VLANs 133-134 on Interface port-channel10 are being suspended. (Reason: Vlan is not allowed on Peer-link)

I just added 2 vlans Port-channel10 on two of my Nexus 5000's that go from the to a 6509 Catalyst switch. I get this error when I do a show log:(VLANs 133-134 on Interface port-channel10 are being suspended. (Reason: Vlan is not allowed on Peer-link) When I do a sh int trunk I see Po10 (int Eth1/3) that Vlans Err-disabled on Trunk. Another odd thing when I do an spanning tree summary neith 133 or 134 is added in to the summary? Why would spanning-tree be ignoring these two new vlans?
They are configured as so:

What can I do to get 133 and 134 vlans to stop erroring on Port-channel 10 on both Nexus 5000's?

Firstly I should say I have not used Nexus switches so the following advice should be treated with caution.
Have you added the same vlans to the allowed vlans on your vPC peer link. That is what the error message seems to be telling you ie. they are not currently allowed.
They need to be allowed otherwise the vlans are suspended which is what is happening.
As I say I haven't used these switches so I can't say for sure if there is any downtime/disruption when you modify the allowed list but I think that is your problem from what I can see.

Hi, I had posted earlier but I think I have almost figured out the issue.. just not how to resolve it.
I have two nexus switches connected together with PO5.
Each nexus has a PO6 to connect to a single Cat3750
VLAN 46 on one of the switches is showing

It was suggested I move this question to IPhoto or IMovie which I did.
Well moving to a different discussion group did not provide an answer to this question either. But what I finally did was import one batch of photos and videos into IPhoto for a given day at a time. Working with these I could change the date and times in order to get them in the original sequench taken. Then I would create an album with that batch. These would all be on the same day (IMove was closed for this phase). Then I would open IMovie, generate the thumbnails for that album, and select the album I had created. This was necessary because the importing process in IPhoto was using incorrect dates for my video so it was a real struggle finding them in IMove until I developed this approach.
I believe that this whole process was so screwy because I was importing from an external hard drive not a camera. I had these photos on a PC and did not have the original cameras to use to import directly which I am fairly sure would have made this easier!

what a long post....Apple, btw, does not read this stuff, so ranting, raving, and complaining here might make you feel good, but it does no good at all. That being said, I, too have a Mac Pro Quad Core Xeon with 6 gigs of ram and an nVidia 8800 GT graphics card (not as good as yours, alas) and I've had no problems at all with it. Yes, it doesn't have Thunderbolt, but maybe we Mac pro owners will get lucky and someone will come out with an adapter (probably not). No, you probably don't have to throw away your Mac Pro, but if you do, I'll take it, for a small "recycling" fee >:-) That was a joke. Yes, the Mac Pro's future isn't quite clear, YET. Hopefully that will improve very soon. As for not being able to upgrade to Mountain Lion. Don't worry about that too much, Nobody is forcing you to do that. Your Mac Pro won't quit working if it isn't installed. From what I've heard, you should give the new OS a chance, and wait to get it, in case there might be some bugs, or stuff not working with the new OS, which has been known to happen. Yes, we Mac Pro owners don't like being treated like mushrooms-kept in the dark, and being fed......... but Apple is Apple and it will do what it does, and there is nothing you or me can really do to change that. All I can say is....trust, have faith, be patient, go for a walk, do something else to take your mind off of this problem. IF apple decides to drop the Mac Pro for good, and that's a big "IF", I think they will anger a whole bunch of people

My CR2 files are being saved as PNG and not PSD

When I import files into Elements 12 Organizer, I want to use the Instant Fix Smart Fix option. The CR2 files are being exported to the PNG format, and I want them to be PSD files, I don't have a way to return to the options of how to save my files by using the Instant Fix button. I really would appreciate some help on this. I can't seem to get any tech support by navigating the Adobe Web site - I always land in the Forums.

In PSE12, whenever I want to use the smart fix option in the organizer for a raw file, I get a dialog with various format options and the possibility to check one of those formats by default. If I check the checkbox to always use that format and not to display the menu, I find myself in the same situation as yours.
I don't know of a way to get the menu back... Deleting the organizer preferences should help, unless other users have a better idea.

My outgoing emails are being reformatted. I do not want this.

Outgoing emails are being reformatted (see image). This happens when text is pasted in and when emails are typed out in Thunderbird.
This reformatting occurs even when sending to myself.
Compose in HTML is on and all settings have been reset.
How do I send emails as typed?

On my Mac using 10.6.7, even though icons are present, they are grey and Firefox 4 will not allow navigation back a page or more, nor will it allow refresh.

I updated to Firefox 4. The right and left arrows are present, but are gray or inactive. If I right click the page, Back and Forward are listed, but they are gray or inactive. I restarted in Safe Mode with Ad-ons disabled and reset. I restarted my computer. All was working perfectly prior to update.

Hey! I had the same problem you did just today when I was trying to get my second iPhone to sync. What you need to do with music or anything extra that you doing you have to creat a second playlist or picture or anything that you would like to use, so that you can add to the second device that you are going to be using. I am not sure if that will help but it helped me out a lot!! Good luck!

Are UOM conversions based on 0material not allowed in Infosets?

`We've create an Infoset and now we want to do a Qty UOM conversion based on 0material. We keep getting an error saying 0material is not a Key figure. When we use a UOM conversion based off the T006 table it is fine. Am I doing soemthing wrong or is this a limitation of an infoset.

what do you mean? I have a key figure and on the conversion tab in the query I selcet a conversion we created based on material. It works fine in cubes MP and DSo but not an infoset

I tried to track these two mac addresses 0080.7733.b2f9 and 0000.0c07.ac66
These mac addresses belong to IP phones which are connected to a L2 device which in turn cascaded to the L3 switch.
Whats the meaning of "Duplicate address x.x.85.254 on Port-channel10.101, sourced by 0080.7733.b2f9 "
x.x.85.254 is the L3 IP(Virtual L3 interface) on the L3 switch.
Is the IP phones MAC address conflicting with the mac address of the L3 switch?
How can I find the L3 switch's system mac addresses.

Hi,
Just an idea : look at the STP instance of the concerned VLAN (Virtual L3 interface). it can be caused by a loop.
symptoms ("show proc cpu hist" and "sh spann vlan x detail") and try to look at "Number of topology changes ".

Hi,
A FEX port cannot be configured as a SPAN destination. Only a switch port can be configured and used as a SPAN destination.

Stop supporting reckless Republicans who are being irresponsible about the debt limit

I'm both a VZ customer and shareholder.
I understand that Verizon provides considerable funding to Congressional Republicans. Verizon could lose my business if you keep funding Republicans as they crash our economy. Congressional Republicans are being reckless and irresponsible by not supporting an increase in the debt limit and one which preserves Social security, Medicare and Medicaid, while, at the same time responsibly increasing taxes on the wealthy. I urge Verizon to responsibly use its influence on these Republicans that you've "bought" and make them do what's in the interest of our country. Otherwise, I'll close my accounts and switch back to Comcast.

As a company doing business in the USA it is Verizon's responsibility to also communicate with congress and let them know when they are off the rails or not. Now is a good time for Verizon to step up and let them know to knock off the grand-standing, the tricks, the gimmicks, the bald face lying, and get on with the business of upping the debt limit and work out a budget that doesn't kill off my grandmother in the process. And Oh Yeah... what happened to jobs? The Republican "solution" will kill tens of thousands of jobs in the government and elsewhere. What's up with that?
