We can´t change the class in Material Master classification Tab (MM02)

When i trying to delete the class in the Classification tab in PRD System, it triggers the following message
'Assignment (# material) (classname) can not be deleted' because If you use classification data for selection of components of the BOM. Or if the material still has lots that are classified.
But in QAS System it is possible to delete the class from Classification tab.
Can you explain me, why it works in QAS and not in PRD?

To delete the batch class from your material, you will need to first archive the batch (object MM_SPSTOCK). Once the
batch are archived and deleted from the system, you may still have to run program RCCLZUOB. This program looks for objects which are still incorrectly assigned to classes. First run the program in Test mode (Delete flag is NOT set).
Then you can set the Delete flag to delete the assignments. Once the assignments are deleted, you should be allowed to delete the Class assignment in MM02. You must save the material and then go back in change mode to make a new class assignment.

Hi,
       Is it possible that we can do automatic batch determination with-out maintaining the class in material master.
       My requirement is i want to do batch splitting at PGI level & user dont want to maintain class in material master only they will maintain VCH1.
       if i will maintain class then batch splitting happening at PGI but if i will remove the batch from material master as well as strategy group then splitting not happening.

How to change Valuation class in material master(have stock)

HI,
I would like to change the valuation class in material master, How to change VC? is there any process before changing VC?
I heared when Material have nil stock then only it's possible to change VC, Is it correct? which TC can I use for change VC?

To change Valuation class you must have zero stock in the current period, and zero stock at the end of the last period, plus no open PO lines . flag for deletion all open PO lines,

How can i change the class in the Class Library project to be static or public so i can use it from the windows application project ?

First i know that when i make any changes to the class library project i need to rebuild the project then to remove the Capture.dll from the TestScreenshot project and then to add again the updated Capture.dll

The problem is i can't even get to the Capture.Hook namespace and not to the DXHookD3D9 from the TestScreenshot application window project.

I dont know if it will work here, since I dont know the complete structure, but the base call must be public, if the derived class is public, so the base class is at least as accessible as the derived class.
Try make the base class public. (And maybe the base-class IDXHook of the base also...)
Or use a different approach and make only the properties public that are needed to be public by adding an extra class...
A structure could look like:(you need to create a class thats public in your dll and expose a property, and set this property in the internal class...)

It's not "some kind of weird garbled text". It's called Latin, an ancient language. Learned people still speak it. And it's taught in institutes of higher learning.

But you have some issues on your page that can be solved by simply paying attention to what you do.
First there's an image covering the links. Old Toad referred to that. Move it down, or change the dimensions :

iWeb uses the textbox in the Header layer of an iWeb page as the title in the browserwindow.
Do not remove the original textbox, as you cannot replace it other than by selecting another theme and then change it back to the original theme again. Ruining the layout in the process.
If the textbox in the Header is missing, iWeb uses a textbox down the page in the Content layer. If that textbox is also missing, it uses another textbox. If that fails it uses the pagename in the Sidebar.
Sometimes you may want a different text in the titlebar and not display it on the page itself. Or not display it at all.
So use that textbox in the Header layer. Type your text. Then select the textbox. In the Inspector choose T, click a color to open the color palette and drag the opacity slider to 0 (zero).
Do Command-T to open the font palette and make the font smaller. (Or do Command--(minus)) Also use a font that doesn't change to an image. Arial is a good font. Perhaps do it first before making the text invisble.
Resize the textbox. You may want to change the height of the Header layer.
Do Command-Shift-B to move the textbox to the back, possibly behind other objects.
Next add a optional second textbox to the Header layer and use that one to display text on the page.
If you want to move the textbox to the front again to make changes, but can't remember the location on the page, drag the area with the mouse to select the objects.
Deselect objects you do not want to move forward by Command-dragging the mouse over these objects.
Next do Command-Shift-F to move the textbox to the front. Repeat the steps in reverse order to make the text visible.

Can I change the symbol presented for an app tab?

when you pin a "tab" to the bar, there's a symbol represented, I assume from some where on the website in question. Can I change that symbol? two of them are generic and non-informative.

is there a way to fix the sync of a master clip
in a two camera shoot, one camera stopped for a few seconds, the other kept on going

you can cut the clip up and adjust the sync manually in a sequence (using one of the other camera clips as a guide) then export that sequence as a reference movie (or self contained) and use that instead of the original masterclip

Use of Standard Class in Material Master classification

Hello Experts,
Can you please explain me the significance of 'Standard Class' option in classification view of material master?
When I click on F1 it gives following info (which I can't understands completely)
A standard class allows you to access all the information on classification and characteristics for an object when you use the object, without having to select one of the classes it is assigned to.
Can you please elaborate more on this?

Actually my question is why there is option of 'Standard Class' provided in classification view. If multiple classes are assigned to given material then we can select only one class as a standard class. What is the use of selecting a class as a standard class??

I want to see the history of change documents of material master classification using MM02.
The system allow to see the history only for class type 023.
For class type 001 or 300 the change document isnu2019t available.
I must do some settings or the function for these class type arenu2019t available ?

Hi,
You can change valuation class, or you can set valuation category for your material master. If valuation category is set you can extend your material master and in this way creating records for different valuation types.
Please try to set the desired changes in your mmr (MM02) > save > SAP will give you error message > push 'Display error' button and you will see what conditions must be eliminated to carry out the change.
- you are not allowed to have open transactional data
- no stock in the current and previous period (using proper posting date in MB1A + 201 you can reduce your stock level to 0, and after that you can set it back by MB1A + 202)
- in case of valuation category setting batch archiving may be necessary

Can we change the chapter id of a material after GR and before invoice, because the invoice is not taking the tax rate of PO as the chapter id is changed in the next month. Procedure to Change Excise rate from 12% to 10 % for TAXINJ Tax Procedure.
1. Change the Validity period of Excise tax rates in J1ID transaction code valid to date to 18.02.2014
2. Download Excise Tax rates from J1ID transaction code into Excel as it is. (Keep it in a separate file)
3. Now change the Validity period Valid from to 19.02.2014 and Valid to date to 31.12.2999 and upload the data into Excise tax rates in J1ID Transaction code.
If you have already captured & posts the Excise invocie then system defaults the same duties in MIRO transaction. MIRO fetches the duties from J_1IGRXREF table.
If your invoice needs to be posted with the old rates, try creating a new tax code and check it once in MIRO. Check first in Dev server and proceed.
