Urgent!!: How to use getUserPrincipal and getRemoteUser of the request????

Hi i'm trying to get authenticated in a J2EE application using Websphere as server, when i call the java method getUserPrincipal of the request im getting a null value, but when im doing the same thing in a weblogic server im getting the right user name!!! do youn know what could be wrong?
In Websphere securty documentation a found the following text:
"The methods getRemoteUser() and getUserPrincipal() return
null as a result even if the user is logged in, unless the servlet or the JSP itself is secured."
How can i secure a JSP or servlet by itself??

is there any possiblity to use the headphone and the speaker at the same time?
When I plug the head phones in the socket, the speaker is swtiched off now.

Hi Peter,
Unfortunately there is no way to use both the headphones and the speakers at the same time. This is because tghere is as physical disconnection of the current to the internal speakers when you plug in the headphones. It is not software controlled. The only way of bypassing this would be to dismantle the headphone socket and permanently solder the connections which are broken when you insert the headphone socket.

How to use Spry and Jquery on the same page.

I'm using both spry (dataset) and jquery (datepicker) on my page. When I load the jquery script my dataset doesn't work.
I've done some research and found that I need to insert an observer that tells jquery when the spry dataset is finished loading. Found this information at: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2899897. I've tried implementing this into my script but just doesn't seem to work. Below is the script from my site, how would I insert an observer into this script?

Didn't an earlier version of JavaFX allow access to the Applet instance, including the AppletContext? Seems to me, just generally, that JavaFX applets are hobbled unless they have that functionality available. Cookies are one example. Also applet parameters, hyperlinks, and the browser status display.

How to use .MKV and .ISO with Premiere Pro? They are not supported.

Hi all. My brother in-law sent us two .mkv videos and a DVD .iso he wants me to use in a video I am cutting for him. The only trouble is, I've no idea how to get them into a format PremPro can handle.
I've searched and the only solutions I have found are infinitely complicated for me. Avisynth is certainly beyond me.
Anyone know of a way to convert .mkv (info lists 942x720 H.264 4:2:0 YUV MPEG4 AVC) into something useable?
Same question for an ISO file.

Can anyone explain how to use VLC to transcode? The settings are endless and NONE look correct. Everything is about coverting and shrinking and that is not what I want.
I have looked into this so many times and cannot find how to do it. I know it must be simple, but clearly I am blind.
What I need is to take whatever is inside that stupid MKV wrapper and extract it. Transcode it. I have been trying for A YEAR now and have never been able to find a solution.
I'm on a PC and unfortunately, there are free solutions for a MAC. But that won't help me.
EDIT: One option I see is tsMuxer! But which setting for Output? I can choose...
TS muxing... or M2TS musing... or Blu-ray disk... or AVCHD disk... or DEMUX
To explain more, I have a Blu-Ray I purchased and want to add the audio from my laserdisc, since the remixed audio on the disc sucks (hard). I'll also add English subtitles. To be clear, this work is for ME for my own personal use.
Here is a screen grab from tsMuxer. Which to choose? I will place the audio and video in Premiere Pro. Sync the old Laserdisc audio up and then EXPORT to Adobe Encore to burn a new BD.

How to use betrg and sumbb in FM?

Hi experts,
The specification given is to get the personal_no(pernr),Complete name(CNAME) of the employees who are having active status i.e(STAT2 = 3) is the condition from pa0000,and for that list of employees get the basic pay(BETRG) using "HR_Read_Infotype" function module,and gross salary(SUMBB) using "HR_GET_TOTAL_AMOUNT_P0008" and display all the output using ALV grid display.I am getting so many errors in doing that report.I need some codings for that urgently.Kindly give me some ideas or codings if possible.

Hi,
Follow the below steps:
1)Declare an internal table ITAB with all the fields which needs to be displayed in ALV Grid.
2)Get PERNR, CNAME into internal table ITAB with appropriate condition in SELECT statment.
3)Get all details into ITAB:
Start DO<>TIMES loop.
READ table ITAB into WA_TAB.
Get BETRG and SUMBB using FMs into WA_TAB and then
MODIFY ITAB FROM WA_TAB INDEX SY-INDEX.
ENDDO.
Now internal table has all data.
4)Display it using proper coding in ALV GRID.
