Valueset with Hexadecimal digits only

Dear All,
Do you know how I can create a Value Set with Hexadecimal digits only?
For example, '1B3F' is a valid value while '1B3G' is not.

This may be achieved trough special validation type value sets, tough it's use is not documented and hence I guess that also it isn't supported.
I have a sample with guidelines in spanish to validate a special format for a tax id, it can be found here: http://oracle.am0x.com/2007/07/validaciones-especiales-de-flexfields.html You just have to create a new function to validate the input and call it from the pl/sql block used for the value set.

You must authorize the second computer with the same Adobe ID.
There are sometimes issues with this registration: if you have them ....
Sometimes ADE gets its registration/activation confused and in a semi-authorized state.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.
Unfortunately, it often then gives misleading error messages about what is wrong.
A common incorrect message informs you that the ID is already in use on another computer and cannot be reused.
This can often be resolved by completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to the Library screen on ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your (old) Adobe ID.

How to restrict a text field to accept limited number of digits (only) with leading zeroes

I am trying to restrict a field for accepting only limited number of digits that can have zeroes in the begining - this why I can't use Numeric field. Can anybody help?

In Change event I enterd the following script:

Your sidekick may be relaying through a different server. If its on AT&T, it could be using cwmx.com for outgoing. However, cwmx.com only works for AT&T/Cingular EDGE customers. When on Wi-fi it won't allow you to send through it.
Many internet providers, but not all, provide an authenticating SMTP server to use when travelling. If you configured your outgoing server to use the email providers authenticating SMTP server information on a port different from port 25, you will be able to use it on most networks. Some wireless networks filter a wider range of ports, such as some work places.

Please, please bring out a Zen Vision:M with integrated digital camera!

Is there some chance to contact the development division of creative and ask for a Zen Vision:M with integrated digital camera? there are mobiles out there with 0 Megapixel cameras and they don?t have a 30 GB disk space.
There would be nothing better then have this nice Vision:M mp3 player with an integrated camera..
one additional use for Vision:M besides using for listining to mp3 is to keep and carry around photos with it anyways.. so why don?t they bring it our with camera? wouldn?t need to take photos with another devise, transfer these photos to the pc/mac and then transfer them back on Vision:M.... just carrying aroung one devise would be so much better... but I guess that is also some marketing stuff... first sell this generation of Vision:M, and then wait some time and come out with the new generation of players, with finally integrated camera... or maybe just wait, until ipod brings them out first... anyways, I really don?t see a technical problem for this...

I actually disagree, reason being that when you take into account the cameras that are build into the phones they are at most adequate, 2MP is the current theme (at least in UK I think). The option/settings/tweeks with the phone cameras is poor when you look at it, stand alone digital cams offer better features compared with phone digicams, then you have the power too, to dri've a good camera if you have one then you know required decent batteries, storage (ok you have a hard dri've so that is sorted) but take into consideration that you will always get better results with a digicam than phone cameras and you can see that would be a waste of time for the time being.
There is an old saying "Jack of all trades, Master of none" and this seemes to hold true to the phone cameras. Don't get me wrong it would be nice to have it only and only if you have all the features of the stand alone one with big resolution and so on, heck I have a Nokia 6230 and like it very much but my old 3.2MP Cannon (by all means not the best and not the newest?in the world) gives me far better/superior results than the the one on the phone even can. What would be cool to have is a port where you can hook them both up and use the Mp3 players HDD to store (I know you can on some Creative players) your snaps without having to buy or have attachments, just plug a mini USB and you are off. Technology as always moves forward and an astonishing reate and new gadgets?come out?and quality improves, battery life lengthens and so on, so we might even see this happen. Form Size issue with multiple Digital Signatures

I have created a form (liveCycle 8) with multiple digital signatures required. When each user signs the form, that section of the form is locked using collections. The form is workflow through email after each user signs it. Each time the user signs and forwards the form, the form's size becomes too large.
How can the form be optimized to compress each time an users signs the form?

After your request to post the form, I wanted to removal some company items like the Logo. Once I removed the Logo, I found the biggest issue was a Logo image size that was making the file so large. Once I reduced the image size, the signatures only added 46kb at each signature level.

230969I need to be able to retrieve just the values with 4 digits like 2562 and add 00 at the front, so it will ended like 002562
I am thinking in the substr function, but it won't work, because I will be extracting the first 4 digits of each number.
How I will do this? I want to only retrieve the numbers with 4 digits Then I will concatenate the 00 in front.

In iTunes you use the Authorize This Computer or De-authorize This Computer option under the Store menu in iTunes' menubar. For Windows use the ALT-S keys to access it.

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.

No, it will be a one use only code. Copy the file onto a memory stick and import it into your library at home later.

Problems with my Digital Vault account

I have been having problems with my Digital Vault account lately. For about a week I was told that there was no connection with the server and then I started to receive messages that there was insufficient space left in my account to enable backups of my usual documents. I knew this was incorrect because my saved documents usually only take up around 50% of the available space.
In order to correct the problem I decided to delete all my saved copies and then re-upload them. They have all been removed but my 'My Vault' page still shows that something like 2.95 GB of the available 5 GB has been used.
I cannot understand this as my vault should be empty at the moment . Has anyone experienced similar problems ? What can I do to empty my vault so that I can reload my valued documents ?

I want to have Windows on on a Mac; however, before I purchase software the way I always do, I have a question. Can you bootcamp with a digital copy of Windows (without a disk I mean). I see everywhere that people are using CDs, but If I were to just buy the software online and transfer the information onto another medium, will that give me the same results, or do I need a Windows CD?

The FAQ page where it tell you which Macs can work with 32 bit and 64 bit. It has confused it. It says that Early 2011 Mac Book Pros can work with either. However, at the top says MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2009) and later only work with 64 bit. I have a Late 2011...

I am failing to digitally sign Adobe Flash projector exe files.

It is not currently possible to directly sign a Flash Projector EXE file. Doing so is causing the projector to fail to launch or run.
What is the way to do it without involving 3rd party tool

I searched for this in our bug database, but the only bug I found was reported (and deferred) back in 2008. Other than using 3rd party tools, it doesn't look like this is possible. I'd recommend opening a new bug report on this over at bugbase.adobe.com. Please post back with the URL or bug number so others can vote and add their comments.
