User exit - quotation status

Hi,
We are using statndard statuses for quotation. Can anybody help me, which user exit is executed when quotation document changes from system status "Open" to "Being processed" and from "Being processed" to "Complete". We have to control CRM statuses based on that.
We are not using user statues for quotation. Appreciate your help.

Check table VBUP / VBUK - the status of teh orders are mainatined in these tables - depending on which field you want to be used for your verification, identify the program

I can give the list of BAPI ,BADI and USER EXITS.
but i will not give
there simple way to find all these things.
for BAPIS
suppose u want know the related BAPIS to the program u have to do
system->status->program name->attributes->package..take the package name goto tcode SE80 and give the package name u willl find the FM in
all the FM starts with Bapis those bapi FMs.
For BADIs
system->status->program name->attributes->package..
se18->F4->package name - u will get the realated BAIDs
For user exits
system->status->program name->attributes->package..
SMOD->F4->package name - u will get the realated user exiits.

User exit to set user status for quote

I need to update the user status in the header of quotation (using VA22) based on some conditions. I checked the user exit's under 'MV45AFZZ' but no use.

User exit for WBS User status ?

Hi All,
I want to trigger emails from WBS user status settings.
If the WBS user status is 'AA' it should trigger emails to a business unit with a message, if it is set to 'BB' it should trigger e-mail to another business unit with a message.
Which user exit should i use?

The problem with my project is, i am <b>not using any networks</b> at all !
I am using project with only WBS (about 20) for easy cost planning functionality to generate quotation based on DIP profile.
Business team needs communication linked with WBS user status settings.
Your suggestion may work for project which has networks of category 20, but here, i am afraid it wont work.

Requirement is to set check mark on a specific user status in case of a material master is missing HTS code.

If your requirement is to set the check the HTS field in the material master, you can make the field as Mandatory without which the Material cant be saved
You can make this field mandatory in OMS9 transaction code with field status as 89 and the field is MARC-STAWN

User-Exit for document changes (status)

I'm looking for an user-exit where I can check if the status of the document has been changed. Therefore I found the exit "EXIT_SAPLCV110_004" with the include "ZXCV110U04" which is triggered when a document (transaction CV02N) is saved. The problem is that there is no structure of the document provided so I cannot check the status of it! The interface if this exit is just

You can code in EXIT_SAPLCV00_001. Write your code in the program ZXCV001U01. This has DRAW structure valeus and also DRAZ Item details.

BAdi / user exit for QN complete (NOCO Status)

Hello QM gurus,
I want to make some custom validations on completing of the Quality notification. These changes have to be done for some specific notification types (eg: Q2/F2).
The status set on 'Complete' is NOCO.

But, this happens when a task is completed and when entire QN is completed.
Can you please me how to identify the difference in the code.
In both the cases, only T_VIQMSM table comes populated. Rest all the initial.

User exit/BADI for tracing change of User Status in IW22

Hello,
I am looking for a user exit or BADI that triggers whenever ther's a change made to User status field.
eg. changing user status to APTC(Approved to be executed)
I then need the exit/badi to trigger my workflow to send mails to list of reviewers. I can handle that but I am not able to find the suitable exit.
I have seen BADI IQS0_STATUS_MAINTAIN, but no use.
Can anyone help?

My Objective to capture the Previous and current status of system status for 5 transactions in their user exits .

But i am not sure whether we can use this or not for our purpose . When i am changing status and then saving , my break point comes to EXIT_SAPLCOBT_001 .
But can we capture   JEST   or   JCDS related data   in that user exit or How can we capture both Previous status and Current ( Means New changed status ) . For eg From Released   to   Technically complete   etc.
I want Status changed and its immedtiate previous status.
Do i need to check Exit or BADI before and after Saving .

The ctx_ddl.sync_index() procedure hangs when I use it to synchronize the index. It is obvious that the INSO filter is not responding.The LD_LIBRARY_PATH and PATH variables are correctly pointing to $ORACLE_HOME/ctx/lib, $ORACLE_HOME/lib and $ORACLE_HOME/bin,$ORACLE_HOME/ctx/bin respectively. You can select to terminate confirmation of goods movements in OPK4. Pls go to the General Individual Entry tab in OPK4 and select Termination for incorrect goods movts.
So if someone tries to confirm an order with missing parts, it will terminate the confirmation.

Is the Sales Order Item User Status available in user exit MV45AFZZ

Hello,
Does anyone know if a sales order line item user status is available within user exit MV45AFZZ (USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT)?
I need to send an email when the status changes from one specific value to another specific value but I don't seem to have access to what the latest value is in this user exit.
I have found a table XTVSTAT which cntains some user status' but it's not clear which status maps to which line item.
If anyone has any suggestion please let me know.
