIL/CREATE as they where necessary in 7.0.
If you need an example on how these should look like - do you have a full blown backend available? Have a look if you can find the following BADIS in SE37 in the backend: MAM30_050_GETLIST. If you can find this one, have a look how it is working. That one should help you to get an idea on how the replication is working and how the complete stuff works. The create should be straight forward development then.
You furthermore can have a look into the URL mentioned aboveand as well in the complete MI7.0 dokumentation if you take it just to get a general idea on how the stuff works. But the URL mentioned above should be enough in a normal case.

    Oliver
