Urgent Help:Please reply soon!!!!

Question

I am trying to insert date into my database(SQl) and I am getting the following error:
Exception in thread "Timer-1" java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 4

Below is the code that I am trying to use.The database source is set to dateTime
