Vpn gateway changed cannot load apps

how to reset my config on apple server that let me only download from the old vpn gateway
got now a new vpn gateway the apps did not install or update from the new config
how to reset?

Well it means that the account that is set up in iTunes is not the same as the one that bought the apps.
To correct this in iTunes go to the store menu and select "Authorise This Computer", enter your account details and everything should work now.

    Try this:
    1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
    2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

    Thats a typical cause. Itunes sees that there's content on the device associated with another account and wants you to sign into that account on computer. It might be best to set up all devices as new, then sync with itunes, all with same computer, same itunes library, same account name.

  • Cannot load apps directly onto ipad

    When I try to load apps directly onto my ipad via my wifi it just shows as "waiting" and eventually states cannot connect to itunes. (although I must have been connected originally to start the download) any ideas?

    This is a wild stab-in-the-dark but a system Reset cures many ills and takes but a minute to perform:
    Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.
    A Reset does NOT delete apps, photos, movies, music or any other data. A Reset does NOT delete any settings for email, network access, etc.
    Also, you might wish to download the 4.2 User Guide. Pay special attention to page 170.

    Hi, I am trying to load an app which i purchased. I am not able to load an app in my ipad. Available space in 1.75 gb. the app requires 1.7 GB. When i click app store icon, it says cannot connect to itunes store. the ipad doesnt get charged in laptop.
    The Ipad got stuck without any operations. Then when i restarted it is working now. However i am not able to connect to app store. When i try to sync, it doesnt get completed.

  • Cannot load apps

    OK, this is a new Ipod Touch. I have loaded music, videos, photos fine. I loaded a few other apps including idisk, a game or two, google earth, a medical application (epocrates). They all worked fine for 2-3 days but then started not to work...first just 2 applications would not load (I select it and it flashes the opening screen and then goes back to the page with the icons on it). It then started doing that with all the add-on apps. I did a restore and reload all apps...same problem. I removed all apps and rebooted, then added just one app...would not work. Is this familiar to anyone?

    Every time I go into the app store in iTunes, then try to drill down into a category, iTunes won't load it. I get a totally blank white screen. I can go into any other media (books, TV shows, movies, etc) and load a category, but the app store refuses.

    The camera cannot be "lost" as it is a part of iOS.  It can be disabled via Restrictions in Settings > General > Restrictions.
    As for apps, ensure they are selected to sync in iTunes.

  • App store still requesting old Apple ID after Apple ID was changed - cannot update apps

    A few months ago, my apple account was hacked. I had to change my Apple ID. That's fine, and all of the iTunes stuff is fine. The App store is a different problem. When I go to update my apps, it asks for the old Apple ID, which now is invalid. How can a convert the Apple ID associate with the App Store to my new Apple ID? I have way too many apps to start over, nor am I willing to purchase them again.

    I would contact iTunes.  Only they can take care of your pboem since apps are permentetly locked to the account that purchased them.

    ( I search for iChat questions when I have finished in the iChat Forum)
    So the menu bar reads iChat, File,  Edit,  View, Buddies, Video, Window and Help
    There is no Buddy List open.
    There is no other window for iChat open.
    In the iChat Menu you only have access to Status.
    Is an item ticked in the list ?
    Is this a green (Available item) or  Red ( an Away one) ?
    Can you access the Accounts option ?  (Sitll in the iChat Menu)
    Is anything in here ticked ?
    In the Window menu any Logged in account should appear in the list  (Between the Next Chat and File Transfer items)
    It would be useful to know which version of iChat this is.
    If no account is ticked (iChat Menu > Accounts) or not showing in the Window Menu, plus you cannot determine the Status and you cannot access the Preferences then you need to access your Home Folder/Library/Preferences
    As the Library in the Home Holder is Invisible in Lion you will need the Finder's Go Menu > Go to Folder option  (you can use it in earlier OS versions if you want)
    Type in:-
    ~/Library/Preferences
    Find the file called com.apple.ichat.plist
    Drag it to the Trash and Restart iChat.
    This will lose all the settings in iChat that you have changed from Defaults but there is no way around this.

    I have followed the answer provided to Ross202 by Gail from Maine. Unfortunately I fear my problem may be larger.
    Objective
    Move iCloud-backed up data to new iPhone (old phone "drowned" over holidays)
    Context
    My original Apple ID was EmailOld. This email address (EmailOld) has been terminated. Unfortunately my iCloud / backup is linked to Apple ID EmailOld (so verifying this is not possible). My new AppleID is EmailNew, and this has been verified. I have tried changing my Apple profile to EmailOld, as suggested by Gail (without the verification email).
    Despite following Gail's steps, Apple could not backup my old account. Error message:
    "Cannot load backups. There was a problem loading your iCloud Backups. Try again, set up as a new iPhone, or restore from an iTunes backup.
    Options
    - Try again (*)
    - Set up as a new iPhone (**)
    - Restore from iTunes (***)"
    Troubleshooting steps
    (*) Try again repeats same issue.
    Apple ID EmailOld: "iCloud Sign in" --> Agree --> "It may take a few minutes to set up your Apple ID" --> Choose backup screen --> takes an age --> above message repeated
    AppleID EmailNew: (Update AppleID to EmailNew in My Apple ID) "iCloud Sign in" --> Agree --> "It may take a few minutes to set up your Apple ID" --> "Choose backup" screen, with options --> selection of backups --> but then I either 1) have to enter correct password corresponding with EmailOld (and EmailOld and current password don't match), or 2) get error message above
    (**) Set up as a new iPhone (using:
    (a) old Apple ID says --> "Could Not Sign In | There was a problem connecting to the server". I have reviewed and checked wifi connection, all in order here. I have tried using new account, same error message,
    (b) new Apple ID works. And this is hopeful - the device can detect I have about 10GB data stored on iCloud. However, I cannot agitate this sync from iCloud to my new device
    (***) I have logged in to iTunes with Apple ID EmailOld (it works - it even says 17 updates on my apps, however I can't agitate updates). I cannot get a sync going.
    My phone requests me to "Connect to iTunes", but I cannot do anything more than this. (I have unplugged and plugged my USB cable many times)
    I have also logged in to iTunes with Apple ID EmailNew (it works too). But, again, I cannot connect to iTunes
    Possible solutions
    Recognition of 10GB iCloud-backed up data on new device (despite the fact that old Apple ID doesn't match new Apple ID)
    Any help will be greatly appreciated! 5 hours and counting :/

    Call Apple Care for your country and request help reactivating the Apple ID and resetting the password.

    My wife and I used to share my Apple ID on all mobile devices (iPhone 4S, iPad 2) and Mac so we could share contacts, calendar, purchases (apps & music).  My Apple ID was an inactive email address.  When I bought my iPhone 6 I decided to change Apple ID to a current email address and she created her own Apple ID for her iPhone 4S and iPad 2.  Figured we could still share data through Family Share.  Changed Apple IDs on all devices to the current ones.
    Now, she cannot update apps on her devices as she gets message that her apps were downloaded with another Apple ID.  It asks for password for that Apple ID (my old ID), and the passwords for my previous Apple ID and my new password don't work.  I tried deleting the apps off her devices and then installing again from the Mac we backup to, but that did not work.
    Also, is there a way to share contacts and calendar through Family Share or some other way.  We don't seem to be sharing any longer since making all these changes.  Why did I make the changes?  Because using the same Apple ID on all devices was causing me to get her text messages and vice versa, and other strange things after updating to iOS 8.
    I have iPhone 6, she has 4S and iPad 2.  Have a MacBook Pro circa mid-2010 running Yosemite, version 10.10.2.  Mobile devices run iOS 8.1.3

    It is a good thing you made 2 separate Apple ID.
    I tried deleting the apps off her devices and then installing again from the Mac we backup to, but that did not work
    It's normal it didn't work because you are reinstalling apps (that are on the Mac) that were purchased/obtained from your Apple ID. She needs to reinstall them through the App Store on her device, using her Apple ID.

    Calendars can be shared through iCloud (A)(without Family Sharing), or using the following method (B) used for the contacts.
    Contacts can neither be shared through iCloud or through Family Sharing.
    To get them synced: Get all of your wife's contact on your iOS device. (you can send them to your iOS device through iMessage)
    then go to your wife's iOS device: Settings --> Mail, Contacts, Calendar.
    From there, disable her iCloud contacts, then add YOUR iCloud account, and select only contacts (and calendar if you want the method (B)).
    This should answer all your questions.

    In what way are you receiving this message? It is very common to get an email telling you that your ID has been disabled, and asking you to confirm all your details so the sender can steal your identity online.....
