User exit for MFBF Transaction when we save the Transaction

Hi All,
I have a requirement like this I am generating batch numbers for MFBF Transactioin for this I have written code in the user exit 'EXIT_SAPLV01Z-002' this user exit will generate the Batch Number accordingly client requirement and update the batch number to the cust table which I have created,But now the issue is if we will not save the MFBF Transaction or it got some error and terminated the Transaction MFBF still the batch Number is updating to the custom table I want to find which user exit will trigger when we will save the docuement in the Transaction 'MFBF'?

User exit for MFBF

Hi all,
     I want to change the value of quantity field using exit EXIT_SAPLBARM_002 of XMRM0001 but values are not getting updated.
is this the right exit or there exists any other exits
pls let me know

Hi Uday,
These are the exits and BAdi's available for this transaction.
When ever you want to know which exit is going to be triggered, you just pick that exit, inside the exit you will be provided with function module exit.
For example: EXIT_SAPLBARM_002 Here inside it you need to put a break point. then activate it.
For Example: break username.
If you put like this it only affects your login only. There wont be any disturbance for others who are working on the same server.
After that you activate it and run your trnsaction.
or give some inputs to it and save it.
So before that you need to check all the business flow that is either creating any order or some thing like that. At that time while pressing any button the function gets triggers.
If the exit you mentioned doesn't triggered, then go with other exits I have listed below. If it is not possible with this exit, then finally you should go with BAdi.

When I save the document as a .doc or .docx, and send it to someone, (doesn't matter if its safari, chrome or firefox or on my yahoo or gmail accounts) they receive it as a blank document. Yet, when I open it on my Mac, it has a "word" icon and I can read it. How do I fix?

I have a flow like this .
When i create a PO --> i do a Goods receipt in MIGO transaction and there is a GR automatic posting that is done in backgroung
i needa user exist which instead of sap doing the standard posting in let's a GL account No i want sap to use the Gl account No XXX
When is then do a Invoice receipt instead of an IR posting will also be done. I need a user exit where instead of using the GL account of the standard i use the GL account XXX
please advise which user exit i can use.

Hi Mahesh Dasari,
1.This user exit is used to add additional datat to VBAP struture like custom fields. And this user exit is called for every single line item when processed.Say you have 10 items then this user exit will be triggered before each entry is populated in the XVBAP.
2.When the user enters item 10 with material 1 we allow him, then for the next line item say 20 we check if the material entered or processed ( this will be available in VBAP structure ) is available in XVBAP and the line item 10 is not deleted.
3. If the above check true then it means that the material entered is already existing else its not so it will proceed to next line item
e.g. in your question , item 10- Mat1 , item-20- Mat12, item-90-Mat1,
Then as per the code I have given , item 90 will be deleted or removed.
4. Now you can either delete the line item by clearing VBAP as I have done or give a error message that will be as per your requirement.
Use the logic I have provided in my earlier post , and see the behaviour.

i need some enhancement to send mail when we release PO in me29n.We have release strategy of some levels.When first level release PO i have to send mail to the higher level group.
I implement EXIT_SAPMM06E_013 but the program do not go there.

Dear All,
I want to restrict some of the user to see the details of some employee.. Can you please suggest how I can achieve this.. I would like the user from viewing the details of the employee even if employee comes in the help. If user select these employee and select an infotype to view the details a message should come You are not allowed to see this details'.
It will be good if we can stop these employee from even coming in the F4 help.

Infact we are using the structural authorisation concept. The requirements is to allow the user to see the employee belonging to one site only while the user should be able to view the complete org structure..
We have achieved this by creating a profile which gives access to the complete org unit and restricting the employee for site specific value. This we have achieved by creating a profile in tcode OOSP and then assigning this to the user in OOSB.
This works fine and user is able to see complete org unit and only the people belonging to his site but he is also able to see all the employee who has left the company irrespective of their site.
We don't want the user to see leaver from other site so we were thinking of writting some some code which will stop them from coming in the help or if they appear in the help then stop user from viewing the details of other site leaver.
Please suggest any other way if possible..

the userexit which ihave given is a standard one ,this needs access keys to write the code.
iam giving the path plz check it.
goto ->SE80->Give prog name SAPMV50A->Then expand the subroutines node u will find the USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT.
if u want to check whether its triggering or not put a breakpoint on USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT and change the existing sales order and press save button.It will be triggered.
