Vista Runtime error

Question

This code is running a.bat in command. Windows XP is running correct but vista coudn't run some commands like java
RunEx class and a.bat is under
what is the problem about Windows Vista
command dir is executed true but java not executed.

ey I have the same problem!!! Did you solve the problem?? please help me....
I know, my jdk is older, but is an older application.... And I need run it!! :-(
