I personally don't have text messaging. Is it FREE to use texting via my pc to other customers of Verizon?

Select the File generator layer and in the Inspector, select the Layout pane and in Layout controls, set the Layout Method to Paragraph. Narrow your margins and the text will "flow" into multiple lines.
You can also keyframe the paragraph layout position. [Probably more info than you want here.]
That said, you can only display *one line* at a time per File Generator. (If you're up to date with Motion [v5.1.2], you can use more than one File generator.) The generator does not accept any other characters for returns other than newline and carriage return.
I've never tried it, but thinking about it, you can set Tab stops in the Paragraph layout (double click in the layout rectangle and a ruler should appear over the top -- right click on the ruler to set tabs). If you go back into the original text file and where you need to break lines into two or more, setting a left tab stop in the layout very near the end of a line might force the tabbed text into the next line (did I make that clear enough??)

You will need to find a forum for MS Word since that is the software that you are trying to manipulate in this. If you think the processing/creation of the PDF plays a role then you should ask in the forum for the software that you are using to create the PDF.

Ok let me elaborate this problem little more.
I want to show my text box as it is in normal editors e.g. In Matlab editor. There is a text box and on left side the gray bar shows the line numbers corresponding to the text. Further more i want that the user should be able to click on any line number to mark specific line as breakpoint (red circle or any graphical indication for mark).

Use the VBAI to communicate with Beckhoff PLC in our line(via EtherCAT)

Hi I am very interesting with Vision Builder for Automated Inspection software, and I’d like to use the VBAI to communicate with Beckhoff PLC in our line(via EtherCAT) to develop vision system.
I see hints that I should be able to do this with Etherner/IP protocol between PLC and Vision Builder. But I cannot find any documentation on how to set up on vision builder.
Now I have a PC which already installed Beckhoff TwinCAT system and Vision Builder for Automated Inspection software that I would like to make a sample so that I can see how to communicate between Vision Builder and TwinCAT to send the pass/failed signal. Is it possible? Or do I need any other devices?
Are there any tutorials or instructions on how to do this?

Vision Builder AI supports the Modbus and Ethernet/IP protocols that you could use to communicate with your PLC.
Regarding Ethernet/IP, Vision Builder AI supports both Explicit messaging (Ethernet/IP step) and I/O data communication (Ethernet/IP Adapter step).
For explicit messaging, Vision Builder supports the logix addressing to read and write tags.
The Vision Builder AI configuration help details how to set up I/O data communication (implicit messaging) with Allen-Bradley PLCs, and this application note details how to set up implicit I/O communication with an Omron PLC.

Set top and bottom inset spacing values in Text Frame Options via jsx script

I am looking for a way to set the top and bottom inset spacing values only to 2 points in Text Frame Options via a .jsx scrpt.
For years, I have used a script that sets Preferences, such as:

Using text input to change content of gallery

Hello,
I have an application where I'm using multiple excel tables as my data. Each table has the same columns; The only difference is the data in each one.
I have a screen "GalleryScreen" where I have a Gallery (aGallery) that displays information from a single table (Ex: Table1). aGallery's data is set to Table1.
I now want to allow users to select which table they want to use in the gallery via text input; The user would select a table name via a dropdown menu, and the correct table would be displayed in the GalleryScreen.
However, I'm unable to pass text to the Gallery, since Gallery is expecting a collection; How do I get the application to use the text as a variable?

It cannot be done directly in Siena right now.   As a workaround, you can use If statements:
Create a Table that has the names of each table you want to choose between.   Name that column TName.
Save and import table into Siena.
Set the Galleries Data to: MyVal
(there will be red lines indicating an error, that's OK, we'll fix that shortly.)
Create a Drop Down called DropDown1.
Set the DropDowns Items to the Table you just imported.
Set the DropDowns OnChange to:

You can change the text in quotes to be whatever you want the user to see, as long as you also change it in the table that contains all the table names.   It does not need to actually n=match the Table Name Siena sees.

AutoSize not working properly in TextField when using non-zero line spacing

When using non-zero line spacing, the autoSize property is not functioning as expected, causing text fields to scroll that shouldn't. Also, when using device fonts, the sizes of the TextFields are wrong in the Flash IDE.
I have a TextField whose height is supposed to be dynamic, depending the width of the TextField. wordWrap is true, the text is left aligned, and the autoSize value is flash.text.TextFieldAutoSize.LEFT.
When the TextField's width is adjusted, the height increases or decreases as expected, but when I scroll the mouse wheel over the TextField, it allows a single line to scroll out of view. This should not be happening. The autoSize property should ensure the TextField is large enough to neither require nor allow scrolling.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or know how to fix it?

It looks like when I reduce the line spacing of the text field to zero, the issue goes away. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with how autoSize is calculating the required height of the text (i.e. it is exactly textHeight + 4 pixel gutter, and drawing the rectangle (2,2,textWidth,textHeight) aligns visually with the text), so it must have to do with how the TextField is deciding whether it needs to scroll or not, and that separate calculation is being thrown off by the non-zero line spacing. The additional non-zero spacing at the end of the last line could be making the TextField think it needs to scroll, even though it's hight is sufficient at "textHeight + 4". Apparently the problem manifests when using a non-zero leading value as well.
In fact, it has to be related to the leading value exactly, since the following code stops the textfield from scrolling.

Honestly, this is pretty unacceptable bug. First of all, scrolling should not be sensitive to trailing line spacing, because autoSize and textHeight do not include it. It need to be consistent, and I think textHeight and autoSize setting height = textHeight + 4 is correct. Vertical scrolling should use textHeight as it's guage for whether scrolling is necessary, but instead, it's obviously involving the leading values of the last line. At the very least, vertical scrolling should simply be disabled when autoSize is turned on and wordWrap is true, because the TextField should be big enough to fit all the text. The workaround of manually adjusting the height is also no good, since turning autoSize back on will immediately change the size back and trigger scrolling again. No, lol. Luckly, I replace most of my TextFields on the display list with my subclass TextFieldEx. I just call a clone method that accepts a TextField and returns a TextFieldEx with identical properties.
I corrected the problem via modifying the subclass to behave differently when autoSize is not NONE and wordWrap is true. Under those conditions, the maxScrollV and scrollV property values are fixed at 1, and the class listens for its own SCROLL event and sets scrollV to 1 when it occurs. That allows me to leave everything else alone, including text selection, and use whatever line spacing I want.
The modification seems to work fine so far.
For anyone interested in doing something similar, here is a clone method that will copy a TextField.

Hi all,
I want to send a text in BOLD via email,
Right now i ma using the Function Module: SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 for sending attachments via mail.
But i do not know how i can send some text in BOLD.
****NOTE: I want the text in BOLD is in the BODY of the mail
I checked the Import and tables parameters inthat FM.But there is no option in those parameters.
So, can any one plz help me to solve this issue.

Convert them into smartform or SAP Script from report then convert into pdf format and then send an email ...

Unable to generate schedule lines via MRP.
Settings:
Mat master - External proc , no spl proc
OA - Maintained
Source list - Maintained MRP Relevant - Indicator 2
Quota arrangement- Exist with only 1 vendor(same as of OA) 100%
MD03 - Planning data - Create PR (indicator-1), Create Sl(indicator 3)
Please let me know whether there is anything else which influence SL generation.

1. Mark checkbox source list in material master.
2. purchase info record for the vendor & material combination
3. source list for the material - mention the scheduling agreement and mark as mrp relevant, schedule lines generated
4. Use MD03, choosing 1 for purchase requisition, 3 for schedule lines and planning mode, prerequisites requirement exists for material. If requirement does not exists it will not create scheduling agreement line.

Can I use a secondary display via wireless router?

I plugged a secondary display into my wireless router (Belkin). The display has several USB ports on it. I filled those USB ports with:
External hard drive (Toshiba)
Printer (Epson)
Mouse (??)
Keyboard (Dell)
The iMac found the hard drive, printer, mouse and keyboard instantly. I can access the hard drive perfectly from the iMac. The printer works perfectly from the iMac. The mouse also works perfectly from the iMac. The keyboard doesn't work yet, but at least it shows up on the iMac as an option.
Oddly the display itself does not seem to be recognized by the iMac. Any idea how to use the secondary disply via the wifi connection? The secondary monitor is a Dell.

Well there is an "Air Display" app that will let one iMac use another device as a WIRELESS secondary display monitor (http://avatron.com/apps/air-display). What I keep finding is that the secondary display device seems to be a complete device (hard drive, flash memory, software, etc).
So an iMac CAN use another iMac or iPod or PC or Tablet as a secondary, wireless display device.
What I can't figure out is if a stand alone display device can be activated in the exact same manner. I have Air Display installed on my iMac, but there is no way to install similar hardware on a simple peripheral.
The secondary display has its own power source and is powered on. As I said the secondary display has several peripherals connected to it that can all be used wirelessly by the iMac. Only the display device between the wifi router and the peripherals cannot be detected. All the other hardware came on-line instantly.

Is there a way to make comments "move to the back", behind the text and lines?
I am using Acrobat X Standard to "highlight" lines using comments lines at 12pt width and 50% opacity on DWG files converted to PDF. The opacity setting makes the text and lines readable behind the highlighting, but the colors do not print well. Moving the highlighting behind the existing text and lines would allow me to use 100% opacity with more vibrant colors.
Before, we highlighted by hand, but those colors do not scan or copy well. Digitizing the highlighting is cleaner, and can be edited without starting over. The "comments" lines can be applied by Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Standard, and Acrobat Pro, so there's an advantage. Even more important is that the average file size of an 11x17 print that is highlighted and scanned in color is 1000 KB, while doing it this way, they tend to be 100-150 KB, and the text remains searchable. If there's another system that people use, I'm open to that instead. I haven't looked in to doing the highlighting in AutoCAD.
Naturally, everything I'm doing is protected, and cannot be shared, sorry.
