UserExit/BADI in 4.6C for Purcahse Order Import data change at Item Level

Hello ,
When we create a PO from Sales Order (I mean Simple Direct Delivery PO ) SAP allows the region of Destination always based on Plant leven , Now in my reuirement the same shuold be updated based onthe Customer in the sales order .
Anybody please provide if there is any chance to enhance to PO .

I tried the way you mentioned , But the Problem is after passingthe required value to C_HERKR ,
program is having a statement as below .
MOVE CORRESPONDING EIPO TO save_eipo LIKE STRUcture ...
In which HERKR field is not provided .
Pleae advise , anyhow I will try it again and seee

IDoc Configuration for Production Order Creation and Change

Please Help me out for IDoc Configuration for Production Order Creation and Change
I have found the IDoc for Production Order
Messgae Type : LOIPRO and IDoc type : LOIPRO01
Actually my requirment is to send the (LOIPRO01 )IDoc from SAP R/3 to XI system ,when ever the Production Order Created and Changed,
I have done following Configurations:
1. RFC Destination created for XI system
2. PORT was created for XI
3. Partner profile created WE20 and LOIPRO01 IDoc is added in OutBound Perameter.
I need to know how to do the followning.
1. How do i configure the outbound Production order idocs when Production Order is created or changed.
2. in NACE (Output control) which is the Application for Production Order.
3. How can I set IDoc as output Type for Production Order Creation.

Hi Michal,
I know that it is the old thread but still want to get clarified from you out of curiosity.
Unlike other IDOC, i actiavated change pointers for LOIPRO
1.message and idoc type is linked
2.function module , message type , idoc type is linked
function module used is CLOI_MASTERIDOC_CREATE_LOIPRO
3.BD64, distribution model is created and distributed
4. port and partner profile is in place.
5. IDOC is not getting generated after creating the process order.
do we need to activate the change documents for the message type in BD52,
if yes can you please provide the object types for the same.
or i am missing something else. please guide me in this regards.

whats the fieldname and table name for purchase order delivery date

EKET-EINDT is the delivery date according to the schedule lines.
for example the line item has 100 qty.
it is sent in three schedules (40, 40, 20).
Then EKET will have 3 records for one PO Line item.
The final delievry data is the EKET-EINDT for the 3rd schedule line item.

with if else condition.first check if SO is exsist than use second FM to change it else create new SO from first FM.

We want to create a new field in header level and item level.
As per the thread the solution is given below.
In the IMG Config: Quality Management -> Quality Notification -> Notification Types -> Define screen areas for notification types Then Choose 'Define screen areas' Then Click on 'New entries' button Now, select the relevant Notification Type and click in 'Enter'. Select the 'Iten Cases' register and remember to setup the Tabstrip Header, Icon, etc. Set the 'Tabstrip active' flag. Then Save.
Quality Notification -> Notification Types -> Define screen areas for notification types
WE ARE UNABLE TO FIND IN CUSTOMIZATION PATH --> DEFINE SCREEN AREAS FOR NOTIFICATION TYPES.

In header --> Reference tab --> Item (sub heading) --> "DEFECT LOCATION" FIELD TO BE ELIMINATED (HIDE)

Lets say Defect location need to be hidden, the field TXTCDOT need to have the radio button HIDE.

By double clicking the "DEFECTIVE QUANTITY (EXTERNAL), WE COULD NOT GET --> field TXTCDOT .

I am looking for a user exit or BADI which gets triggered when partner function of a sales order line is changed.
My detailed requirement is-We have created a new Partner Function - END CUSTOMER(EC). Requirement is to trigger a business logic whenever the End Customer partner function is changed from its default value to anything else.

Badi or Enhancement for Purchase order invoice plan change for ME22N

Hi ,
I have a req to have a custom tab at the header level with the push button in ME22N , By clicking the push button i need to update the invoice plan detail to all item level by using the 1st line item invoice paln entered while creating PO . I have done with adding the custom tab using MM06E005 enhancement. The problem i am facing is need to change the PO invoice plan detail for all line item. Please let me know the BADI or Enhancement to change the PO detail in the Tcode ME22N . Any Badi before save or after save with invoice plan details.

ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST is don'tt have the Invoice plan and ME_GUI_PO_CUST is for screen but i need the badi to get the invoice plan details and change the remaining item with the invoice plan .

Hi Nagaraju,
Actually,for every T-code,SAP has provided a lot of BADIs where the customer can write their own codes depending
upon the functionality required.
In order to find the BAD for a particular T-code,go to the T-code SE24 and type in cl_exithandler and click on
Display.
You will get a list of methods in that class,double click on the Get_Instance method from the list.
you will get the code for that method.Scroll down and you will find one of the parameters "Exit Name" there.Put a
breakpoint on that function module and press F8.
In the debugging mode,double click on the Exit Name to get the value contained in it.You will see the first BADI
provided in that T-code.
Note down this and then keep on pressng the F8 and noting down the BADIs being displayed.
Now ,you will have to find out the BADI which fits your requirement.
Now,it is not required to opy that BADI into ZBADI.Instead it is better to create a new implementation for this
BADI.
Go to the T-code SE18 and see its definition.
Now,go to the T-code SE19 and create a new implementation and write the code there.
Once done,activate that implementation and the BADI also.
Now run the T-code and debug the code that you have written.You can modify the code accordng to your requirements.

You'll need to check table NAST - which contains all of the "message" output.
For PO's, the application = 'EF' and the Object Key = PO number. Inside of the record, you'll find the date/time created and the date/time processed.
Keep in mind that no record may exist (i.e., the PO has never been printed) and mulitple rows may exist (i.e., the PO has been re-printed)

Infoset can be used for create the target group based on master data only.
To create the target group based on any transaction Data , you need use 'BW Query' data sorce .
For this you need to build the BW uery with the help of BW consuultant.
