URL for WSDL only shows web service information page
Using tomcat6 and jwsdp 2.0.
After requesting the WSDL, I instead get the Web Service information page which shows this in a table form:
Web Services,
Port Name, Status, Information
etc.
Why doesn't it give me back the WSDL instead?
The information page must contain end point wise information displayed.
Each end point information contains web service address, WSDL address(you are looking for this I hope), Implementation class etc.
Also, try giving *?wsdl* parameter at the end of your web service address, it must lead you to the WSDL file of the web service.

Processing web service information before displaying
I facing challenges to display my external web services information properly.
For example, this web service
http://www.webservicex.com/globalweather.asmx/GetCitiesByCountry?CountryName=Singapore
It returns a string value in JDeveloper
<NewDataSet>
<Table>
<Country>Singapore</Country>
<City>Singapore / Paya Lebar</City>
</Table>
<Table>
<Country>Singapore</Country>
<City>Singapore / Changi Airport</City>
</Table>
</NewDataSet>
It displays the whole thing on the screen. There is no way I can change the server side. I can only fix the client side(ADF Mobile) to fit to the server output. I tried creating URL Service Data Control but no success because the schema cannot validate and crashed when deployed. I have to write a part of Java code to process the information. What do I need to do inside task flow? How do I create a flow like this? How do I hide the processing part aside putting inside view?
User input(View) -> Call webservice -> Process webservice output(Java) -> Proper output(View)
My JDeveloper version is 11.1.2.3.39.62.76.1
Sorry I did not see the announcement

Include xml schema in the WSDL of the web service
Hi,
I have a bpel process where I want to call several web service, so therefore the web services should reference the same xsd schema. I use JDeveloper and Oracle PM 10.1.3.3.0.
I have a problem with including the schema in the wsdl of the web service, and I receive an error at deploying the web service.
For including the schema I tried, things like:
<types>
<xsd:include schemaLocation="\C:/genschema.xsd"/>
</types>
Error compiling :C:\orabpel\bpel\system\appserver\oc4j\j2ee\home\applications\BuecherApp-LagerService-WS\WebServices: Error instantiating compiler: Web service artifact generation failed:oracle.j2ee.ws.common.tools.api.WsdlValidationException: model error: element "{http://lagerservice/types/}pruefeBuecherAufLagerElement" not found.
or
<types>
<schema xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
<import namespace="http://lagerservice/types/"
schemaLocation="genschema.xsd" />
</schema>
</types>
Error instantiating compiler: Web service artifact generation failed:java.lang.InstantiationException: IO Error parsing imports in C:\orabpel\bpel\system\appserver\oc4j\j2ee\home\application-deployments\BuecherApp-LagerService-WS\WebServices\server-wsdl\LagerService.wsdl : Unable to find/read file WEB-INF/wsdl/genschema.xsd
the file is in the required directory WEB-INF/wsdl, and also the current directory.
Can anyone help please?
Ela... and here is the solution:

HP LaserJet Professional P1102w won't print Web Services Information Sheet
Hi there.
I've spent the last frustrating three hours trying to get the Web Services Information sheet to print on this printer. I need this sheet in order to register for ePrint.
I connect fine wirelessly on my computer to the printer. I have updated the firmware. Twice, to be sure.
I have gone to HP Web Services and clicked Enable
The message I then get is:
"A Web Services information sheet will be printed. Review the sheet for important information."
However, nothing prints.
I have tried this process with the computer connected wirelessly through my network. I have tried it with the computer connected to the printer via USB. I have printed other things on the computer this way.
I have tried rebooting the network and the printer and then reconnecting
I have tried these steps:
http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/ePrint-Print-Apps-Mobile-Printing-and-ePrintCenter/eprint-printer-code-...
(I changed the preferred DNS from 10.0.1.11 and the alternate DNS from 8.8.4.4. to the values suggested)
Afterwards, there was no change. My printer continued to print in every way possible. However, it will not print the Web Services Information Sheet.
I'm very keen on getting my hands on this email so that I can register for ePrint. Can anybody help me? I would be hugely grateful.Sorry to hear you were unable to setup the wireless again on the p1102w.
I have provided some steps in resetting up the p1102w on wireless network if you decide
to do it again in the future.
Reset the printer back to factory settings.
(turn printer off then hold down the x and the wireless button while turning on the printer until the lights start blinking then release the buttons.
Disconnect the usb cable from the printer.
Disconnect the routers power cable for 10 seconds and then reconnect it again.
Uninstall the p1102w from the computer.
(open cd and select uninstall or go to uninstall a program from the control panel.)
Run the cd again or download depending what operating system you are running.
Connect the usb cable when prompted to setup the wireless again.
Enter passwords for the network when prompted.
Disconnect the usb cable when prompted.
Should be able to print out the test page now.
Then you should be able to get the web services information sheet to print but will need to print out a self test on the printer to get the new ip address for the printer.
If further issues you can contact HP technical support at 1-800-474-6836.

Question
I opened my computer and the whole top only shows web search, I can not find my bookmarks and I tried reloading firefox and still nothing but tab bar. Tried f10, alt, nothing! How can I get my BOOKMARKS ??????? I so need them and hate what ever this is that now shows up on firefox.The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: ''This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.''
To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.

Best practice for simply invoking a web service
Hello,
We have web services deployed and accessible as wsdl documents in the SOA service manager/UDDI product. What is the best practice for simply calling a web service method deployed without regard to whether it is deployed on Tomcat, WebSphere, Oracle, etc.
I'd just like to create a java client to make a web service call and JAXRPC has me confused because you seem to have to have custody of the web service implementation code to call a service. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
SeanThanks. Here is my wsdl, how would you say this is encoded?

"Use cellular data for" is only showing a few apps
Hello,
I just got a new 5S. I have installed and used maybe 15 or so apps, but when I go to
Settings -> Cellular -> "Use cellular data for"
it only shows 5 apps: Calendar, FaceTime, Find iPhone, Passbook, & Skype.
I would like to see all the apps so that I can control what is using cellular data. When I read other posts online, it seems like this should show all apps. Does anybody have any idea why I only see a few apps here or what I can do to display all apps?
Thanks for any help!This troubleshooting guide helped me. Had to try up to step 7...

Hello Sophie59
You should be able to see two different tabs when setting up the email if you go to Other > Add Mail Account. Once you enter in the email address and password, you should be at the next screen to provide more details about the email as far as incoming and outgoing servers and at the top there will be a blue section to add it in as a POP or IMAP email account. Check out the article below for further troubleshooting and emails setup options.

Web Services Test Page: No input fields for SOAP header parameters?
Hello,
we're using OracleAS / OC4J 10.1.3.1 and have developed a web service that has some self defined SOAP header parameters.
I would like to use the Web Services Test Page provided by the OAS but it seems that there is no opportunity
to provide input values for these SOAP header parameters.
Do I miss something there or is it not supported by OAS?
I've read the documentation but could not find a clue.
any help is appreciated,
Regards,
MartinI hear you. As you have probably heard, OC4J is being replaced by WebLogic Server and the 10.1.3.x releases are the last that will be produced. We'll do maintenance on it of course, but little/no new feature work. This would be a new feature we'd have to add, so I'm afraid there's not much chance in having it done.
It's not ideal, and of course more work for you, but if you want to provide your client with a test page that exposes the SOAP headers as form fields, you could always develop and ship one yourself.

I keep getting internet explorer cannot display web page when trying to download itunes. This only shows on half the page where the download link would be. My internet connection is fine. Any idea what the problem may be?
You won't see anything obviously related to iCloud, Jimmy. But if you go to the home iTunes Store page while logged into your iTunes Store account, you should see a Purchases link now under the Quick Links header. That's the only part of iCloud active at this time.

Servlet web service endpoint 'AAEWebService' failure
java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException
at org.aae.jose.bd.AAEWebService.<init>(AAEWebService.java:50)
at sun.reflect.NativeConstructorAccessorImpl.newIn  Hello,
you can check it at GlassFish Admin console (usually running on port 4848).
You need to log on to Admin console with the (default) or changed password (depends if you changed it during installation).
There you could see your web service deployed (usually in the "folder" Web services).
If you can see it you should see also wsdl - for your web service.

While deploying the SharePoint Hosted App I am facing the issue 'Uninstall app for SharePoint': Only users who can View Pages can list Apps"
- Provided the permissions for App Management and Subscription Services as well as DB.
- Added into Host web as SC Administrator
Thanks in Advance.Hi,
The user you are running with Visual Studio should have read permission on the pages of SharePoint web you are trying to deploying your app.
I suggest you add the login user to the SharePoint web in the “Site Settings”->”People and Group”.
Here is a similar thread for your reference:
