Urgent : PO deletion in saved status

Hi,
We have a PO X which has been copied in from PO Y. X has been copied and saved and not ordered. How do i delete the PO from both portal and SRM. Kindly advise.

Hi Akshay,
You can delete all items in PO which is as good as PO is deleted.
If you permanently want to delete the PO even from database, you can use BBP_PD_SC_DB_DELETE function module to delete. Though this function name looks like it is for SC, it works for PO also. Note that you have to call BBP_PD_SC_COMMIT (or COMMIT WORK statement) after calling this function BBP_PD_SC_DB_DELETE.
BBP_PD_SC_DB_DELETE + COMMIT WORK deletes PO from all tables and hence extra caution needs to be taken to make sure whether you need a logical deletion or complete deletion from DB.

In system preferences, create a new account again, using the short name of the "deleted" account. You may be prompted to re-use the old home folder. Log out and log in to test it worked. Then log in as your new admin, and do the delete process again. Don't choose to securely delete this time - just a regular delete.
When you have time to spare, go to Disk Utility, and use the Erase tab to securely erase free space on the drive. This will accomplish the same thing that your originally tried to do. Use the fastest method - anything more secure is a waste of time. You may need to run it overnight - it can take several hours.

PO line item delete while saving ( based on custom selection)

We are trying to implement PO line item auto delete while saving the PO ( based on auto conversion or though me21n manual ) and this should work based custom selection / custom table . We had tried to implement through exit and BADI but it’s not working .
Let me know if anyone having idea on this or implemented same scenario in past .

I understand that you are facing problems due to non-availibility of Header data in PROCESS_ITEM. But the same can be pulled live from the program. Sample pseudo code and reference link provided below. Hope it helps your ABAPer gain an insight.

I deleted emails from my windows emails and when I went into my pictures there was all my recently deleted items as pdf adobe files and I cannot right click and delete. But why would my deleted emails be going to my pictures in the first place. So i think it must be in how the adobe program is set up and need to know how to change the settings so my deleted emails are not sent to my pictures.I do not know what other details you would require?

Reg : Workflow In Revised, Saved status in Production

Hi Workflow geeks,
I have a doubt in workflow. In one of the cases, there is a workflow in production with event linkage u2013 active.
But the workflow template is in Revised, Saved status.
I have few doubts.
As the event linkage is active will the workflow trigger? I believe it should. Am I Right?
As the workflow template is not active, will the workflow proceed or would hang?
The agent determination using a custom method in workflow is failing and resulting with no data. But when tested in BO, its working fine. How can I fix this?
I havenu2019t come across such issue before. So I have no Idea at all?
Can you please help me on this?

The workflow is active in DEV & QAS and working fine. But in production after transport, its status is Revised, Saved.
I tried testing a workflow in Dev with the same status and the workflow is triggering and working.
But in PRD, the agent determination fails.

The agent is determined using a function where we pass the Org unit no. and it gives the org unit head.
This org. unit head than becomes the agent.
The org. unit no. passed to function module is hard coded in a custom method.
And the binding between method --> task --> Workflow is ok.
We are using standard tables & standard function modules for agent determination.
What could be the other reasons for failure of agent determination?

Workflow in 'Revised and Saved' status

Hi Friends,
I am trying to activate a workflow in Dev system. After I click on activate button the workflow gets into 'revised and saved' status. Business object is in active stage. This is happening since last couple of days, earlier to that I was able to activate after making the changes.
Can anybody suggest what could be the reason?

Hi,
This usually means that an error has occurred, but sometimes the error panel at the bottom of the Workflow Builder screen is obscured.
Please have a closer look.

If you use Pages '08 or Pages '09 whith the package format, there is no application able to rebuild a deleted document.
If you just deleted the document from the Finder, as Walt wrote, check if it is available in the trash.
It's to give us this chance to retrieve a document accidentally deleted that the trash isn't automatically emptied (at least with the default setting).

on the top click gear icon, then wifi on the left. Change to read saved and you will see a pencil, click the pencil and a trash bin shows by the connection. Click trash bin. That should help.

As per the above requirement, i have deleted some statuses, But now i want in cv02n, the following statuses,
In first step, i have changed the status in cv02n, from work request to Reallocation status. please find the screenshot.
After this step, i want get the status in cv02n, as PPC head Status, But while changing status, i am not getting the status pop box as per my requirement and i got as per below pop screen.
Please guide me how to get the status of PPC head in pop box when clicking the Document status icon. And also please guide on that, if i am deleting the existing statuses, what i need to check.

It is not advisable to delete order. Best option is to block the order. It can be done as follows.
VA02 (Change Sales Order) >>> then go to item details Sales A, here u can find the filed <b>Reason for rejection</b>, here u put the exact reason & block.
If u really want to delete the order, then u can follow the paths given by other frieds.
