US BANK APP issue

I installed US Bank app and I can not activate it due to US Bank not adding iphone to their list of Verizon devices. Anyone else have this issue?

US Bank responded to me with a lame email saying they could do nothing and it will be an unkown time frame before they would add device.

Go to Apple Menu > App Store > View my account > sign in and then edit the payment details with the new card details.
I am assuming that your card and supporting bank are in the same country as your residential (billing) address and that you are using the App Store of that country.

Has anyone had a problem taking successful pictures of checks for a bank app using a Galaxy S5?

I had no problems with making phone deposits on my Galaxy Stratosphere or on my husband's Galaxy S4. However, after at least 20 tries on my new Galaxy S5, I kept getting error messages from the bank app indicating that it couldn't read it, to make sure the corners were within the frame or to make sure the MICR code was within the frame. Even though I was certain I met all those criteria, and had plenty of light, nothing worked. I even tried an old check that had been previously deposited via a different phone to see if it would work, but I had the same issues. Any advice? Thanks.

According to BofA Mobile support, the camera on the GS5 is very sensitive to the lighting conditions. They suggested to try a lower lighting. And maybe try toggling the flash on or off. The App uses whatever settings you have set for the camera at that time. So if the flash is turned on for your camera, then the App will use the flash to take pictures as well. Basically you just have to play with the camera settings until the app reads the picture correctly.. Good Luck all!

This is more a function of your bank and it's decision to use some non-standard Windows programing than it is an issue with your MBA.
If you are talking about accessing a financial site through Safari you could try using Firefox. Sometimes Firefox plays better on a Windows WYSIWYG written web page than Safari. A second workaround (but by no means a desirable one) would be to run Windows under emulation or Bootcamp. This means you have to obtain a legitimate copy of Windows OS.

It's up to the app developer to choose what platforms and OS levels they support, and further whether or not to vend via BB World. So, your question is better directed to them, for it's they who control the situation.

Battery issue -- app issue

I got a battery issue with my iphone5 two weeks ago, that it will cut off when the battery showing 50% or even more (basically randomly); and the battery cannot display the correct percentage during recharging. Yesterday I found some apps cannot open but stuck in the loading page. They were weibo, qq, yy, chase (bank app). This issue continues for today even after I have repaired the battery and update to ios7. Updating the apps doesn't work.

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... (But can take Longer..)
Release the Buttons...

Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore...

RBC Banking App

I am a Canadian resident in UK using a Z10 on the T-Mobile UK network. I tried to download the new RBC Banking App from BWorld but it says not available for this device. Why? Its advertised as available for all BB10 devices.

I see here there is app for BlackBerry but there isn't one for 10. What I would do is contact their support and ask them when they'll be coming out with version for 10 OS I did this for my Bank( TD CANADA TRUST).

Nationwide banking app is unreliable on Z3

I've been using the Nationwide banking app in the UK for a while now. I was originally using it on a Samsung S3 and the app was working fine. Since upgrading to a Z3 I've noticed several issues with the app. The quick balance function just hangs, attempting to use the money transfer option crashes the app, and generally the UI is very unresponsive and laggy. I contacted Nationwide and after confirming I had the latest version of the app, rebooted the phone, etc. all the usual things, they suggested it might be specific to the Z3 phone software. I updated to the latest Lollipop version yesterday but the problems still persist. Has anyone else had the same issues? Any tips for me to debug the issue to find out where the problem lies?

Thanks - I didn't know there was a safe mode . Having just looked up how to enable it though, it appears to disable all 3rd party apps - does that include those installed from the Play store? If yes, then I won't be able to run the Nationwide app in safemode.

Banking app lock up

I recently got locked out on my pad and finally got my apps back, except one my banks app it will not come in and work, I get to the first page and click and a black box pops up and that is as far as I can go. Any ideas on what I should do next? I have contacted the bank and walked through all that they knew to do. Next step take back to store or to bank for them to see.

It sounds like you have an app that is not functioning correctly. I recommend the troubleshooting from the article named:

Start with these steps. There are additional steps in the article if you need them.
Restart the app
Close the app and open it again.
Restart your device
Turn the device off and on.
Update your device software and your apps
Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
Update your apps:
Open the App Store and tap Updates.
If updates are available, tap Update All.
If asked, enter your Apple ID password. The updates will download and install.
You might need a Wi-Fi connection to update some apps.
Install another app from the App Store
If your installed app won't open, download and install a free app that isn't on your iOS device. This should reset your Apple ID authorization.
Remember to use the same Apple ID that you used to download the app that you're having issues with.

3. Tap View Apple ID;
4. Enter your user name and password;
5. Tap Country/Region;
6. Tap Change Country/Region;

There are two places where camera access can be changed:

When opening any Microsoft documents ( docx, ppt etc) in SharePoint 2013,
Internet Explorer behavior : "Sorry, something went wrong" An unexpected error has occurred message and then nothing happens.
In Chrome : Pops (Microsoft Office needs your permission) message and on clicking RUN, it opens the document.
In Firefox : the documents opens, after asking which application do you want to use to open it.
The feature (Open Documents in Client Applications by Default) is not activate.

According to your post, my understanding is that you failed to open Microsoft documents in SharePoint 2013.
I recommend to Run the following PowerShell in OWA Server :
Remove-OfficeWebAppsHost # To Remove any restriction
Or
New-OfficeWebAppsHost -Domain <String> # To allow specific domain Name
In addition, you can allow OAuth via HTTP using the following commands:
$config = (Get-SPSecurityTokenServiceConfig)
$config.AllowOAuthOverHttp = $true
$config.Update()
