Please help. My sons account has been hacked and live porn was sent to all his friends along with files that we don't know what is inside.
We have informed the police because of the porn content but now the hacker is hacking my sons friends and demanding to speak to my son.

Have your son change his account password immediately if not already done.
Also have him change the password of the registered e-mail address on file as a proactive measure.
The police know how to contact Skype directly with an official request for assistance if required.
Hackers typically gain access to peoples' accounts - Skype and otherwise - via password crackers or other password-guessing techniques.
Run security scans and software updates on your son's computer - run your preferred anti-virus/malware/spyware program using the latest virus signature files available in case your son inadvertently downloaded malware which is allowing the hacker access to the computer.
If anything else seems amiss or awary, contact a local computer professional for further assistance.

BT Billing Mod Help Needed Please

I arranged a BT home move for the 3rd October 2014.
The Openreach engineer turned up but could not get a line into the property, he stated that the infrastructure was geared up for Virgin and tbh I was better off going to them!
The following week a surveyor turned up to tell me to get a line into the property he would have to dig up parts of my patio and road and this could take several months, I told him not to do anything as I would be cancelling the order. He agreed and that was the last I heard.
I phoned BT to cancel my order, I was told this was fine but I needed to return my equipment and they would send out the appropriate returns bags.
The bags duly arrived and I returned all of my equipment, Hub Router, Youview box etc.
However, yesterday I received an email to tell me I owe 34.50 for the period 22 Oct to 22 Nov?! I called BT and spoke to a man with a broad Liverpudllian accent who kept calling me 'mate' who said "I dunno mate, i'm confused as well, can you call back tomorrow?!" WTF?
I have had no BT service since the 3rd October when it was disconnected from my previous property.
Please can someone tell me how to cancel my exisitng BT contract as they were unable to provide a service into this new property?

Urgent webcam help needed please

i didnt know where else to put this post. Anyway i just got a logitech fusion webcam which they sell on the apple store. i plugged it in and set it up. whenever i speak to anyone on skype(its the only one i use). they always say that around every 20 seconds they get a noise their end that sounds like wind noise. ive opened up the sound box in preferences and can see it happening form the noise indicator. but dont know what it is or how to stop it.. any ideas i really need help.. thanks in advance. the webcam by the way has a built in mic and i have the output coming through my speakers. ive also moved the speakers away from the webcam in case of interference but no joy.. please help..

Checking the Skype forums reveals a concensus that the problem is most likely within the Skype software.

Some suggest disabling the mic, and using a seperate mic. This is because some believe the hardware combo (camera/mic) over USB is the problem. Others suggest using the macam driver. Others still, claim there was no noise before 2.5. There are even problems with the Windows version, apparently.

Help! Lost my installation CD for my 0404 USB. Urgent! Help needed please!

Hi all,
Please could someone send me or provide a link to the installation drivers for the 0404 USB for Windows XP? I am really desparate and have looked EVERYWHERE I can think of on the internet with no luck.
History:
I reorganised the cabling around my PC, and in doing so, somehow my USB hub seems to have stopped working. When I plugged my 0404 directly into a USB hub on the PC it didn't recognise it. So I thought I'd uninstall and reinstall the software. Then I realised I had lost my installation CD, and then found that E-MU / Creative websites don't have the original installation drivers that come on the CD on their website. This has completely warped my feelings about this company in one fell swoop. Having been very happy for prob 2 years with the E-MU 0404 to find that they have seemingly intentionally left off these drivers from their site and therefore wasted probably 2 hours of my time in the last 24 hours is maddeningly frustrating.

I have never used driver installation found in original E-MU 0404 CD but only the installation you can download from E-MU support pages (remember allow firmware upgrade as well).jutapa

Help needed please, everytime I try to update the software version on my iphone it comes up with a message saying it could not be completed and is now frozen with the apple picture and progress bar on it. Do I unplug it and hope the macbook pro sees it again, I also stupidly did not back up before starting the download which I realise I will have to go back to the previous back up. This keeps happening, everytime I do this type of update, I'm starting to think I should just give up on updating my software on the Iphone. I thought it was happening because I was using a window based computer to do the updates, this time I used my Macbook Pro. Please somebody help

Have you guys been able to activate your iphone yet? I bought an iphone 4s from eBay and it worked fine, but the previous user had left some data on it, so last night I used the "erased all content and settings" to restore it to factory setting so I can start fresh and restore my backup. But now I'm stuck at the activation screen (I get the same "the activation server is temporarily unavailable") and can't get it to activate, even if I use my old deactivated AT&T sim card (I'm on straighttalk now).
I might try activating it with an active AT&T sim card from my fiancee's phone when she gets home, so I'll let you know how that works outs.
If it's true that the server is down; anyone know when it will be back up again? Thanks in advance.

System: Windows 7
Adobe CS5
Printer: Epson Stylus Photo 1400
Paper: Inkjet matte presentation paper with slight luster
Installed latest patch for Adobe CS5

After reading solutions online and trying them for my settings for 2 days I am still unable to print what I am seeing on my screen in Adobe CS5. I calibrated my monitor, but am not sure once calibration is saved if I somehow use this setting in Photoshop’s color management.
The files I am printing are photographs of dogs with lots of detail I digitally painted with my Wacom tablet in Photoshop CS5 and then printed with Epson Stylus 1400 on inkjet paper 20lb with slight luster.
My Printed images lose a lot of the detail & come out way to dark with a reddish cast and loss of detail when I used these settings in the printing window:
Color Handling: Photoshop manages color, Color management -ICM, OFF no color adjustment.
When I change to these settings in printer window: Color Handling: Printer manages color. Color management- Color Controls, 1.8 Gamma and choose Epson Standard it prints lighter, but with reddish cast and very little detail and this is the best setting I have used so far.
Based on what I have read on line, I think the issue is mainly to do with what controls are set in the Photoshop Color Settings window and the Epson Printer preferences. I have screen images attached of these windows and would appreciate knowing what you recommend I enter for each choice.
Also I am confused as to what ICM color management system to use with this printer and CS5:
What is the best ICM to use with PS CS5 & the Epson 1400 printer? Should I use the same ICM for both?
Do I embed the ICM I choose into the new files I create?
Do I view all files in the CS5 workspace in this default ICM?
Do I set my monitor setting to the same ICM?
If new file opens in CS5 workspace and it has a different embedded profile than my workspace, do I convert it?
Do I set my printer, Monitor and PS CS5 color settings to the same ICM?
Is using the same ICM for all devices what is called a consistent workflow?
I appreciate any and all advice that can be sent my way on this complicated issue. Thank you in advance for your time and kind help.

ITunes corrupt file message - urgent help needed please

I have an iPod video 30GB, i downloded the latest iTunes & Quicktime version, and updated my iPod also to the latest update. When i connect my iPod and start downloading music from the library in iTunes, the iPod keeps on disconnecting and restarting by itself, and i get a message that the file iTunes.exe is corrupt. I tried Apple support and did all what they said by downloading the latest updates and versions, and also did the Chkdsk utility on Windows, but still it did not work, the iPod keep on restarting and i cannot download anything on it, i had it now for a week and did not use it at all because of this problem, can somebody with a technical background help me please, i use Windows XP.

P45 Platinum (Urgent help needed please)

Last week I ordered parts for a new P.C. and I am having some major issues with this. The motherboard will not do anything. When I try to power on the computer the fans spins and all of the lights come on, but the computer will not post or go into the BIOS. There are 4 red lights on the board. From different things I have read I thought it may have been the motherboard so I had them send me another one. Well I got it today and it is doing the same thing! I am leaning toward the CPU, but I am hoping to get some help before I call them and request a replacement on the CPU. I am about to pull my hair because I am so frustrated. Here is a quick overview of the parts I ordered (in no particular order):
*800w PSU
*P45 Platinum Mobo
*500 GB SATA HD
*Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
*VisionTek HD4870
*OCZ SLI ready 4 GB RAM (OCZ2N800SR4GK)
I thought it may have been the RAM because of the voltage, but from reading other threads I should be able to change the voltage (the RAM voltage is 2.1).
Here are some things that I have tried:
*New motherboard
*Only put one stick of RAM in instead of them both
*Only had RAM, Video Card, CPU hooked up with same results
*Cleared the CMOS (with the power off and the cord unplugged)
*Tried it with the motherboard outside of the case in case it was getting shorted out some how.
I would greatly appreciate any and all help you could give me. Please help

Last day I updated my credit cart info to make the payment and on the screen comes up a hint as follows:
I updated the info for 6 times to make sure it is OK.Every time I update I receive a hint from my bank about $1,which in total is about $6 for 6 times.
And words from the bank said the money for the creative cloud still remain in my account and was not charged.
later I check with the customer service support and I was told the payment was not successfully.
And in my transaction record there was no record of October.
What is exactly the situation????

if you have performance problems with your table because of lots of different controls in it, then maybe you could try instead of that to create two tables, one for display of rows (only textviews), and the other table for editing only one row (currently selected row). The second (for edit) table can be shown only when you want to add a new row, or edit selected row and it can be hidden when you are finished with editing selected row.
In that way you can have one big table with only textviews and no events, and one small - one row table for editing with dropdowns, datepickers etc.
You can put EditTable(the one for editing) above ShowTable (the one in which you display rows as textviews).
ie.
EditTable
ShowTable

we are facing a issue related with vendor account actually MIRO post for the amount is showing difference compare with vendor invoice,
please consider this scenario:-
we are having vendor bill/invoice for Rs 1110/-
but in SAP amount is showing 1105/- showing a Rs 5/- difference
we found that this difference is showing becuse of we are maintaing material on single quantity whareas we got the price from vendor on BOX or bulk qty when we are deviding this price with the quantity the price will come on 4 decimals again here also we are maintaing two decimals.
from this we come to conclusion that this problem will occure again and again
so it is advaisable to create a LOSS DUE TO AMOUNT ROUNDIG OFF account and posting these differnce to this gl to clear the open item that is showing in vendor master.
Here please suggest me how to resolve this issue

Hi,
if you go to SM30, view V_169L, you can configure what is considered as a "small difference". Small differences are then automatically posted, see account configuration in OBYC.
However, I think this is designed if the vendor really invoices you a little bit too more or less. But in your case, this is not the problem. The problem is, as you have realized, that the price unit is set to small (actually, to 1 PC). The proper solution is not to post the differences away, but to stop this incorrect calculation. Small diffs should only be posted if there really were some small diffs!
Example: agreed price with vendor is 1,001 RS per piece. As you keep your RS currency with two decimals, the price in SAP would be 1,00 RS.
If the invoice is about 1000 pc, then the correct price is 1001,00 RS. This is what you see on the invoice and this is also correct. However, within SAP, you will see an expected value of 1000,00 RS only, so you have a difference of 1,00 RS.
You do not need to touch the material master to fix this. Only thing you need to maintain is the PO line, where you have entered the price as 1,00 (rounded!!!) RS by 1 pc. This must be changed like this: 1001,00 RS by 1000 pc. Then it will work fine.

Extremely urgent help needed! I'm on a tight deadline. I'm working on a sequence, with all my settings set to DV. My client needs an AVI file as an output. After exporting using conversion, the file looks and plays fine, except for any transitions. At the start of each transition, there is 1 frame that is unrendered. I have rendered the entire sequence, and tried the export many times now, and I can't figure out what's wrong. I'm working on v5.1.4. Can someone please help?????

Multiple problems - help needed please

I've got so many problems that I've completely confused myself. So, if anyone can help….
I was previously using a D-Link D-320T DSL modem on BT Broadband in the UK. The modem was set up in bridge mode, and hooked up via ethernet to my Airport Extreme (n). The AEBS would use PPPoE and successfully connected to the internet, as well as handling all my network needs.
Everything worked and everything was fine, allowing screen sharing and file sharing between my Mac Mini, MacBook and MacBook Pro.
Earlier this week, the internet connection dropped and I couldn't find the cause. Resetting the router and hooking it up directly to my Mac Mini, I connected to it (192.168.1.1) and had it connect to the internet itself.
It did so, and distributed IP addresses to the Mac Mini…but after 30 seconds my internet connection dropped, and looking in network preferences, I found that the modem had jumped from a router address of 192.168.1.1, to an 82.xx.xx.xx address, which was clearly the public IP address forwarded by my ISP. So it seemed like it was working in a sort of bridge mode still.
I reset the router numerous times, tried switching it into full bridge mode etc, but the AEBS was unable to use it to connect via PPPoE as before, because the D-Link would play nice for 30 seconds, then jump around with addresses.
Very strange, but I assumed the modem was just broken.
I dug out my spare router, being the Netgear DG632.
I managed to get this hooked up to the internet really quickly, and using an ethernet connection to the Mac Mini, it all appeared fine. However, as I started looking around the internet, I noticed that although google.com would open up, any subsequent links, and indeed any other domains I tried to visit would not open.
Resetting the router seemed to solve this.
I then hooked up my AEBS to the Netgear and, after pondering which way to use it, I found the only way I could get it to play nice was to have the AEBS in bridge mode itself, meaning that the Netgear would do all the routing work.
The MacBook connected to the airport, and all seemed okay….
…However, I then noticed that the internet connection would randomly drop. Web pages would not open (in any browser), and downloads which were under way could be seen in the Safari download manager to suddenly crash.
The same was true on the Mac Mini - web browsing stopped at random. I had however hooked this up to the airport via an ethernet cable, I noticed that, although the "internet" wasn't working, other connections like torrents were still active.
Reconnecting the Netgear router directly to the Mac Mini allowed me to see in its diagnostics that it still held a connection to the ISP and still had an external IP address.
Again, a reset of the router seemed to resolve things….but only for a few hours. And whilst the Mac Mini seemed resilient, the airport connection to the MacBook was terrible. (I haven't even tried using the MBP yet).
Furthermore, I noticed that networking between devices had severely been crippled. Although the Mac Mini and MacBook were visible to each other in the shared devices section of finder, clicking the link meant waiting literally four minutes for a connection to establish, and screen sharing timed out, from either direction.
I then tried assigning everything static IP addresses, but this seemed to confuse matters with the router.
Under the impression that the Netgear clearly couldn't handle the job of routing my network, I tried to set it up in bridge mode and use the AEBS as before.
Reading around the internet (on my iPhone at this stage), I realised there was no obvious "bridge mode" option, but I was told to set the device mode as router, and then say "no" when it asks if there are any login details for the ISP (under Basic Router Settings). This was done.
However, setting up the AEBS with PPPoE had no success, and the connection was never made.
At this stage, I'm living with a crippled network and two routers, neither of which do what I want.
Can anybody advise me on a solution to fix either router/modem?
I want to use the modem in bridge mode and have the AEBS handle everything as before, as it was perfect.
At this stage, which a frazzled brain (after messing with everything for several hours), something step-by-step would be great.

I have also recently developed problems with my airport network. I was playing my air tunes when it started freezing so i reset my airport extreme and expresses. When I tried to setup my networks again I en counted problems like airport utility couldn't find the extreme base station or when it did it couldn't read the setting. I eventually managed to create a network then when i tried to connect to the network it either asks for the password (even though its saved in keychain) When I enter the password it keeps saying "connection time out". I then turn airpot off & on and it the sometimes reconnects automatically without requiring a password.
My internet then will sometime start working again but then drop out completely or take an age to load.
The network will then sometimes disappear from the network list and I'm unable to see it at all.
No matter how many time i reset the base station it doesn't make a difference.
I my broadband modem is also a wireless router and Im experiencing similar problems with that. I took my laptop to work and tried to connect to the network at work and it seems to work ok except it did ask for a password the time out but did it only once.
I did download a security update recently but im not sure if its that that is causing it
please help me as well as I'm stuck without my network

Help needed - new to Blackberry and not very techy - calendar problems

I love my new Blackberry Curve 9300 BUT tried to synchronise Google calendar to Blackberry calendar. For some dates I have 100s of duplicated entries and they are recurring to infinity it seems. Have tried everything but seems the only solution is to completely clear the calendar but unable to find out from anywhere how to do this. I tried via desktop but states that it is read only data and so can't be deleted. I need to delete 6000 entries LOL
Help! Can someone just give me a phone number as have searched internet for help and no solution to problem. Calendar completely useless now and feel like throwing it out of the window...and then stamping on it 6000 times (as many times as there are erroneous entries on my calendar!!!)

You can call your mobile network carrier for walkthrouh assistance with this request and if needed, they can transfer you to Research In Motion® .
If you want to try and resolve this yourself, in your Calendar go to Menu>Options and click on your Gmail® account and clear the check from Wireless Synchronization.
You can then clear the Calendar database on your BlackBerry as shown in KB10167 How to clear the user content databases from the BlackBerry smartphone
