Variable not transfer the value to planning function

Hi,
I am facing a problem while executing the planning sequence.
In my workbook I have a button, behind that button one planning sequence is attached ( it copy the quantity from one scenario to other scenario) along with two varaible. Value for variable is pass behind the button.
Both variable are multiple single value type.

Hi,
Your post is little bit confusing ;
What i understood is that your planning function is not running with proper value of variables ;
Two things can be the reasons :
1. the data set that you are running for second time may be improper which can be when the data is not saved in cube
2. The variable value is wrong ; please check in debug what value of variable it is taking; if for the first time the value of variable is proper than there shouldn't be any error for second time;
Post your questions in little simpler way that will be easy to understand;

Filters 'OR' function not passing the values to the sql

Hi,
I am facing an issue with the 'OR' function on the filters that are used in the reports.
The report needs to fetch all the records on the three tables as the user enters the value in the dashboard prompts.
eg: [   update_dt_A1 is prompted
and user_name_A1 is prompted ]
or
[    update_dt_B1 is prompted
and user_name_B1 is prompted ]
or
[    update_dt_C1 is prompted
and user_name_C1 is prompted ]
The values entered in the dashboard prompt gets passed to the filter, but the vaules are not passed over to the SQL that runs on the database, hence the reports shows all values and does not reflect the values entered.
When the 'OR' function is replaced with 'AND' the values get passed to the SQL.
Can anyone help on what is the issue on the filters?

Here is how my Filters are set up
Vendor Name is Prompted

The values from the dashboard prompts gets passed to the filter, but the sql that runs does not take the values in the where clause.

The value of sysdate function is sometimes not equal with O/S date.

I administrate oracle 8i database that consists of OPS.
The problem is that the value of sysdate function is not matched to OS date.
It's runing commonly in equal state. but sometimes occurred, and the gap is one hour or one date.
There are not any other logs and traces in the distination of oracle dump.
So I can not detect what oracle event is happened on that time which the problem is occurred.
Is there oracle event in this case?
Could you reply to this problem?

When you connect your phone and start iTunes on the left side you will see your phone listed under devices.Click on te icon next to it that looks like a battery. Click on the music button at the top and uncheck the sync music box.

I followed the instructions for "Moving Thunderbird Data to a New Computer," but the calendar data did not transfer & the calendar program is not functioning.

I manually moved my profile from Thunderbird in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS to Windows 8.1. I followed instructions and everything moved as expected except the Calendar. Not only did the Calendar data not transfer, the Calendar itself is not functioning, e.g. no dates & days of week, etc., all menus relating to Calendar are "greyed-out," etc. I would appreciate any help. The Calendar (a.k.a. Lightning) contains binary components, which are OS dependent. So you do need to remove the Lightning add-on in your Add-on manager and install the Windows version of Lightning.

The payment request do not transfer the Item Text field to FI doc

The payment request do not transfer the Item Text (SGTXT) field to FI documents (accounting document) when they are paid by F111 and the payment request is created from repetitive codes (Trx FRFT_B). Therefore is not able to display a text description in the FI line items accounts, even the payment request document number is not available in the accounting document.
Even the program SAPLKKBL (F8BT) does not contain available the Accounting document.
So, there is not easy trace.
Does anybody know how can I match this?

The standard FRFT_B transaction does not directly or indirectly pass
the text to the F111 payment document since the initial program design.
In other words, you will not able to experience the reported issue
in the system with standard SAP coding.
However, the text value can be passed via business transaction event
(BTE) for example or other modifications as a substitution.
I hope this confirmation of the standard system behaviour is
useful to you.

This line is a target namespace so it should not be changed: <Product_Retrieve xmlns="http://tempuri.org/CatalystDeveloperService/CatalystEcommerceWebservice"> It is very easy to think that it's a placeholder and that it should be replaced with your own url, which it should not and which will fail.

Is there a way to reference a variable name by the value of a String?

I realize my title may not be expressing the question accurately so...
In perl I can do this:
$varname = "nIterations";
${$varname} = 27;
which is the same thing as
$nIterations = 27;
Is there a way to do this in Java?
eg I want something like
String varname = new String( "nIterations" );
How can I refer to a variable programmatically from the value of the varname string, or is there not a way to do this?

Thank you, I'm very new to java and am not sure I am seeing the big picture. I searched the forums and found this example:

What I am confused with is how those textfields correspond to the 48+ textfields I have already placed on my applet canvas. I understand the example above as far as using the map to access specific textfields, but I am not sure how those textfields will match up to the ones I have ( which are named right now S11 , S12, ..., S116, ..., S31, S32, .., S316
I am sure I am missing something.

Go to SU01, look at your authorization profile for which roles you are given. Then, go to PFCG and check out the roles and how they are defined. It is possible that you are not authorized to view application area, infocube, certain characteritics etc.

I have found the difference in one purchase order, there have been 3 GRs where the Qty does not equal the Value. How has this happened?

You need to be running Mac OS X 10.6.8 or newer to sync the iPhone 5; this may require buying a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD from the online Apple Store. OS upgrades aren't covered by the warranty.

ME23n , Does not shows the values correctly in print preview

Hi,
When viewing a PO using ME23n , it does not shows the values correctly in the print preview.
For example;
This is the vendor & its address. (check attached image img1.jpg)
ZERANDIB BUSINESS APPLIANCES
Number-122/A
PO BOX 41,112,REID AVENUE
COLOMBO-04
When displaying the print preview, it shows only some parts of the above address

These values are getting from a table called LFA1. I have checked that table & in that table all the values exists correctly.
I have noted issue is with, having only a single word. (If address or name having only a single word, that is without spaces, it will not going to show in the print preview) -
In the above example, it is not showing Number-122/A and COLOMBO-04 (Its a single word. No spaces there)
If its like --> Number - 122/A & COLOMBO - 04 , then it will display in the print preview correctly (where there are spaces after - mark)

If its having more than one word, then it will display correctly in the print preview. As below;

It turns out that this problem went away after the program crashed. Everything seems to be working well now.

The report does not accept the value for apps.fnd_profile.value('USER_ID')

I followed the below note and added a report to my SSHR menu.
How To Add A Report To A 11i Self Service Menu [ID 334847.1]
In my report , I have a condition in the query
and a.created_by =apps.fnd_profile.value('USER_ID')
When the report is submitted as a request , it works fine., however the same report when called from the self service page does not accept any value for apps.fnd_profile.value('USER_ID') .
Is there a workaround to handle this problem.

I had already tried the option apps.fnd_global.USER_ID too.
However it does not accept the value for apps.fnd_global.USER_ID.
We want to call the reports in SSHR using oaf and at the same time the records that are pending for approval created by the employee should only be visible.
