Virtual KF(as Date) in Cube and pass the variable value to this VKF runtime

Hi ,
User would enter 1 date using date variable untime.
My cube also has 1 Completed Date (KF).
And i wann do comparisan based on input variable and exisitng variable.
Can i add 1 Virtual KF(as Date) in Cube and pass the variable value to this VKF runtime and do the calculation in cube ???
I know the same thing i can do in formula , but i have some different req.which i am unable to explain u here .
So please let me know can i use VKF if yes how ???

I need to know is there any way to link SAP WAD to crystal reports (open a crystal report from WAD)and pass the values of the variables which are entered in the Web App. (e.g. Customer id,year) should be passed to the Crystal Report.
Maybe we need to pass parameter by WAD URL but this is just my assumption and have no idea how to do this with passing variable values.
right now I know the method of how Bex queries which are used as data source for crystal reports but in my current scenario we have the structure like this that bex queries link with WAD and then WAD is linked with crystal reports.
No doubt that Crystal report is target option in RRI but there the source is Bex Query only but in current scenario we are looking WAD (web template) as a source to crystal report or crystal report called in WAD.
Please suggest something on same.

so i want to send the variable value v_basic as a parameter through form to report...and simlarly other variables values which i have calculate in procedure....

Call an executable program inside function module and pass the table values

Hi,
       i'm pretty new to HR Abap programming. I have a requirement like "calling an executable program within a function module and the output of the program data(Stored in internal tables) should be passed to the function module tables".
I've some idea about SUBMIT keyword and i used it in the function module..
Please do the needful to solve this.

I've used Option 3 as per dsouzajovito suggestion. Now i'm getting data in function module tables using import/ export table to memory concept.
Again a small issue arises, while i'm executing function module it fetches all pernr available in the server and displays the details of last pernr. GET pernr statement is used in the Z report and submit statement is used like this as follows.
SUBMIT ZHR_RFC_PAYSLIP   WITH PERNR-PERNR EQ EMPCODE
                                      WITH PYBEGDA EQ FDATE
                                      WITH PYENDDA EQ LDATE
                                      AND RETURN.
Pls suggest if there is any corrections in the code.
If i give a pernr as input in the function module, then it should fetch the details related only to that pernr.
FYI, No selection screen is used here as per requirement.

RRI - Jump query, unable to pass the variable value from source to target

I've a source query which has a variable on 0vendor, from this query i jump to another query for which i want to pass the this variable value, in the target query i've vendor in free characteristics (no filter or variable in there), and in RSBBS i tried the assignment details options keeping vendor as generic, tried variable and the variable name but nothing seem to work.
But when query is run i can jump into target query but the vendor variable value doesnt get passed thru the values i get in target query is for all rather than for the variable entered vendor value in the source.
btw we're in NW2004s.
any help appreciated with points.

Anyways, I read somewhere that a variable with replacement path in target query would work, tried it seem to work.
let me know if there other way to do it without creating a variable in target query.

never had this before download of Mountain Lion.

As others have stated, this is a potentially catastrophic event. Consider yourself lucky, as hard drives usually just fail wihtout warning. Your disk could die at any time. This is a mechanical / physical failure, not software related.
Going forward, I would suggest utilizing a utility that monitors SMART status, which you obviously don't have, such as SpeedTools.

because I have other restriction, so I create two restricted key figure..
RK1 with restriction : Total Number of Note,
RK2 with restriction : Total Opening Days ,
then I Created a calculated key figure, average opening days in a period
CK1 = RK2 / RK1..
in this case, I am not sure if it will work or not..
for example, during RK2 calclation, it might be this   2+3 = 5, the line with 0 will be ignored..
during RK1 calcualtion, it might be 1 + 1 + 1 = 3. ---> Not sure in this case, the line with opening days 0 will be calculated or not..

Creating remote objects and passing the retrieved data to modules

I found at this Adobe tutorial a nice "RemoteService" class that creates a RemoteObject and contains the functions for handling the result and fault events. If I wanted to use this approach, how could I pass the data from the result handler to interfaces that modules from the main application could use?
I could put the RemoteService/RemoteObject in the modules, but (in my opinion- and I could be wrong) the best design seems to be using the remote calls in the main app and passing the data along to the modules.
Ultimately, I would like to know what the "best practices" are for creating remote objects and passing the retrieved data to modules

Minus and passing the result set

I have a query in a procedure....let us say "test.prc":
select A.VALUE from TABLE A
where A.VALUE_ID = get_rec.VALUE_ID minus
select B.VALUE from TABLE B
In the above query, I am passing the "get_rec.VALUE_ID" from a cursor above the query.
Now is there a way to capture the result set of the above minus operation and pass the result set to the calling sql program (called "call_test.sql")?

I got what I was trying to do...
I have 1 more question though....I am printing out my output using dbms package from sql*plus...using the following command
dbms_output.put_line(nvl('Flex Value set Id : '||get_rec.flex_value_set_id,0)||' values that have no corresponding alias : ' || nvl(v_flex_val,0));
"get_rec.flex_value_set_id" gets passed in from my cursor above the dbms statement.

Attach eventlisteners to dynamic movieclips and pass a variable.

I have a mc (changeColorMc) and three movieclips. The three
movieclips are created on the fly (so there could be more
movieclips) and filled with a color from an Array. This works fine.
Now I want to add an eventlistener for each movieclip, so
when someone push one of the movieclips the movieclip with the name
"changeColorMc" gets that same color from the colorArray.
My question is: How can I pass the color value from the
colorArray to the buttonPressed function? Is this possible?
I was also thinking that I had to create three buttonPressed
functions ie. buttonPressed1, buttonPressed2 and buttonPressed3 and
attach these to the created movieclips.. but how? Because I don't
know up front how many movieclips there will be..

What was the exact error message you received? When you removed and re-installed iTunes, did you use the precise instructions in this Apple support document to walk you through the process?
