Hi grbrg
U should be able to get the string-informations by using this

    Can I use the HTML and CSS code generated to create the webpage preview in Adobe Edge Reflow?

    Hi Joseph,
    After creating and saving your Edge Reflow project, you can use View-> Preview In Chrome. This will create your HTML and CSS in your project folder's "assets" directory.  While our goal with this code is to provide a way for you to preview and share your designs in the browser (not to output production quality code), you can do anything you'd like with the output.

  • Using the HTML SAP GUI inside the Enterprise Portal?

    Hello everyone
    In our company we plan to set up the SAP Enterprise Portal (NetWeaver 7.0). The first application we want to provide inside the portal is the SAP GUI that connects to our SAP ERP 2005 system via single sign on. Therefor two different approaches exist:
    1: Using the standard SAP GUI inside a portal iView. In this case every client pc needs the SAP GUI installed.
    2: Using the HTML SAP GUI. In this case we have to set up the integrated ITS in our SAP ERP system.
    Now I have some questions about the second approach. Is the functionality of the HTML GUI equal to the functionality of the standard GUI? If not, what are the restrictions? How high is the additional load on the network and SAP ERP system caused by the HTML GUI? Would you recommend this approach for a system with more than thousand SAP users?

    Hi Marc,
    At least if you consider using webgui, you should test the transactions properly as there are some issues for example with scandinavian characters and lines visible in lists of search helps.
    Also you might want to consider the limitations of the screen resolutions and space which the portal framwork already takes from the gui. This of course is a topic for both HTML/SAP GUI's.
    Kind regards,

  • How to save data acquired from NI-DAQ in text format instead of TDMS using the DAQ-mx ANSI C code?

    Hi,
    I wanted to save data acquired from NI-DAQ (for example, NI 9234) in a file using the DAQ-mx ANSI C Code. The response I got was as follows:-
    One way to do it is with TDMS logging. DAQmx comes with functions designed to log to a TDMS file. This is a special file type that is used for collecting data in a logical format. It can be displayed in a TDMS viewer where data is separated into groups and channels. NI-DAQmx provides examples for how to log to TDMS. Look at the TDMS examples in the C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Examples\DAQmx ANSI C\Analog In\Measure Voltage directory.
    However, now I want to know is there a way that using that same C code, can we save the data in a .txt file format (Text File) instead of a TDMS file? We actually want to access that file through MATLAB (that's why we want to save it in text format).
    Also on an other note, is there a way we can access & open TDMS files by MATLAB?
    Thanks,
    Sauvik Das Gupta

    There's a way you can access TDMS files in MATLAB:

  • How to use the html:link with a arraylist

    Hi everyone:
    I want to display the data using struts html:link.
    I query the database and place all the data to javabean,later place all the javabean to ArrayList.In Action,I use the "request.setAttribute("lovetable",articlelist) to set request to jsp page.
    I want to pass a parameter "id" use the hyperlink so I can get the parameter when I click the hyperlink.
    But how to use html:link to display it?
    I use <html:link action="viewtopic.do" paramId="id" paramName="lovetable" paramProperty="id"/>,it can't work and Tomcat report error :

    Thank you.
    I use the bean:define successful.And display all the data to jsp.My jsp code is:
    <logic:iterate id="love" name="lovetable">
    <bean:define id="idbean" name="love"/>
    <tr bgcolor="<%=color%>">
    <td><bean:write name="love" property="id"/></td>

    <td><bean:write name="love" property="name"/></td>

    </tr>
    </logic:iterate>
    In Action : request.setAttribute("lovetable",articlelist)
    ResutlSet rs=.............
    List articlelist=new ArrayList();
    while(rs.next()){
    articlebean bean=new articlebean();
    bean.setName(rs.getString("name"));
    bean.setTitle(rs.getString("title"));
    articlelist.add(bean);
    The above code will work property.
    The Tag "html:link" need bean to work other than arraylist so I iterate all the bean out.
    The Tag "logic:iterate" need collection to work so I make Action return a List.
    right?
    Any idea? :)

  • Can u tell me how can i use a given gateway in jsp code?

    Hi everybody,
    As iam working on a project,i need to send and receive sms using given gateway(given by client).
    can any one tell me.. how can i use the gateway using java code in jsp page?i need the total java
    code.

    No.
    Your client has provided you with a SMS gateway, and we don't know anything else about it. So we can't give you the code.
    Even if we could give you the code, we don't know what you want to do with it - what functionality do you want to expose to the users of the JSP?
    Even if we could knew what you were using and exactly what you wanted to do with it, why on earth would we want to write all your code for you?

  • Struts portlet Instance Label problem: Appending the html tags in jsp

    I have created a struts portlet and given it a Instance Label. I have used struts-adapter-html.tld tld in my jsp which is referenced by my struts portlet. But the problem with using this taglib is that the portlet Instance Label is appended to all the html tags on the JSP as a result of which when the page is submitted, formbean will not pick any of the values as the name will not match. Has anyone has faced this kind of problem? How can I prevent the appending of the HTML tags with the portlet Instance Label?
    Please help me overcome this problem..
    Thanks in Advance ...

    1. To begin with, I would not recommend NOT to append portlet instance label to html tags. This is very much required. Take atleast 2 scenarios. If you dropped 2 instances for Same Portlet like News/Articles portlet etc on same page, you need to identify the html fields uniquely for each portlet so that backend java code works properly. Also if you have 2 different portlets assuming you did not give any name to form tag, and if you have html tags with same name, you need to identify them. Remember when portal or desktop is rendered, it is one big html file with html fragmetns from all .portlets files. So I am not sure if there is any option at all, to avoid the appending of instance label value to html tags.
    2. Coming to your usecase, I did had this problem once in 8.1 SPxx long back. All we did was, in the back end code, using BackingFile we could get the intance label value of the portlet. We can get this in pageflow also. Then pass this value and manually append this value to the html field of interest. In your case looks like you have Struts and tld tags. See somehow if you can get portlet instance label in jsp file and pass around to your tag lib code in request parameters etc. This is just one idea. I am not fully aware of your code, so try something along these lines.

  • Using the rewriter to include javascript code on an external webpage

    -We are running Sun Portal Server 6.2
    -When users go to GOOGLE.COM through our gateway. I want the google page to be rewritten in such a way that it includes a piece of javascript code. (Written by me)
    In all the examples of the Sun documentation, I noticed only possibilities of rewriting tags so that it includes the gateway URL. Is it possible to actually replace a specific HTML tag with your own code or just even add code using the Sun Portal Rewriter service ???
    Anybody any clues ?

    I may have a (very bad) solution.
    You explode the /opt/SUNWps/libgateway.jar. In ressources subdir you have SRAPConvertSystem.js.
    It seems to be the javascript code the rewriter add at the beginning of the page.
    Try to edit the file, add some javascript at the end, redo the jar file and put it back in /opt/SUNps/lib.
    I did not try this. Maybe it's working, maybe not.

  • Html fragments within JSP code

    Hi
    I'm not a developer, but need to create some JSP pages to sit within the site page structure.
    I was originally told i had to strip out the following tags....
    <html> <head> and <body>
    And just use the bare bones layout tags.
    But i have created a small piece of functionality that relies on calling a javascript function from within the <body> tag....
    Is it so bad to leave in this <body> tag in the page fragment?
    I'm not even sure if this is the standard way to create JSP pages but if anyone can offer any advice that would be great.

    There is no requirement to strip out the html or body tags, or any tags for that matter. In fact, JSP isn't specific to HTML content. JSPs can be used for XML, WML, or some proprietary client content markup.
    JSP pages are simply dynamically generated pages to define it quite unofficially and non-technically.
    Your topic seems to be one of web content development. This forum is dedicated to the Web Application Framework. I'm not sure what your challenges are, but you will likely find more successful guidance on a forum that is focused on web design or general JSP technology.
    But to answer your question, you can keep your html based tags in the JSP.

    Then I guess the problems come with setting explicit foreground colours on the one hand and using html on the other, even when not specifying them in the html. Stick to one or the other, I suppose. I'm not a fan of using html in labels so I don't know what problems you might run into.
    I've got rid of setForeground in the renderer and set the font colour in html. Then it is stable:
    import java.awt.BorderLayout;

  • How to use the same bean from Jsp and Servlet

    I want to use the same bean instance from both the servlet and jsp.
    for eg. if a create a bean using the jsp:useBean in servlet and if a modify some values, that values should be reflected while i access the same bean from the servlet. But instead of that the servlet is creating a new instance of the bean.
    is it possible?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
    When you call jsp:useBean you inform a scope (session, request, page...)
    This means the bean instance will be stored in that scope.
    So, if the informed scope is session, then, in the servlet you could get the bean instance back from the session, this way:
    HttpSession session = request.getSession();
    Bean b = (Bean) session.getAttribute("bean_id");
