Problems with my Digital Vault account

I have been having problems with my Digital Vault account lately. For about a week I was told that there was no connection with the server and then I started to receive messages that there was insufficient space left in my account to enable backups of my usual documents. I knew this was incorrect because my saved documents usually only take up around 50% of the available space.
In order to correct the problem I decided to delete all my saved copies and then re-upload them. They have all been removed but my 'My Vault' page still shows that something like 2.95 GB of the available 5 GB has been used.
I cannot understand this as my vault should be empty at the moment . Has anyone experienced similar problems ? What can I do to empty my vault so that I can reload my valued documents ?

Problems with my yahoo email account using Firefox

I am using Firefox 14.0.1 and I have problems with my yahoo email account. I send an email, the receiver got a good version of my email, but when I see the same email into my sent box I see a differente text. When I use any other Internet browser, I can see a good version of my original email into the sent box.

If you have security software (antivirus, firewall etc.) installed, you can try deleting all existing instances of Firefox and related files in all the different configuration areas/modules of the security software. Instead create new allow/trusted rules for Firefox + its related processes. Have you attempted an iTunes restore and setting up as a new device? Sometimes battery life issues can be caused by corrupted iOS software.

Lord K. Thank you. Yes I am within the 90 time period, however I travel Intertionally and I can not receive not make a call to Apple. I was just at the Genius Bar in Chicago and they said, don't worry about it. It just floats out there, however, I can not recover my messages on a flash drive. I need to go back to my old computer which I don't have with me. My messages were in folders for a lawsuit. It is going to take an incredible amount of work for me to, you have no Idea. We are talking thousands of pages! I the defendent will have them during discovery so I am not so worried. However, I can not bring them to him on a Flashdrive when I meet with him without an extraordinary amount of presssure on my part. THis is not just some little email issue. Are you losing the connection to iTunes on the iPad or the computer? You are saying that iTunes is updated. Of course iTunes is updated when you update the iOS software. That's a no brainer.
If you mean that iTunes is updated on the computer, that has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with downloading and updating apps on the iPad itself so changing the date on the iPad, signing in and out of the stores on the iPad .... Doing any of that on the iPad would have nothing to do with iTunes on your computer.
If .... you have not been able to connect to the iTunes or app stores at all on the iPad - try this ...
Settings>Privacy>Location Services>System Services (swipe to the bottom of the page to find this)>Location Based iAds>Off.
If the downloads are stalled or "waiting" - try these suggestions.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If you can't connect at all - you can also try rebooting your router. Unplug it from power for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.

I tried to authorize Adobe digital edition in my new Tablet, but I received an error message, so I decided to authorize with another personal email account. Now, the problem is that I can not download those books I had bought previously. How can I reauthorize Adobe digital edition with my previous email? You must use your original Adobe account to real books bought and downloaded while using that account.
I'm a but confused by I tried to authorize Adobe digital edition in my new Tablet, ADE does not run on any tablet except a full Windows 8 tablet.
What id you try to authorize? (1) ADE running on a Windows 8 tablet, (2) an app running on a normal tablet, or (3) ADE itselft running on a computer.
In any case, you must deauthorize the new ID, and then reauthorize with your original ID.
On ADE, the deauthorization is ctrl-shift-D (cmd-shift-D on Mac). If you can't reauthorize with your original ID, post detailks and the message you get when trying.
For a tablet app, see help for that app for deauthorization/reauthorization.

Please do not laugh:( I have a problem with creating i Cloud account. When I download i Cloud and am supposed to sign it uo, I get a message that my This Apple ID is valid, but is not an i Cloud account.

Not everybody are advanced in use of different devices. I have problems with everything, now trying to move my I tunes to my ny PC. I reccon it would be easiest by using i Cloud. But I am even not able to create an account.
Can somebody help?

I can create massives Accounts but I can't create Same Accounts with differents Company Codes.

Problems With a Second imap Account

Hi Everyone,
I've been using an IMAP account with Gmail and Mail for a few years now, and I've been quite happy with it. (Although it doesn't seem to save messages I send online to my Sent file offline.)
But I've set up a second IMAP account and I have a couple of problems with it.
1) There's no Inbox in Mail. Under the Your Name Gmail heading, it shows All Mail, Drafts, Important, Sent Mail, Spam, Starred, Trash, Personal, Recipts, Travel, and Work. But no Inbox. So everything shows up in All Mail, including spam, duplicates, trash, and mail I send. Needless to say, this is ugly and fairly useless as an Inbox. How do I set up a real Inbox?
2) I can't get rid of anything. I made the mistake of signing up on a few places (Twitter, Ancestry.com, Archives.com), all of which send me endless piles of junk. When I highlight them and delete them they just come back in All Mail. Even when I delete them from Trash. How do I fix this?
I'm running OS 10.6.8 and Mail 4.6.
Any suggestions most appreciated.

The top part is for the regular domain name forward and the bottom is for masking if you choose that option. Masking will put only your domain name in the URL window of each of your site's pages. The downside to that is visitors can only bookmark the entry page of your site. My tutorial site, toadstutorials.info, is setup that way.

received the message "an unknown error occurred (-50)" when down loading a digital copy and it won't finish the download I keep getting the same message. My code was good the download started but at 70mb It stopped and I got the message. I've down loaded dozens of digital copies but i've never seen this message before. How do I get it start and finish the download?

Problems with multiple e-mail accounts on Droid 2 & also can't put phone into Silent mode

I just received my Droid 2 and having a problems with having multiple e-mail accounts.
My original droid worked fine with all of this.
I have 2 different personal e-mail accounts setup.
When I click e-mail, it just defaults to the default e-mail address and I have no way of switching accounts. I have to change the default e-mail account in order to view the other account.
Along with having a shortcut on the home page to each e-mail account, it always just goes to the default one and no way of adding a shortcut to both.
When I did this on the original droid, i could choose which e-mail account I wanted a shortcut for and could obviously have both on the home screen.
I also have found no way to NAME the accounts, ex. Comcast & Work.
That way I could distinguish the difference between the 2 on my home screen even if I could get a shortcut to both.
not sure how this could be overlooked but I sure dont think there is a way to make this happen.
Also, what is with 2.2 System and not allowing you to put it in silent mode?
I updated my original Droid to 2.2 and could no longer make it silent with the volume button on side or going into the sound settings and changing it to silent, it would always stay on vibrate.
And now it does the same thing with Droid 2. I cant make it silent at all.
Any ideas on either issue

I never had an original Droid, so I can;t compare to what was on that. For me, I am using the "Messaging" app - it seems to be set up for multiple e-mail accounts better than the email app. Messaging is the one recommended by the manufacturer - give that a try.

Problems with importing digital booklets in iTunes 12

Hi there!
I'm using several Macs, all with iTunes 12.0.1 and I have the same problem on all computers: I can't import PDFs as digital booklets for my albums anymore!
There's no problem with digital booklets that come with purchases on the iTunes-Store. But if I import a CD into my iTunes and scan the booklet as an a PDF (as I always did in the last years), I can't import the PDF to my mediathek anymore! It will not be shown in my iTunes.
Does someone have the same problem and perhaps knows a solution for this? Is this just a bug in the current version of iTunes or has something changed with the handling of importing the digital booklets and I'm just to blind to see?

I created a PDF with my scanner software and Acrobat Pro like I always did an tried to import this PDF into iTunes on two ways: First by simply dragging it to the iTunes window (which was no problem before I updated to 12.0.1) and then I tried via the file-menu "Add to mediathek..." (which is Key cmd-O).
I'm using the german version of iTunes - please excuse, if the translation of the menu item is not correct! The german version ist "Ablage -> "Zur Mediathek hinzufügen..."!
Is it possible, that the booklet is shown on some place that i don't find?

Having problem with big pond email account downloading on all devices

Have just bought the Mac Air and am having enormous problems with emails downloading on all devices (ipad, iphone and Mac). If it downloads on one it does not download on another. I have a Telstra bigpond.net.au account. I do not want to change net.au account since I have had it since the dawn of time!
What is the most effective solution? Apple suggest using gmail as a conduit but does this work. They say it may work but do not guarantee success.

With multiple computers, POP is a royal pain. Back in the days when I had to use POP mail, my solution was to access my POP accounts only from work due to the reason you describe. Basically POP works like this: mail goes into your POP account, you access the account and download the mail onto your computer, the mail that's downloaded is deleted from the mail server. When we were using just one computer that was fine but not now.
The idea of using gmail should work. Once you are in the gmail setup window choose the Accounts tab and read the help screen under Learn More about Check mail from other accounts (using POP3) This will have gmail access your bigpond email account and move it to gmail which can be set up as IMAP so all your devices can access it 'properly'. I had this working perfectly with my work email until we finally got the go-ahead to upgrade our mail server and started using IMAP.
