Use of owned software after discontinuing use of Trial...
I need to be able to call the company. Since trying the new software as a trial, I am unable to go back to using the software I have paid for that works for me. Telephone number, please???

The woefully few manuals it manages to provide now are all created in Indesign and desperately need the critical eye of an editor to correct the errors, ommisions, obsolescence and plain confusing statements.
As Apple's efforts grow ever more obscure, awkward, contradictory and difficult to use, it tells it Users next to nothing about how they all work.LOL, I saw the points tally and thought at first you were opening a thread to motivate some ideas to pass back!
I assumed also that the points did not come from iBA and like others... were experienced and skilled dealing with Pages etc,.
Fact is Apple cloned iBA from Pages - which is basically a sound concept and suits a purpose.. but the cry as always been... "give us a decent manual". Apple in their wisdom apparently did not conceive that people would use iBA having never used pages. I actually purchased iWorks back in 2005 for my then new PowerPC G5 10.4.11 tried it and went back to MS Publisher!
18 months or more on depending on iBA's release, most users are pretty much capable now but a few new comers from other software packages do seen to have trouble getting information to start up.
From Apples point of view.. their project worked, the software as it is as flooded the book store with product dedicated to iPads and therfore income for Apple only. I have no doubt the next update will deal with some of the isssues sent in as feedback.

You mean, if you now buy it? No. You can enter a license or sign in if you have a subscription and the trial is unlocked.

Hi, my iphone 5 (latest software) has put itself into recovery mode all on it's own today AFTER I took video of my kids and easter egg hunt. Is there a way to back up the phone prior to restoring it?New HDD (old 1 dead so no Bup)
Thanks Chris The phone has been great until this morning. When using the camera it seemed to shut down, then it was just looping the restart, and finally into recovery It never rains but pours Thanks anyway

I had a trial version of Pages for 30 days and then purchased the actual software without removing the trial. Now when I try to edit documents and save them it sometimes wont because it tells me I am using a trial version.... But sometimes it lets me!! How can I remove the trial version? I cannot tell which one I am using when I open it....

Aperture 2.0 Activation Key does not work after using older trial version
I was using the installed trial version of Aperture 1.5+ in my recently purchased MacBook Pro Duo (December 2007). After using the trial version for 30 days I debated whether to take the plunge ...and then within a few days recieved word that v2.0 was out at 199$. That motivated me ...however, here I am nearly one week later without ability to activate a full blown version of 2.0.
I recieved the activation key, but it doesn't accept it in the dialog to upgrade in the trial version. Hint seems to be that it is not a serial number I am entering but an activation key.
I did not order a boxed version, so what do I do now? Support is not too helpful as I have searched Apple's website and have no clue as to where to go.
Last resort ... I want my $199 back!did you download the trial for Aperture 2

I am trying to use the trial creative cloud software on a PC windows 8.1 - I've downloaded and removed Photoshop CC 2014 two times - every time I open the file it says there is a problem and it shuts down and closes. I can open indesign and maybe other apps but photoshop no. Any ideas?
I don't think I can access the crash report? Excuse the ignorant questions I'm about to make am a relative tech novice.
Soo - as mentioned every time I open photoshop it crashes - it just says there's an error and the program will shut down and if there's a solution windows will notify me. Then nothing...
I've tried to look in photoshop files for the detailed crash report & the system event viewer but cannot find a file with those names. I've also looked in the windows files for files with those names but cannot find them either - so I don't know where to look.
Any guidance would be great. -
I own CS6 and when I opened it today, it told me I had to sign in and I was using a trial version now? Whenever I open a CS6 app now, it automatically opens the Adobe application Manager that makes me sign in to my 'trial' version now. I paid $2k for CS6 and now I am being forced to use CC? Help!
Uninstall, run the cleaner tool, reinstall and don't run the update that introduces the app manager.

Ive just signed up for the adobe photoshop pack, i use a mac, when i click download, nothing is happening.. Am I doing something wrong?? When I try and open the software I already had from trial it says its expired, or i need to use a serial number... HELP Anyone else experienced this?
If there is an option to "license this software", and it takes you to a sign-in page with username and password (not a serial number) - then just go ahead and sign in.
If it insists on a serial number you need to uninstall the trial. Then try to download again. -
After having payed fo an account for one year for Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 i keep getting the message ,that I am using a trial version of Photoshop CC.
Lightroom on the other hand is not functioning in a trial version !
Could anyone tell me how I can start working with Photoshop CC while not in trial mode ?
PeterI Don’t know how I di dit, but when I started Photoshop this mornig all of a sudden it worked.

after my 1 month trial verion expired, i paid for the Adobe XI month to month sub, downloaded the trial version again from the cloud and now when i try to use the month to month paid version it says my trial version has expired, an clues on how i access my paid version?
sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app, Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app
when signing in, use the same adobe id you used to subscribe. -
I have been trying to get the full version of lightroom after using a trial version but it says something about "GB" ? And i need to log into different account or set up a new one? Please help?
I would love to give you more information but i cannot access that page again? i can add Lightroom to my cart but when i go into my cart it says there is nothing in there? I have a red bubble above "my cart" with a number 4 in it to show there is something there but there is not? It just wont let me buy anything?

Installing Team client after using a trial version of Indesign
When installing Team after using a trial version the cloud client won't let me install a full version of anything. All it shows is trial versions.

Have you assigned the seats to user by logging into the admin console. If yes please sign out and sign in back to Creative Cloud Desktop. Also check the installed application language from preferences.

No, the publish content will not expire.
You will not be allowed to use Adobe presenter after the trial expire but your project will be Ok.

Used LR5 trial version, purchased upgrade version, but don't have previous serial number
Hi guys,
Seems I have misunderstood the purchase and after my trial version expired I decided to buy the upgrade version (thought it would be the one as I already had there software downloaded and used as trial). Now I have purchased the upgrade software, but obviously I do not have the previous licence code!
How can I get it to work and pay the difference only? Or do I have to contact Adobe, cancel the upgrade version, wait for the refund and order afterwards the full version?

PatrickI think you have answered your own question. We are all just users like yourself. It seems that some people are getting confused about the upgrade version. The first time you purchase Lightroom you have to pay the full price. The trial version is actually the full version, it just has a time limiter on it. The upgrade version depends on a serial number from a previous version (i.e. Lightroom 3, Lightroom 4, etc.) as well as the serial number from the upgrade version to be activated. So it appears that you will have to negotiate with Adobe customer support to resolve your problem.
