View Interaction Record as per user

Hi All,
I want to view all the interaction record as per the user. Let me clear about this.
I hv configure the agent inbox profile and assign the quick search to it. But still I am not getting the interaction record as p[er the user. I f I log in In some user name Ex:-xxx I should see only the interaction record under user XXX. Can anybody let me know the answer.

Hello Chinmaya.
Well, that depends on your business logic.
I only had implementation scenarios, where users had the need to consult it's customer historic interactions. So in this case, it doesn't matter who was the user that treated a past interaction record... they are free to view it, as long they belong to the same group responsible.
In your scenario, you just want to be available a search for the interaction records created by the logged user, or restrict all possible searches to documents created by the logged user?

    We are using IC WebClient Interaction Record to log issues. process followed is as below
    IC Agent -> Go to Interaction Record --> use IR to log issue > Go to Email> send Interaction Record thru email to a dedicated ID.
    But if the Interaction record is not associated to BP,can we trace it? Where can we view the Interaction Records for agents.. the ones that did not pertain to any particular BP

    The Interaction Record is associated with the transaction type configured for IC Web Client.
    Each interaction record will be assigned with transaction number,you can see the transaction number as soon as you create it in the IC Web Client.
    You can even create a interaction record without associating it to BP's.
    So you can find the Interaction record in the system table
    crmd_orderadm_h based on the created user and transaction type.
    You can even open the Interaction record in the wingui activity management.

  • Setting A default view per location per user VSM7.6

    Hello
    Is it possible to define a default view for each location per user with VSM 7.6 ?
    In other words, I would like for a user X , once logged, when he hits any location name, he gets a default view composed of all or a subset of the cameras with the secondary stream .
    Is this possible with VSM7.6 ?

    First enable that end user can set rows per page displayed. (that you did disabled)
    Run page. Set rows per page to report to 10.
    Save default report from action menu.
    Then disable that end users can not set rows per page.

  • Unable to View Follow up Transactions in Interaction Record

    Hello All,
    I have created a prospect performed the lead transaction on the prospect from the IC Role, the interaction record gets created as per the customization settings maintained, I have also performed a follow up meeting request on the lead transaction however in the follow up tab of the Interaction record, the transaction type, description and employee responsible are all blank, please advice what customization settings I need to perform for the same

    Hi Atul,
    As indicated by Garcia, the follow up view on the interaction record view set only allows creation of follow up transaction and is not indicated to display already created follow up transactions.
    You can enter data, like "description" in the follow up view and
    press button "Follow Up" for  Quick Create: here a new follow up transaction is created in the background for the entered data and added to the activity clipboard. To display the business transaction, you can click on the link in the activity clipboard
    click on link "Follow Up Details":  a follow up transaction is created with the data but user automatically navigates to the corresponding view to enter additional information. Also in this case, the follow up transaction is added to the activity clipboard.
    You might check KBA 1781481 for troubleshooting follow up transaction and note 2039600 which introduces display of the activity clipboard in the navigation bar.

  • IC Webclient -- "Reason" field non-editable in "Interaction Record" view

    Dear All,
    I am working on CRM 5.0, IC Webclient. I have created a business transaction profile, and attached "Business Activity (0010)" as the transaction type.
    Now in the CIC screen, after clicking the "Interaction Record" hyperlink in the navigation bar, the "Interaction Record" view has the fields "Reason" and "Result" greyed out. However, in SAP GUI, the "Reason" field is editable and also has values in the drop down.
    Please guide.
    Your help would be greatly appreciated and rewarded.

  • Interaction Record : How to make it non editable based on user status = Complete and on click of  Save

    Hi Guys
    We have a requirement ,where we need to make the interaction record "not editable " when we set the user status to "Complete" and after "Save" button is pressed.
    Please note that we can't make use of status profile settings as we have to enter some information after the status is complete , that means
    after user selects status "Complete" he has to select the value from another drop down and then Save.
    Standard offers such that once the Complete is chosen in dropdown the whole screen is frozen.
    Once he saves it , the document should be locked(read only/non editable)
    Any pointers ?
    We tried "Set_view_Group_Context" and Order_Save BADI and we are not preferring disabling at attribute level as we might add few more attributes later.

    Hello,
    We had a similar requirement.
    The best way we found was to implement the enhancement spot in the beginning of method LOCK_ORDERS of class CL_CRM_METHODS_BTIL. Here, you can prevent the user from editing a business transaction. Be aware this method is called for any BT, so you need to adjust your custom development accordingly.

  • How to enable detail view interactive report as default for public user?

    Hello all,
    I'm currently developing a search results page.
    I'm trying to do a nice view instead of a default table like view from the interactive reports. So in this case i enabled the detail view so i could make fancy designs.
    all worked well and looked neat but however when i pass value from my search page using IR_ROWFILTER and clear the results page using page_no,RIR, it brings me to the interactive reports result page with the default table like view.
    i have to press the detail view to get it. i tried saving it as default but it wont work. this issue is for public user.
    if i make the page requires authentication, and save the detail view as default i would not have any problem. i could search and it will straightly bring to the detail view of the search page.
    of course the other reason i found is because im using the IR_ROWFILTER and clearing page using page_no,RIR..without it,it works well but i need it coz im doing a a search result. i need to send search text from another page and put it in the filter in the search page. i would need to use RIR to clear it for searching again.
    is this a limitation for public user? it doesnt happened for authenticated user though..
    how can i make this view as default for public user?

    Do you really need this to be an IR? Other than the detail layout, do you require any of the interactive features? If not, try using a standard report with a custom report template.

  • Per-user Views when Using VMS

    I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to provide per-user views within the Firewall MC. I have a large number of PIXs at different sites and I would like each administer at each site to only see their firewall when they log into VMS.
    Any suggestions / links would be appreciated.

  • SharePoint: Workflow to retrieve all users and Create list item record for each user

    Hi all,
    My share point site have two Lists as Holidays and MyCalender.
    Actually Holiday is simple non-Calender list with field as Holiday Date, Reason. MyCalender List Calender type list with Person Look-up column and user can see his own record. User of Manager group will declare holiday. This Holiday should get reflected
    on each user 's MyCalender List.[One listitem as holiday date and reason for each user] so everyone can view that record.
    I have requirement as Manager will create one Holiday record and then run single workflow so for all users present in SharePoint Site, one MyCalender List Item record should get created. Is it possible to do using Workflow?? Please help as I didn't get any

    You don't need one workflow per user when a filtered view can do this for you.  If the manager's list is the parent calendar, I'm assuming that he'll be at least using the person look-up column.
    Whether this feeds through the MyCalendar or stays where it is, you can use the [Me] parameter within the filter on a new view.  This will then return the assigned holiday filtering against the account that is logged in.

  • Not directed to Interaction Record automatically after confirmation of BP

    Hello Experts,
    i'm currently working on a requirement to direct a user to the Interaction record creation view automatically after confirmation of an account and installed base. Consequently i have maintained  following customizing setting within our account identification profile:
    Account Navigation:
    Object type = BT126_INR, UI Action = D
    I have tested the following scenario's:
    1. In case when i confirm an account AND installed then automatically the Interaction Record create view is being displayed --> OK.
    2. In case when i confirm an account which is not linked to an Installedbase then nothing happens. --> NOT OK
    3. In case when i confirm an installed base and the related account afterwards then nothing happens --> NOT OK
    Can you explain why in situation 2 & 3 i'm not directed to the Interaction Record create view?

    Hello, Sander.
    First of all identify which view and component you use while confirming partner (e.g. which view/component Confirm button belongs to).
    In general it should be ICCMP_BP_DETAIL component and one of its views: BuPaDetail, BuPaDetailB2B or BuPaMixDetailB2B.
    For instance, let's take a look into BuPaDetail (for other views procceed in the same way).
    In its event handler EH_ONCONFIRM there is such code at the very end:
    * process further steps
    CALL METHOD me->process_after_confirm
       EXPORTING
         ir_bupa_controller = lr_cucobupa.
    ENDMETHOD.
    Let's go futher and step into this method process_after_confirm. Here the check is started.

    And after that the system creates objects for navigation. In the above code they check settings made in SPRO -> CRM -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Master Data -> Define Account Identification Profile.

  • Only 4 interaction records display on BP confirm

    Hi,
    While confirming BP on ICWebclient we get the list of Interaction records. In our case we are getting only last 4 interaction records history on BP confirm view. But if you search through Interaction History then you get the complete list with back-Forward pages.
    But on BP confirm we get only 4 interaction records. We want to display all the interaction recods on BP confirm as well i.e. more than 4 reocrds. I tried by changing the General table settings in the View Configuration of BP but no luck..

  • Suppression of automatic interaction record

    I have a requirement like this:
    User entered the business partner and confirm the account.
    1) when user presses 'SAVE' button automatically interaction record will create(this is standard functionality working fine).
    2) when user enters customer note or reason code and presses enter , BADI CRM_IC_IARECORD method BEFORE_IR_CREATE  should trigger, here i need to check customer entered note or not.
    but at this point BADI is not triggering when user presses 'END' button.
    How to activate this BADI everytime when user presses 'END' button.
    Please give me advice , i am new CRM.

    We did something similar whereby an IR would be created only if the reason field was populated and it works great. You need a good developer to help with this.
    We created logic whereby the IR was created when a certain field was populated else nothing was created. In order to suppress the Interaction Record save, it was necessary to enhance the component with the u201CCancelu201D and u201CEnd Buttonsu201D:
    Object(s) name     CRMCMP_IC_FRAME/HiddenView
    The htmlb_event->server_event that is handled by the view controller for the hidden view (ZL_CRMCMP_I_HIDDENVIEW_IMPL is the view controller) is u201CforwardCallu201D. So the handler method is EH_ONFORWARDCALL. This method was redefined.
    If either the u201CCancelu201D or u201CEndu201D button is clicked, the same htmlb_event is raised u2013 u201CforwardCallu201D, so the handler handles the same event for both buttons. It differentiates between the two buttons by the value that is held in attribute param1-value when the handler method is called. If the u201CCancelu201D button was clicked, then the value of this field would be 'CancelInteractionRequest', otherwise if the u201CEndu201D button was clicked it would be 'InteractionEndRequest'. These names correspond to the internal CRM event names.
    In order to effectively suppress the interaction record from saving it is necessary to perform the same logic that would be called by the event handler if the u201CCancelu201D button was pressed. In other words, if the user clicked the u201CEndu201D button, in order to suppress the interaction record the system needs to first execute the cancel logic and then the end logic. However, we donu2019t want to suppress the automatic save of the Interaction Record if the Interaction Record has been filled in and can tell if the interaction Record needs to be saved by the value in the u201Creason codeu201D field on the interaction record. So, the double step of first calling the u201CCancelu201D logic and then the regular u201CEndu201D logic must only occur if the u201Creason codeu201D on the Interaction Record is blank. This can be done for any fields..

    We have just upgraded system to 7.0. here we are facing a problem when we create a service order and save it.then we go to inbox and search for the service order->create afollow up activity->go to the action and send a follow up email.
    Now as per requirement: once we send the follow up email it should appear in the business context area with status "out email"
    but here once we send the email another interaction record is getting created in business context area and when we click on the interaction record we have the email with status"sent email" in the activity clipboard.
    even If we go to SOST t.code we find the email which was sent is listed here.
    if anyone has faced similar issue kindly suggest.

    The main issue is as per requirement when we send the follow up email it should not create a new interaction record and the sent email should appear in the business context area.
