Verizon's Gift Card Gallery won't open

So I got an email from Verizon about a new "Perk" called Gift Card Gallery. I checked it out on Friday. I'm trying to get back to it today, but it won't work from any browser. The link is in the bottom right of the Verizon Central page, but all it does is open a new window with the Verizon Central page loaded again. Anyone else get it to work?

How to pay bill using Verizon electronic gift card?

I have a Verizon Electronic gift card that I got from the recycling program. I was told I could use this cash to pay my bill...I can't see anywhere on the website to pay my bill using this electronic gift card. How do I use this card to pay my bill???

The website is a huge headache! I just used my gift card to pay my monthly bill by calling the Verizon customer service hotline (1-800-922-0204). It was super simple. Just hit #2 for pay bill then the automated line with give you the steps to pay your card. Have your gift card number and pin ready, which can be found in the rebate email.

How can I pay my prepaid bill with a Verizon Wireless gift card?

I have a prepaid account and when I switched to Verizon I traded my old iPhone in and was given a $200 gift card from Verizon. I made sure that you can use the gift card to pay your bill. But when I go into My Verizon, I can't find a place to pay. Does this mean that you can't pay on a prepaid ALL SET plan with a gift card?

Gift card 25$ won't work

Dear apple user/employe, my name is Laksida and i came across this error.
My friend of sweden bought me a gift card worth of 25$
I tried to redeem it and got this error as i was in the netherlands and it was a swedish card.
then i got his account and tried to redeem it on his account ( his swedish account ) but got again the error it was invalid.
So i checked it at the check gift card balance (swedish) and it says it's valid with 25$ on it.
But it won't redeem on my account, so i had his account and it still didn't let me redeem it.
any help?

You are not speaking to Apple. Gift cards can only be redeemed in the country in which they were purchased. Send it back to your friend. You can't use it ouside of Sweden.

How can I disable the '$500 gift card' message when I open Firefox?

Web photo gallery won't open on internet... why?

I hope someone can help me with this.
I always made slideshows with Photoshop until I got Elements. The newest version of Photoshop does not have that option anymore.
I made a web photo gallery with elements, put it up in Dreamweaver, made a link, tested it on three browsers and it all worked perfectly.
I then uploaded it all to a server.
When I go to the page on internet, the link takes me to the index of the photo gallery but the slideshow does not open. It seems like the index file does not open the resource folder.
I have compared the site on my computer with the site on the server and everything is exactly the same. The photo gallery is on th server with the index file and resource folder.
I can't understand why the photo gallery doesn't behave on internet like it does on my computer.
Can anyone explain this to me?
I really like the way the new photo gallery looks compared with the slideshow made with my older version of Photoshop and would like to use it. Plus the fact that I can control the speed of the slideshow on Elements is a real boon.

I will try to be as explicate as possible.
This is a site that I maintain for a marathon. This is the 10th year. The participants contribute a series of photos that I have always made into slide shows.
I have a page that references slideshows from 2009 for example. I made these photos into slideshows using Photoshop CS3. The different folders are called "Slideshow xxx" with the corresponding index file. When I link to the index file in a certain folder the slideshow opens in a blank page and wonderful.
Now, this year, I have done the same thing using Element with the results I mention in my origiinal message: the photo gallery does not open in any browser in spite of being linked to the index file in the web photo gallery I created with Element.
What happens when I go to the index file is simply nothing. I do not get an error message.

The solution is simple: create a slideshow using Photoshop CS3 and forget the whole thing. But I would like to know what the problem is here and why I cannot get the photo gallery created with Elements to work on the internet.
Or is this a "two steps forward and one step back" issue with Photoshop?

Sorry, but you cannot use that card with a Canadian iTunes Store account. A gift card is valid only in the country of purchase. You'll need to give or sell that card to someone in Spain.

Are you able to try taking it back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? Pictures in gallery won't open after using MediaShare to upload to a PC

I have a Motorola Droid 2 Global, and recently uploaded pictures to the computer using Media Share, and a USB connection. After I did that, in my Gallery, I can see the thumbnails of my photos on my phone, but if I tap the picture to open it, it shows an empty movie reel picture, and I cannot access the picture. If I plug the USB back in, and copy/paste pictures just that way, I can get the pictures on my computer. BUT I just want to have the pictures on my phone, and be able to open them on my phone.

LovebugKZ, thank you for sharing your concerns about your gallery. I would suggest trying a few basic troubleshooting steps first like power cycling the phone, if you haven't already. Next, clear the data/cache from your Gallery. This will not erase any pictures, as they are stored on your SD card.

How can I access my Gallery, I get message that says" not enough space, delete unnecessary items such as downloads pictures, video & documents, I don't have any downloads, very few photos, no messages but I can't access my gallery to delete any pictures that are on my phone, what can I do to open Gallery. I can see that being very frustrating, tskeho. We'll figure this out for you! What make and model phone are you using? Do you also have a memory card in your phone? Do you have a USB cable to connect the phone to a computer?

Added gift card but WON'T work! Please help!

I added a $20 iTunes card to the account and it shows the credit beside my username "[email protected]" but whenever I go to buy something it says it is going to charge my credit card and if I click ok then it says that the card is declined... we don't have a credit card... we used to but got rid of it... question is: how do I get it to stop wanting me to pay via credit card and use my $20 balance instead??? I tried saying we have "none" for credit card, I even changed my email adress to a vaild one as the mac.com adress no longer works... can anyone help????? Thanks, Mary

Verizon Gift Card Trade in Program is a SCAM!!!!

My family and I have been a VZ customers since we purchased our first cell phones over 12 years ago. We always buy in to the upgrade program and purchase new phones and all the goodies that come with them like good little consumers. I have converted numerous AT&T friends and family members to Verizon and this is how I get repaid for my loyalty...
We upgraded to the new Droid in August and received these email in September.

I received this email then end of September for only “one” of the phones?
..."We have determined that the value of your device matches your appraised value. You will receive your Verizon Wireless Gift Card in the mail within the next three weeks." I received the card in December!
Now this is the scam/run around I am getting in regard to my second phone we returned... (remember this all started in August 2011!)
I never received an email, phone, letter or any other correspondence from Verizon regarding the 2nd phone we sent in so I started calling them.
First call 12/5/11:Verizon… haven’t received phone yet. I gave them the tracking number as I was tracking it online myself. It was delivered in September! Apology for the delay it will be processed and mailed to you tomorrow 12/6/11.           NO CARD, NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL.
Second call 1/11/12 Verizon: it went to the wrong department but we will submit the request and have it mailed out to you with in the next 24 to 48 hours.           NO CARD, NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL.
Third call 1/17/12 Verizon: (this is now the 5th person I have talked to) I get transferred to “STERLING” a so called “supervisor” in the Trade In Department in Nashville. I am, again, told the phone was sent to our donation department and so we can not send you the $100 Gift Card! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
I asked to speak his supervisor, Sterling told me he was the supervisor. I asked to speak to his superior. (which I have done on each and every call only to be told some one will call me back with the next 24 to 48 hours and not once did I get a call back from any one at Verizon!) This self-righteous jerk told me it wouldn’t matter who I talked to I won’t get my $100 Gift Card.
I have had 4 people tell me they are they were sorry for the delay and confusion and one person, named Megan in Nashville, told me that the phone did get sent to the donation department in error but they would honor the $100 gift card anyway. Ironically the last phone call I made to Verizon on 1/11/12 when I spoke to Megan isn’t on record…hummmm, sounds a little fishy to me. I get my hands on that recording and ever other one and we’ll just see how “SUPERIOR” Mr. Sterling really is.
Now, is it just me or did I get totally screwed here? Believe me, it won’t end here.
I WILL GET MY $100 GIFT CARD IF I HAVE TO FLY TO NASHVILLE TO GET IT!!!!!
