Using 2lis_03_BX periodically to monitor stock

Hi,
I'm currently working on a report that periodically compares stock between two systems( syst x. and SAP). I want to use the datasource 2LIS_03_BX to get the actual stock each week. This data is loaded into a infocube and is identified by two extra fields added in the transformation: "stock timestamp" and "source system"(sap/syst. X).
Unfortunately 2LIS_03_BX seems to be ment for initialization only. It seems to only give the latest stock when I "initialize stock" in SBIW on the source(ecc) side. Does anyone know if i can use the datasource the way i want it so i can get the latest stock each time i run the infopackage?
I'm not very experienced with LIS datasources so hopefully there is an easy answer .

Hi,
2LIS_03_BX is for initialization only. You need to use data sources 2LIS_03_BF for your query. This loads all the material movements that occur.
From these material movements you can calculate different values of stock, like consignment, goods issues and receipts etc. You can then calculate the current value of stock. Since there is a date field present you will be able to get the weekly stock values as you desire.

Symptoms: The screen was, intermittently, going black last year and then went black completely. I have been using it on a monitor ever since.
I can see the screen with a flashlight.
I completely erased the drive and loaded OSx 10.7. I believe that's the last version of OSx Mac will be supporting on this computer.
When I booted up the computer this morning the screen came on !
While typing this question, my screen went black again, not to return.
So sad.
I did bring it to Apple and they believed the entire screen needed to be replaced.
They say that they tried a new inverter and it didn't work.
I have a feeling I'm just out of luck unless I want to cough up the $300 to fix the screen.
Although it is a solid machine, 2Ghz processor with 4 gigs of ram, it is still six years old.
I imagine that's like putting a new transmission in a 95 Honda civic. Yeah, it's a reliable car but it's old and it's probably going to break again.
I love my mac so much but I can't justify buying a new one or paying to fix this old one.
I have a Gateway dual booting Windows 7 and ubuntu linux that's actually pretty slick and has taken it's place on business trips and coffee shop excursions.
If anyone has any thoughts or feedback I'd appreciate it.

Can anyone tell me how to make make Garageband ignore HDMI as an audio output-device on a 2013 Mac mini i7 using an Apogee jam as an input for bass and a Behringer USB DAC with RCA audio output? Now it keeps on prompting me: Do you want want to use the HDMI device (monitor without audio) for audio output? I'm also suffering massive audio lag issues with the Apogee jam after waking the mini from sleepmode, wich pretty much renders it useless.

I think the easiest way to do this is to have the EyeTV app running in one user account and sent via HDMI to the TV, and use a separate user account for Screen Sharing. Both logins can be active at the same time and with Lion you can connect via screen sharing to which ever login you need.
With regards to the Mac video resolution changing, when it is not the current input on your AV receiver. This is 'normal', if the Mac sees no signal it drops down the a lower level. What you need is to buy a HDMI Detective Plus which tricks the Mac in to always seeing a signal and hence it will not drop down the resolution. See http://www.gefen.com/kvm/dproduct.jsp?prod_id=8005
The Mac mini does have an IR receiver. This can be used with the EyeTV app, iTunes, and similar. Yes I believe EyeTV would run for prolonged periods quite happily, it is has been around for a long time and had most of the rough edges polished off. However one issue you will have to deal with is that it does not automatically update its program guide data. For this you might have to write or modify an AppleScript. Elgato support or their user forums will be a lot of help.
You can set EyeTV to convert recordings to an iTunes (Apple TV) compatible format and then delete them from EyeTV.
The HDMI Detective should solve your handshaking problems.

2LIS_03_BX - How to Query Stock Init Values

Hi,
     I have just loaded/Initialized 0IC_C03 Inventory InfoCube with 2LIS_03_BX and would like to set up a query for users to validate just the Stock Init Values. From what I can tell it looks like Stock Init Values are not available for query due to record type 1.
Is there any way around this so I can have my users report and validate the 2LIS_03_BX Stock Init Values with a BW Query? (without having loaded 2LIS_03_BF)

BX -- Data source is used for extracting an opining stock balence.
1. Do the Initialization of the stock(opining balence ) in ECC system T- Code MCNB.
2. Filling of setup tables.
3. After Initializing check the data source opening balence.
4. Run the infopackage.
5. After getting the request into cube compress the request containing the opening stock that was just uploaded.
    Make sure the " No marker update " indicater is not set In Collapse tab.
       After that ypur report.

Ideally not recommended.
Still if you wish to go for it, follow the steps indicated below:
1) Go to OMJ1 and select the box against the respective plant
2) Also go to TCode OMSY, Tick the box "ABP" (Allow Back Posting) for your Company Code, so that you can control postings in the closed period.
3) And finally, go to material master and select Plant data/ Storage2 view, tick the box "Neg. stocks in Plant".

As a fresher you should know flow upto checkout and you should have deep knowledge in one task like Profile Management.

Look this article over, the key is to connect either mini display port or thunderbolt and using CMD+F2, let me know if this helps or if it doesn't work out. I'll find another solution if this doesn't work Joel ^_^

Depends on your model.... You can use wifi, via the Apple TV. The Apple TV connects to the TV via HDMI. If the Macbook Pro has HDMI, use that.

What do you mean by "HD to VGA adapter converter"?
Do you mean have an HDMI to VGA adapter connected the the Mini's HDMI port?
Or maybe you plugged n the the included HDMI to DVI adapter and then connected a DVI to DVI adapter?
In either case that will not work since VGA is analog and the Mini's HDMI port is digital only.
You need to purchase a mini displayport to VGA adapter. It plugs into the Mini's Thunderbolt port.

Garageband is not picking sound from builtin mic (rMBP). I recorded some tracks, now it is not working. All other apps can use the mic. Monitoring is switched ON at GB, it picks sound only some other app, eg. Skype, is used to access the mic.

I have foud the solution - rather stupid. The system setting for audio input was at 70%, increasing it to 100% solves the problem!

Enabling AM Pool allows re-use of AM objects thus saving creation of new AMs and consuming less JVM memory.
To enable AM pooling you need to set the profile FND: Application Module Pool Enabled value to "Yes".

T420 can't use dual DVI connected monitors

I have a T420 connected to The ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3 - 90W (433810U* - United States), DVI port 1 connected to monitor and VGA connected to second monitor using extended desktop. This configuration works fine but when I hook up both DVI ports to my monitors only one of the screens work and in the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel only shows one monitor. I have 2 different cables 1 DVI-D dual-link and 1 DVI-D single link, the dual-link works with the VGA setup but with the 2 DVI connections only the monitor with the single link cable works.
Any ideas?

How to use tv as a monitor with HDMI adapter

with the HDMI adapter to thunderbolt plug the tv will display what is on my laptop monitor but only if I drag the screen to like 5 times its normal size. is there a way to just make it automaticly fit the tv everytime I want to use it as my monitor. I would like to be able to look at my laptop screen and also look at my tv and see the same image. If I don't enlarge the screen the only image that is visible on the tv is the desktop image backgound.

I'm not on Lion, so it could be different, but on SL, there are two choices, Mirror or Extended Desktop. Open System Preferences > Displays and see which one works better for you. You can also set the display pref so it shows in the menu bar.
Mirror means same as what you see on your built in display, including resolution.
Extended desktop allows you to use higher resolution on the TV, so I'd think that's what you'd want.
