Hi,
I have a export file (.dmp file) id :V09.02.00 version
I have the Oracle 9.0.1.1.1 version .That would be your source.
Now in import error is coming.What are the errors?
So i want to upgrade my oracle version .Which oracle database version?
I want to know what i will have to do
A Fresh Installation or any other upgrade patch is available for thisYou have to tell which database version you are trying to go to. Secondly were you trying to preform database migration first?
Like
- Source database (machine a) > export file
- Target databasse (machine b) > import from the exported file
Kindly clear the above.

    There is no download aside from the one in the Mac App Store available to people running Mac OS X 10.6.6 and newer. The other way of getting iPhoto 9 is to purchase iLife 11 on DVD. As iLife 11 requires Mac OS X 10.6.3 or newer, it's usually best to update to 10.6.8 for free and then use the Mac App Store version.

    See options below:
    Upgrading to Snow Leopard
    You can purchase Snow Leopard through the Apple Store: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard - Apple Store (U.S.). The price is $19.99 plus tax. You will be sent physical media by mail after placing your order.
    After you install Snow Leopard you will have to download and install the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1 to update Snow Leopard to 10.6.8 and give you access to the App Store. Access to the App Store enables you to download Mavericks if your computer meets the requirements.
         Snow Leopard General Requirements
           1. Mac computer with an Intel processor
           2. 1GB of memory
           3. 5GB of available disk space
           4. DVD drive for installation
           5. Some features require a compatible Internet service provider;
               fees may apply.
           6. Some features require Apple’s iCloud services; fees and
               terms apply.
    Upgrading from Snow Leopard to Lion or Mavericks
    To upgrade to Mavericks you must have Snow Leopard 10.6.8, Lion, or Mountain Lion installed. Purchase and download Mavericks (Free) from the App Store. Sign in using your Apple ID. The file is quite large, over 5 GBs, so allow some time to download. It would be preferable to use Ethernet because it is nearly four times faster than wireless.
         OS X Mavericks- System Requirements
           Macs that can be upgraded to OS X Mavericks
             1. iMac (Mid 2007 or newer) — Model Identifier 7,1 or later
             2. MacBook (Late 2008 Aluminum, or Early 2009 or newer) —
                 Model Identifier 5,1 or later
             3. MacBook Pro (Mid/Late 2007 or newer) — Model Identifier 3,1 or later
             4. MacBook Air (Late 2008 or newer) — Model Identifier 2,1 or later
             5. Mac mini (Early 2009 or newer) — Model Identifier 3,1 or later
             6. Mac Pro (Early 2008 or newer) — Model Identifier 3,1 or later
             7. Xserve (Early 2009) — Model Identifier 3,1 or later
    To find the model identifier open System Profiler in the Utilities folder. It's displayed in the panel on the right.
    Are my applications compatible?
             See App Compatibility Table — RoaringApps.
    Upgrading to Lion
    If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mavericks, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.
    You can purchase Lion at the Online Apple Store. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax.  It's a download. You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.
         Lion System Requirements
           1. Mac computer with an Intel Core 2 Duo, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7,
               or Xeon processor
           2. 2GB of memory
           3. OS X v10.6.6 or later (v10.6.8 recommended)
           4. 7GB of available space
           5. Some features require an Apple ID; terms apply.

    bought iphone 4 from dubai 6 of turkey, but want to upgrade to version 5 if I upgrade using the iphonum is closed

    If you bought your phone from an official source, like a carrier and not in some 'market / ebay', then you can update with no issues.
    If you bought it from other than a carrier then you have to take your chances.

  • Upgrade oracle version 10.1.0.4 to 10.2.0.2 or 10.2.0.4

    Hello,
    We are planning an upgrade of our CRM platform (CRM 5.0) with oracle version 10.1.0.4 to CRM 2007.
    I was wondering which oracle version i would upgrade to : 10.2.0.2 or 10.2.0.4 ?
    What do you guys think is the best/stable version ?
    Thanks for your answers.
    Rgds,
    Marc.

    Hello Marc,
    i think you are mixing up two things
    10.1.0.4 = 10g R1 with Patchset 4
    10.2.0.2 = 10g R2 with Patchset 2
    10.2.0.4 = 10g R2 with Patchset 4
    So you always upgrade from 10g R1 to 10g R2 .. and then is the question which Patchset for 10g R2.
    I would use 10gR2 with Patchset 4, because there are some nice features and not so many bug fixes to apply.
    Regards
    Stefan

  • I Don't Want To Upgrade To Version 7

    Alll of a sudden I can't buy music unless I upgrade the software? I don't want to upgrade the software! I am having enough problems with Ver. 6, and I am told Ver. 7 is even worse.
    PC Compaq   Windows XP

    The iOS 6.1.6 upgrade is only for those devices that cannot be upgraded to iOS 7.0.6...that includes things like the iPod Touch 4th generation.  If the device can be upgraded to iOS 7.0.6 then there is no option but to go there.
    Apple has never supported upgrading to intermediate iOS versions, and infact, takes them off the servers when a new version is released.
    The SSL flaw in the lower iOS versions should not be an issue if you use good practices such as caution on unsecure purblic wireless...it does not mean your device can be hacked or entered.  Only that wireless communications may be subject to eavesdropping.

  • How to upgrade from OCS 904 to 10g but not upgrading Oracle Files

    Hi All,
    We have installed OCS 904 from where we only are using:
    - Portal
    - Oracle Files
    Our idea is to upgrade this installation to OCS 10g but keeping the same version of Oracle Files (we don't want to migrate to content services for the moment).
    Is this possible? or if we want to keep Oracle Files we need to do a fresh install of OCS 10g in another location?
    Thanks in advance,
    Harvey

    >I want to upgrade it from RHEL 6 TO  RHEL 7 and from ORACLE 11G TO ORACLE 12C. I wonder if anyone could suggest the best url for for upgrading accordingly.
    which metric measures best? Fewest keystrokes?
    BTW - you are actually doing 2 upgrades. You are upgrading OS & you are upgrading Oracle version.
    So you can either over then up or up then over.
    How much down down time is available?
    How much risk do you want to include?

  • Database Upgrade - Kernel Version Issue

    Hi,
    We are using Netweaver 2004, Installed on Linux 3 EL and Oracle is 9.2.0.6.
    Now we are going to Upgrade Oracle to 10.2 and as Linux 5 EL support it , We will also Upgrade OS to Linux Redhat 5EL.
    Now when I go to PAM -> Netweaver 2004 ->Database Platform -> Application Server ABAP->Kernel 6.40 64 Bit ->LINUX REDHAT EL5/X86_64->
    We see
    released Database Version               Operating System                        Date             Status          System    Status   Remarks
    ORACLE 10.2 64-BIT                      LINUX REDHAT EL5/X86_64            64BIT          24.07.2007    Released
    In Remark it shows :
    Immediate upgrade to upcoming EX2 version of SAP kernel is mandatory after EX2 kernel has become available (Q4/07). EX2 kernel will require Oracle 10.2 or higher on the server side.
    So my query is Should we need go for 640_EX2 from 640_REL after oracle Upgrade or latest patch of 640_REL is ok for us.
    As Remark "Immediate upgrade to upcoming EX2 version of SAP kernel is mandatory after oracle upgrade 10g" was written in 2007 & latest kernel patch 640_REL was launched in Oct 2010 so I am thinking does latest patch of Kernel 640_REL contains compatiblity for Oracle 10g also.
    Please suggest.
    Regards,
    Shivam Mittal

    Hi Markus,
    So the conclusion is if we want to Upgrade Oracle 10g but not oracle client then it is Ok to use Kernel 640_REL release but if we are going to upgrade oracle client also to 10g version then in that case it is mandotry to use Kernel 640_EX2.
    And I think it will also not create any issue if we use Oracle 9i client with Oracle 10g database.
    Also to check Oracle Client Version in existing system we should use ->
    SM51-> Release Notes
    Database Client Library     OCI_920
    this Database Client Library shows version of installed Oracle Client, Please make me correct if I am wrong.

    Hi,
    I want to upgrade Oracle 9.2 in 32bits(WIN2K) into Oracle 10G in 64bits(WIN2K) all in 4.6D.
    I have installed:
    the Oracle 10.2.0.4.0
    a central instance with the template CENTRAL.R3S
    i started to install the database instance on the target system
    with the R3Setup template DBR3CP.R3S
    I try to apply the note 932722, I find myself in the same procedure
    point 6) c).
    The following error message:
    Tue Jan 26 21:52:45 2010 - Database service to be upgraded:
            Host = tirudev04
            Port = 1527

    Error: Database connection failed to
    sys / manager @ / / tirudev04: 1527/SAPServiceDEV
    Can you give me some help?
    Thank you.

    >Service = SAPServiceDEV
    This is probably the problem. you have to specify the Oracle network service name of the database you want to upgrade.
    SAPServiceDEV is an Windows account name under which the SAP System is started.
    Service = DEV will probably do the job.
