Exits are EXIT_SAPLHRLV_004 -->for Encashment,
EXIT_SAPLHRLV_0045-->for PL carry forward
Any body can send code for this....

Dynamic actions are nothing but calling one more Infotype when trying to Create/Change or Delete a perosnnel number.
Lets take an example company want that whenever an employee Communication data Fax/mobile no entered then immediately they want to make their email IDs depending upon VORNA NACHN of the personnel numbers data.Then at this point they will configure dynamic actions.But as a technical consultanat u will be given a Program name and the subroutine name in which u need to write the coding.
Dynamic actions are a great tool to make infoytpe maintenance easier. When you create an infotype you can create another one automatically for example. Dynamic actions work for both master data and applicant data infotypes. It is basically a view on table T588Z you can reach via IMG - Personnel management - Personnel administration - Customize procedures - Dynamic actions.
The table view looks like this:
Infotype - Subtype - Field - Function code - Number - Step - Variable function part
The infotype, subtype and field determine what should be created, filled, modified and so on.
The function code determines when something should happen. It can have the following values:
* 02 - Change record
* 04 - Create record
* 08 - Delete record
These values can be added so e.g. 06 means change record + create record. Remember - this only tells us when something should be done.
The number simply tells us which step is first and which next. I recommend to go by 10's (10, 20, 30,40...), this makes it easier if you later on want to fill something in.
The step determines what should be done. It can have 6 values:
* P - check conditions under which something is done
* I - maintain infotype record
* W - set default values for new record
* V - Reference to another step
* F - call a routine
* M - send mail

Question 1 ) Do i need to define/declare "constants" and "feild-symbols" in Java userexit, as mention in above ABAP code ?
Java has no such thing as 'field-symbols', thanks God for that, so the answer would be a no. And there is no such thing as 'constants' in Java, thou you can reach the same using a final class with a public static final variable of any given type you want.
Question2 ) How to write SELECT statement code in Java UserExit ?
You simply don't, and if you have such in ECC just raise ' ECC user exit is incorrect and should be fixed '... very very popular topic, pretty sure you will have a hard time to prove, but I'm certain you will prove that ECC userExit code in ABAP is a joke (because that code is a joke and I'm fairly positive it was created by an intern or something..)
Question 3) What would be equivalent code/logic in Java userexit for READ TABLE statement ?
as Sarath mentioned above, as soon you implement the BADI in ABAP code and Map the attributes accordingly, you will end up with no collection or Array inside the userExit itself, as stuff has been calculated before in the BADI and only final values have been passed forward to your custom Java code.

Internal sales employee number range
Dear experts,
Under the same client in SAP system, different company codes can NOT have different Internal sales employee number ranges in the standard SAP, right? In other words, only one number range actiavtes for all the company codes as long as they are against the same client.
Plz corret me if I'm wrong. Many thanks.
Example:
log on SAP - client 800
client 800 has 2 company codes: 1001, 1002
Request:
sales employee under company code 1001: 10xxxxx
sales employee under company code 1002: 20xxxxx
ps. Currently HR module is not applied to client 800. Two years later, HR will be applied.Hi,

How to customise the user exit , while capture the dealer excise invoice .
If the MRP iindicator is not flaged , system should the error messge like "the MRP indicator is not flaged"
The above user exit only for delear excise invoice capturing ..?
If any other alternatives are there for this issue , becas some time core user missing to flag the MRP indicator while capturing the delear excise invoice .

Call external URL from ABAP userexit, capture data and return it to SAP?
My apologies if this question has been asked before, but I've searched for a few hours today and haven't found anything directly related to my question. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to provide!
I would like to be able to make a call from an SAP userexit during Sales Order Entry in the VA01 transaction in the SD module to an external website, allow the user to capture some data in the external site and then pass that data back into the userexit where I can use it to populate internal tables, etc.
I'm completely unfamiliar with Web Dynpro programming, but this seems like a good place to start my search for a solution.
Does this sound like a problem that can be solved with Web Dynpro and what documentation or code examples should I reference to go about building such a solution.
I should also note that I'm hoping to build a solution that could be called from any userexit in R/3, SAP ERP, SAP CRM, etc. and would obviously need to learn about what dependencies to consider (ex: SAP GUI version, SAP product release number, Web AS release, etc.).

The external application will be a Hosted Web page. It is not an SAP system.
The external application will be a web page served by a separate system outside of the company domain(shouldn't matter what the technology is I would think - but the web page will be hosted by a different company than the one calling the URL) that would appear as a web page in which the user will enter data, logic will be performed on that data and then some or all of the data would need to be passed back to the calling point in SAP.
For practical discussions it doesn't matter to me if the call in ABAP occurs in an SD userexit, in a custom report, in an HR screen or in a CRM business partner screen. There will be many places where this external application may be called from and I'm just trying to figure out how to call an external HTTPS URL and return data from that web page to the calling point in ABAP.
I hope that clarifies my question.

I Copied the Standard Program RCOPCA02 to ZRCOPCA02. I added two new fields(AUART, AUGRU) in the report output. It is executing correctly with default layout, While Changing the layout for displaying new fields it is dumping.

I am facing problem while working for userexit for vendor master and Editor

I am working one userexit for vendor master. My objective is after MK01 transaction, I want to attach MM01 transaction using userexit SAPMF02K on IDES version.
1) Function module is EXIT_SAPMF02K_001 and Include is ZXF05U01.
while duble click on Include is ZXF05U01, I am getting below error.
(Program names ZX...are reserved for includes of exit function groups).
2) Second userexit is Menu exit.
I want to create a sub menu in ABAP Editor under Utilities->Customer Exit.
If double click on Customer exit then MM01 should be called.
So I got one userexit SEU00001 and Function module under that EXIT_SAPLEDITOR_001 and incluse is ZXSEUU21
If I double click on ZXSEUU21 then same error getting displayed
(Program names ZX...are reserved for includes of exit function groups).
Can any one help me to resolve this.

If you have created the include with same name and implemented youe logic , then it should stop in your include when you have put breakpointin it.
Please try to find the case in which you user exit is called .
It is not necessary that you include will be executed in all cases , please try to use data which is suitable for your case. -

The fields must be located in table GLPCA (for actual) or GLPCP (for plan).
For Release 3.0F, you should ensure you have applied Note 62511 first.
Solution
To include a field in the actual line item report, proceed as follows:
Call the ABAP/4 Dictionary (Transaction SE11) and display table GLPCA. You can then find in a line the field name and data element for the field you want to include.
Return to the initial screen of the ABAP/4 Dictionary. Now change the structure RPCA2. If the structure does not yet contain the field, you select Edit -> Insert field; enter the field name and data element. Do not insert the new field at the beginning of the structure but in the rear half of the structure.
Then save and activate the structure.
Now call the ABAP Editor (Transaction SE38). Change the source code of program RCOPCA02. Insert the lines set out in the attachment in FORM routine FIELDCAT_FILL. When you do this, replace SGTXT by the field name of the field. If you normally want the field to be displayed when you the access the report, delete the line afield-no_out = 'X'. "<<<< insert Note 92864 .
You should note that the place where you insert the lines influences the position of the column in the report list.
To include a field in the Plan-line-item report, carry out the same procedure except with table GLPCP, structure RPCA8 and program RCOPCA08.
Note: Pls check if these 2 fields are available in any of the layout versions you have available with the transaction.

I'm currently creating SO using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.
I'm populating the following:

I have a BOM material A, with subMaterial A1, A2, A3. By creating manually (VA01), this will automatically appear on the the Line Item of the BOM Material > Structure tab. The structure tab will contain the subMaterial A1, A2, A3.
What I need is to automatically populate the SubMaterial in the Structure Tab of the Line Item having a BOM material.
Has anyone encountered this scenario? I'm not sure if I need to populate: ORDER_CFGS_PART_OF?

It will not automatically populated in BAPi, but i think an user exit (Standard SAP code) is doing it for you. I will say not to change the program in the BAPI instead of that use MOVE FIELD TO VBAP userexit to solve this issue. This is quite common scenario and lot of posts are available over the net.

Protect sensitive HR tables from ABAPer and BASIS
Hello
We are trying to work out some security authorizations where in we can protect HR master data through direct access to HR tables through SE16 or SM30 for info type tables like PA0008 or PA0015 etc. I know that these tables have authorization group 'PA' and we can build a role using S_TABU_DIS using this autho group but we have about 30 such infotypes to be protected. If we build a role with S_TABU_DIS and Auth group='PA' we will land up protecting all the Infotypes. Other problem is that if we create a new auth group 'ZPA' for these 30 infotype tables, thats too much customization as we might have problems during future upgrades.
My question to the forum members is - What solutions were explored or implemented for such situations?

Maintain all such sensitive infotypes in a Z table. Implement a proper BAdi/Enhacement that will be called whenver user accesses the transactions that you want to restrict and validate against that Z table. If the entry exists in Z table raise an error message saying 'You are not authorized' else display.
You would need to bypass this validation for users other than ABAPer or BASIS. For that you may need to maintain proper naming convention or some logic.
Please check this sample program from other thread to find BADI and enhancement for a given transaction code. You just need to create a custom program in your system by cut and paste below codes.

Alternatively, you can do the following:
1. For what ever transaction u want the enhancement .. just check for the System-->status (menu) and find out the PROGRAM name....
2. Double click on to the program name and go inside the program (Abap editor)
3. Search for "Call Customer-function " ... and u'll get some search results .. If u get results then u have enhancement in that tcode .....
4. Then it actually calls a Function module .... copy the Function module name .... go to SE80 (object navigator) click on "Repository Information system" then Customer Enhancements .... Give the Function module name in the "Components" field and click Execute ....
ull get a list of Enhancements related to that Componene....
5. Choose which ever enhancement will suit ur business need ..
6. Go to CMOD... create a project .... assign ur enhancement ... and then code ur logic.... activate ur enhancement in CMOD ....... Ur Buisness need will be solved...
For a user exit......
Finding whether there is any User Exit or not for tcode VA42
1. For what ever transaction u want the user exit .. just check for the System-->status (menu) and find out the PROGRAM name.... ( The program name would be for our scenario "SAPMV45A" )
2. Double click on to the program name and go inside the program (Abap editor)
3. Search for the word "USEREXIT" .... u ll find all the user exits in the search result .. and find ur's then ...
