User exit for pricing date determination

I want to have a custom validation at pricing date determination at billing document creation. Please anybody can help me which exit available at VF01 for this purpose.

If this is the case than why don't you use the Transaction variant

If you have knowledge of Transaction variant then you can use SHD0 tcode and generate the transaction using default type and give that transaction to user instead of ME21N so they will not have the issue.
The exact solution for your problem is as follows
Go to Tcode SHD0 and enter the transaction variant
In T code field enter ME21N and then enter the ZXXXX or the name you want to keep in transaction variant field and hit create button
This will take you to ME21N transaction and here you just enter the data but make sure you enter the A/c which you want to default.
Once you finish system will save this one as a variant
Every time you hit or enter the pop up screen comes here you just hit enter and whichever data you want to default that you have to select in the Popup by checking the Box
W content and output only for your case the field XXXXXXXX should be selected for W content and output only
Make sure you have value 1 in contents field
If not then restart the variant again and on the ME21Nscreen reselect the invoice field
Later exit and save (save in the object which you can transport)
Then from SHD0 transaction select GOTO create variant transaction and here you careate the tcode and use that tcode for ME21N (e.g ZTRAN - For specifix sto)

Need Help for User Exit for Pricing

I created a user exit for pricing where I am comparing a condition type (manually entered(ZD01)) to another condition type(YD01). If the entered value is more than the other condition type than pricing should not be updated.

It is giving me the message but it is also updating the pricing. I want not to be updated. So in place of modify screen i need to reset pricing procedure.
I need a function module or a abap key word which can reset the pricing procedure.

as per i can understand you are coding in user-exits ,.. so if you are giving that
message 'Maximum Allowed Discount Has Exceeded !!!!' type 'E'.
i think it will work. I think there is no way to stop the processing without type e.

In Pricing in SD the fields on the basis of which pricing is done are derived from the FIELD CATALOG which is a structure KOMG .This structure is used to transfer transaction data to the pricing procedure in SD and is also known as communication structure.This structure KOMG consists of two tables KOMK for Header related fields and KOMP for item related fields.
The fields which are not in either of the two tables KOMK and KOMP
cannot be used in pricing .Sometimes a need arises when the pricing
is to be based on some other criteria which is not present in the form of fields in either of the two tables.
This problem can be solved by using USEREXITS which are provided for pricing in SD.
Pricing takes place both when the SALES ORDER ( Transaction VA01) is created as well as when INVOICING ( Transaction VF01) is done.Hence SAP provides 2 userexits ,one for sales order processing which is
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP or
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK
Depending upon which table (KOMK or KOMP) the new fields were inserted we use either of the above two userexits.These userexits are found in include MV45AFZZ of the standard SAP sales order creation program SAPMV45A.
In the case of userexit which will be called when invoicing is done ,these
are provided in the include RY60AFZZ which is in the standard SAP
program SAPMV45A. The name of the userexits are same. i.e
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP or
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK
These userexits are used for passing the data from the communication structure to the pricing procedure, for this we have to fill the newely
created field in the communication structure KOMG for this we fill the code in the above userexit using the MOVE statement after the data that
has to be passed is taken from the database table by using the SELECT statement. The actual structure which is visible in these userexits and which is to be filled for that particular field is TKOMP or TKOMK.
Before the coding for these userexits is done ,it is necessary to create a new field in either of the two tables KOMK or KOMP .For this purpose
includes are provided in each of them .
To create the field in header data(KOMK) the include provided is KOMKAZ
and to create the field in item data(KOMP) the include provided is KOMPAZ.
One possible example for the need of creating new fields can be e.g. Frieght to be based upon transportation zone ,for this no field is available in field catalog and hence it can be created in KOMK and then above userexits can be used to fill the transportation data to it.
2)The other method of finding userexit is to find the word USEREXIT in the
associated program of the transaction for which we want to determine userexit using SE38.
3)The other method of finding userexits is to find the include in case of SD/MM applications where the userexits are located ,this can be found in the SAP reference IMG generally in the subfolder under SYSTEM MODIFICATION.
Some other examples of userexits in SD are:
USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE
This userexit is used to assign a different internal document number to the
sales order(VA01) when it is created depending on some criteria like a different SALES ORGANIZAION(VKORG) .
USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
This userexit is used to insert the ABAP code which will be called when
the document (sales order VA01) is just about to be saved.This userexit is used generally for custom checks on different fields , to display some information before the order will be saved or for making changes to certain fields before the sales order will be saved.

User exit for component data in ME21n/ME22n

Hello,
I have a requirement to issue an error message if a component quantity is not evenly divisible by the end item quantity. The component data (BOM) is entered after clicking the components button on ME21n/ME22n at the item level detail. I need to evaluate the data after a user clicks save, but I cannot find a user exit where the data is passed into, or where it is defined as global data where I can reference it in a user exit. The data is stored on the screen in structure MDPM and stored in the database in table RESB.

I was able to put my code in EXIT_SAPMM06E_012 and retrieve the component data through (SAPLEINK)XMDPM[]
Below is the code I used to assign the data to be able to evaluate it.
FIELD-SYMBOLS: <z_mdpm_x> TYPE ANY.
DATA: i_mdpm_x TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF MDPM_X.
Fetching Component data
ASSIGN ('(SAPLEINK)XMDPM[]') to <z_mdpm_x>.
CHECK sy-subrc = 0.
Assigning data into an internal table
i_mdpm_x[] = <z_mdpm_x>.
CHECK i_mdpm_x[] IS NOT INITIAL.

User Exit for Validity Date for VA41 Tcode

Hi,
I am giving order type in VA41 Tcode and then Clicking on 'Create with Reference' .Then a Pop Up is getting generated. In this i am giving Contract created with validity date lessthan today's date(in Contract Tab).For Example i created a Contract xxxxxx with 'valid to' 9.12.2008. When I am giving this contract and clicking on 'Copy' button a Warning message is getting generated 'The sales document is only valid until 09.12.2008'. Now i have to change this into Error message instead of Warning Message.
i used User Exits mv45afzz,MV45AFZA,MV45AFZB. But the debugger is getting started only after Warning message got generated.Is there any User Exit for which debugger gets started when i give the Contract and then Click on 'Copy' button. Please Suggest.

Hi,
One idea. Go to VTAA (copy between sales docs) and create a new VOFM where you manage the copy control. Set a warning/error message in the new VOFM (in your range number), and try it.

User exit for additional data B for sale order item .

my client requirement is
( This business requirement will make the Last Price for a given item be visible during order entry. )
u2022Retrieve & display during order entry, the most recent unit price given to a customer for a specific item, from the Billing data.
. Display the Last Price under Additional Data B Screen
add new field (last extended price) in additional data b screen.
after that 1.     Using the Sales Order Material Number (VBAP-MATNR), Sales Order Sales Organization (VBAK-VKORG), Sales Order Distribution Channel (VBAK-VTWEG), Sales Order Division (VBAK-SPART), Sales Order Sold-to Number (VBPA-KUNNR for VBPA-PARVW=u2019AGu2019) to access the Billing Items By Material Index Table (VRPMA) and specify a billing date (VRPMA-FKDAT) of less than 60 days from current Sales Order requested delivery date (if specified at header VBAK-VDATU or at the schedule line level (VBEP-EDATU). This will result in all the billing documents where the Sold-to bought the item but isnu2019t completely refined as of yet. Retain the billing document (VRPMA-VBELN), item (VBPMA-POSNR), and billing date (VRPMA-FKDAT) in a temporary table to pass to number 2 as the input.
2.     Use the billing document (VRPMA-VBELN) and item (VRPMA-POSNR) to read the Sales Document Partners Table (VBPA) where the partner function (VBPA-PARVW = u201CSHu201D) and the Sales Order Ship-To (VBPA-KUNNR for VBPA-PARVW=u2019WEu2019) to select ONLY billing documents that are for that given ship-to location. This filters out only billing documents relevant for that ship-to location.
3.     From the resulting list of billing documents, select the most recent date (VRPMA-FKDAT) which will refine the search for the last Billing Document (VRPMA-VBELN) and item (VRPMA-POSNR).
4.     Using the most recent Billing Document (VBPA-VBELN), access the Billing Document Item Table (VBRP). To result in the Last Extended Price as VBRP-KZWI1.
5.     This price will be an extended price which needs to be calculated as a u2018unit priceu2019. For this billing item, select the sales unit (VBRP-VRKME) to determine if the sales unit is in cases or eaches.
a.     If the unit of measure is in cases, then simple math is required to divide the Last Extended Price (VBRP-KZWI1) by the billing quantity (VBRP-FKIMG). Standard rounding should apply when .005 results in a .01.

use the Exits provided in SAPMV45A -includes MV45*ZZ and screen exits as well 8309 8310 8459, 8460. Just be sure to
use zznnnnnn include in the SAP provided forms instead of coding directly in the forms.
You can check below user exits:
MV45ATZZ :For entering metadata for sales document processing. User-specific metadata must start with "ZZ".
MV45AOZZ:
For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing which are called up by the screen and run under PBO (Process Before Output) prior to output of the screen. The modules must start with "ZZ".
MV45AIZZ:
For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing. These are called up by the screen and run under PAI (Process After Input) after data input (for example, data validation). The modules must start with "ZZ".
MV45AFZZ and MV45EFZ1:
For entering installation-specific FORM routines and for using user exits, which may be required and can be used if necessary. These program components are called up by the modules in MV45AOZZ or MV45AIZZ.

User exit for pricing at billing level

Hi ,
can you pl. suggest me,which user exit i can use for below scenario.
Create a new user exit attached to pricing procedure ZXTNIC in order to exclude the conditions YTN1 & YTN2 from the calculation of the net sales value and include the value of the conditions YTN1 & YTN2 to the calculation of the Tax vale.
From pricing procedure ZXTNIC need the net value to be till line 500 only and exclude the value of the conditions YTN1 & YTN2
BACKGROUND
Inter-company invoice is not calculated correctly in terms on the net sales value. The calculation of the net sales value is correct as some conditions are included in the calculations which must be excluded.
The reason for creating the user exist is that any change in the pricing conditions class can not be used to exclude them from the net price, without totally changing the concept behind the conditions (new conditions, new access sequence in taxes, IC changes and so on).

If you are going to create a new item category usage to determine an item category, you need to add a new line in transaction VOV4 for the new combination of sales document type + Item Cat. group + usage + high leve item cat. to determine the item category.

User exit for dynamic layout determination

I would to know user exit name for dynamic layout determination for output type of Invoice and Order confirmation.
My user exit should get fired when user press the print preview button in VF03/VA03.

I dont' think you need a user exit, but you should manage that directly in print program.
Infact you can choose which output type has to be or not to be loaded in a document by an user exit.
But only in print program you can know if the user has choosen print or print preview.
So check in TNAPR which print program are used for orders or invoice and change them or, if they are std program, you can copy them before changing them.
After calling the sapscript (fm OPEN_FORM) or smartform you can know if user press printpreview by reading the structure of export (like ITCPP for example).

Now when i enter date in user field it should be copied to actual start date field in dates tab as shown in below pic

You want AFVGD-ISDD should have same detail as of AFVGD-USR08.
However with the help ABAPer you can achieve this easily.

User exit for pricing in Sales Order

Hi Gurus,
I have a requirement while changing Sales Order and an Inquiry.Below is the requirement.
I have a custom filed at the Sales Order Item level as VBAP-XXXXX. When the user changes this value to a value (say abc) then the NET value in the Conditions tab of the line item should become zero and also the grid of the conditions tab should be displayed as zero.
I have custom item categories for which the Pricing (TVAP-PRSFD) is blank (No pricing). For this type of Item categories I can make the NET price s ZERO by implementing some custom logic in the user exit userexit_new_pricing_vbap. Since this item category is not relavant for pricing then when I carry out new pricing the net value is set to ZERO.
But for other item categories, this field (TVAP-PRSFD) is set to X (Pricing standard). For this item categories I cant make the NET value as zero.
So Can you please let me know the possibility of implementing the above mentioned logic?
Are they any user exit to update the pricing table KOMP?
Are they any user exit to change the TVAP-PRSFD value based on my requirements?
Is there any other way of implementing this logic irrespective of item categories?

User exit for pricing to calculate net sales value and tax at billing level

Can anyone give the solution for below thing.
I have written the code for to calculate the net sale a value and tax value based on condition types YTN1 & YTN2 and with pricing procedure "ZXTNIC" under user exit "userexit_field_modification" in include program LV69AFZZ
Calculation as per below
FD:
The user exit will run on the values of the line item and the header of the pricing conditions
The user exit will subtract the current net value from the value of the conditions YTN1 & YTN2, also the Tax value will be added to the value of the conditions YTN1 & YTN2.
Need the Net value = 8,032 and not 8,882 " here 8832 value is before calculation
This value will be calculated as follows = Current Net u2013 YTN1 u2013 YTN2 = 8,882 u2013 0,773 u2013 0,077 = 8,032
Need the Tax value = 2,395 and not 1,545 " here 1545 value is before calculation.
This value will be calculated as follows = Current Tax + YTN1 + YTN2 = 1,545 + 0,773 + 0, 077 = 2,395
When i will execute the VF01 transaction there in initial screen values are not updating automatically.Once we will select item line and then clicking on " item pricing condition" icon i.e., item level , then only the values are updating both in item level and header level.
But when we will execute the VF02 and VF03 the values are updating automatically as per condition.
So please suggest me is there any exit for this requirement.

Please try out as per given below:
If you goto the SAP Application hierachy (SE81)you can go down into individual modules.
Select the area you are interested. (It should turn yellow).
Choose Information System button.
Select Environment->Exit Techniques>Customer Exits--->Enhancements.
You should now belooking at a selection screen with the DEV classes filled in from the Application hierachy.
If you hit Execute you will get the exits for the selected part of the hierachy!
Have a play around with SE81 / Info system it can be very usefull in finding all sorts of interesting things!
